We absolutely loved our stay at this home! We went to Zion and Bryce Canyon and the location was perfect! It was about 40 minutes to Zion and less than two hours to Bryce Canyon. The house was in a great neighborhood. The house had everything a family could need. It was also clean and spacious. The view from the family room/master bedroom was beautiful. If we are ever in the area again, we would definitely rent this house again!

This townhouse was wonderful, relaxing, and well appointed. We had our adult son & his wife w us. The house wax set up nicely.

Very clean property and easy process for check-in and out. Exactly what we were looking for, especially during COVID. Everything we needed and more supplied at the house. Beautiful property and wonderful stay. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time at Sun-E-Scape

This property was the perfect place for a quick weekend get-away with our family of seven. Clean, comfortable, and convenient!

Beautiful, peaceful location, well appointed and comfortable property and very clean. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for our family of 6. They even brought us a second high chair almost immediately when we asked for another for our twins. This place has everything you could ever need including an ice cream maker, cooler, portable camp chairs, mountain bikes and fishing rods! We can’t wait to come back!

Location and townhome was absolutely gorgeous. Everything was exactly as advertised. Perfect vacation rental for our Zion Adventure.

The home was beautiful, immaculate and well-stocked. It was truly a “home” away from home. Wonderful base for hikes in Zion, Bryce or the Grand Canyon.

Nice Views (best location in the neighborhood)! Quality built home with 10’ ceilings, 8’ doors, 2 master bedrooms, and 2 living areas made for a relaxing week with family. Zion snd Bryce Canyon were breathtaking, but our “home away from home” with 2 saltwater pools made the trip perfect! We’ll be back!

This townhouse worked really well for us because we were in St. George purely for golf. The neighborhood is immaculate and the townhouse is very cozy and well furnished, including memory foam beds. The view of the golf course and surrounding areas was great, although partially obstructed by some tall shrubs. Would definitely stay here again, and if I do I will make sure and allow more time to spend at the townhouse relaxing and reading.

I have stayed hear multiple times and have enjoyed every minute. Huge house with everything needed for a relaxing or adventurous week. Loved the proximity to Zion's and other places. Absolutely nothing that I would change about it!

I stayed here and headed down to Zions for some hiking. It is in a neighborhood setting, and most certainly felt like a retreat as opposed to a hotel room. There was a full kitchen, huge bathrooms, and plenty of space. There was even a garage that they would let you park in. It was affordable and definitely made it feel like a home away from home. It was right over looking a golf course. Top notch.

Had an amazing weekend staying at Dee's house. I went with a group of friends to enjoy a weekend exploring in Zion and exploring all that St. George has to offer. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Super close to national parks in the area, and the community has a great pool with a hot tub. It was also very close to lots of biking trails. The house was perfectly clean and fully stocked, making for an incredibly comfortable triop.

Wanting an escape for a weekend of adventure in the canyons of Zion Sun-E-Scape was a lovely home away from home. With all of the amenities we could want and a beautiful view it provided for not only a place to come home to after a long day in the sun but was beautiful and enormously comfortable. We took advantage of the fully stocked kitchen to make our own dinner which we enjoyed on the patio accompanied by a glorious sunset. We relaxed in the community hot tub and played in the pool. I could not have asked for a better experience.

The Sun-E-Scape property is located in the modern yet quite community of Coral Ridge. The 3 bedroom (4 beds) townhome has a beautiful view from the #5 tee box overlooking the #5 hole and the Coral Canyon golf course. Yet at the same time a small hillside blocks the view of the major roads so that there is little noise pollution. I've stayed there a bunch of times and absolutely love the place. It is nice and clean, just like a home away from home. WalMart is ~10 minutes down the road and Zion is ~30-40 minutes away. There is a large garage where my friends and I can store our mountain bikes and canyoneering gear while visiting.

What a great spring break! We have stayed multiple times in the Coral Ridge development and we LOVE it! Brandy, with Vacation Resort Solutions, has been excellent to work with. She help us find Sun-E-Scape and it was a perfect fit for our stay. The property is clean, modern, and comfortable. Has all the comforts of home! We especially loved the back patio overlooking the tee box of Coral Canyon's 5th hole and beautiful sunsets. Coral Ridge is our favorite place to stay in St George because it is central to the places we enjoy--we usually visit Snow Canyon, Red Cliffs, Zion, etc. We love the Washington City Rec Center for cool days or really hot days. Pickleball courts are close. Groceries, dining, church, playing, etc. are all within easy reach! Sun-E-Scape was really comfortable for our family of 6. We had cousins join us for part of the week and were still great with 10 since the kids said the hide-a-bed was comfortable. Again, thanks for a great stay at a beautiful property!

Sun-E-Scape is a wonderful place. It is located on the 5th tee of Coral Canyon Golf Course, which is a great golf course. The views of the course from the back patio and the views of Pine Mountain and the red hills are amazing. The unit is well maintained and very clean and very well decorated. We enjoyed our stay a ton!! Brandy with Vacation Resort Solutions is great to work with.

This far exceeded our expectations. Such a nice, quiet, safe community. My kids really enjoyed the pool. Everything was new and beautifully decorated. We felt like it was open and spacious, beds were comfortable. It was well stocked with swim towels, dishwashing soap, laundry detergent, even spices for cooking. Love loved it. Not far from St George. From now on we will stay here whenever traveling to Southern Utah. I felt like we got a very good value for our money. It was also light and lots of big windows. The front room with TV and couches were great. We really liked sitting in that room. Our only complaint was that we couldn't figure out how to get the TV'show in the bedrooms to work. Living room TV worked fine. My husband tried to figure it out but gave up. We didn't really want to spend much time watching TV anyway so not a big deal.
