This place is clean and comfortable inside. We enjoyed relaxing on the deck and spent a lot of our trip swimming and fishing off the dock. Woods grocery store is nearby and we also ate at Frankie and Louie’s a couple times that is very close. This place is what we expected and had a wonderful time!

Location on the water is amazing. This place is a cove in a cove, nice quiet water, quiet neighbors, great boat slip/dock. We loved it here. Spacious deck, kitchen amenities were great. Close by restaurants, Dollar General. Pretty great place.

We stayed at this lake house for a long weekend. There was plenty of room for me, my husband, and 3 kids. The kids loved the bunk room! The house was as described. (The only difference I can think of is there wasn't a covered seating area. We figured it was damaged in a storm or something and it wasn't a big deal for this short trip.) The house was very clean! The living area is open and bright! There were plenty of supplies, trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc. This was nice because we usually have to bring our own at many rentals and it made it much easier for this shorter trip. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook. The dock was just what we were looking for! It was great for swimming and fishing! The kids had a blast. The cove is in a no wake zone and the water was nice and calm. There are steps down to the lake and a few are steep but we have stayed at houses at LOTO that have had way more steps that are way steeper. We were really happy with how close the house was to the water and even our 3 year old did fine on the steps. There is a firepit area which was fun for the kids to make smores one evening. We read a few negative comments about the road coming in and we aren't sure what people are referring to! The actual road that the house is on is narrow but it's a very short distance and we didnt have any issues. It seemed similar to most roads near the lake in this area. We would definitely stay at this home again!

Smaller bedrooms than expected, but nice big family/kitchen area for everyone to be together, nap, eat, watch TV. Could use a little TLC in some areas, but for what we had planned (hanging out, swim, boat, relax) it was perfect. I would suggest bringing fans or somethign for noise if you are a light sleeper and extra blankets for lounging on the couch or bed if needed. We rented a boat from Franky and Louie's which was perfect, and enjoyed an evening down at their place too wih a good band. Parking is a little tight at the house, wouldn't recommend bringing a boat trailer up and trying to turn around, but our suburban was ok. Great cove to swim, fish, paddle board...we brought those items and the kids enjoyed it all. Great communication when needed with owner. Close to grocery, dollar general, Pirates point to rent tubes, short drive to Ha Ha Tonka Park to hike.

Nice place to stay, not overly fancy, so you're not paying for stuff you don't really need. Fully functional kitchen was a plus. Best part about it was the nice quite cove to swim, fish, make a fire and just sit on the porch

It was a great time at the lake and we really enjoyed our time at the cabin.

Other than the parking and drive way it was good we had a great time

This house was perfect for our group! Kitchen was well stocked, cozy place, and the private dock was wonderful!

When staying at the lake location is everything and this place was awesome! We were so close to the water our son caught a catfish from the deck! Also, we left a wallet behind and it was shipped to us promptly from the property manager! Plenty of space for our family of 6. We plan to stay again next fall!

We selected this property for a birthday celebration for our daughter and a few of her friends. It was perfect! The house was ideal and functional for cooking and enjoying the water. The swimming dock was so great. I brought my paddleboard and we had a blast. Highly recommend!

It was exactly what we wanted. It was in a quiet neighborhood but close to enough to restaurants etc if you didn't want to cook. We had a great time and would stay again.

This was a perfect fit for our family of 6…from toddler to adults! The bedrooms are tight, but there was plenty of room to spread out in the living room/dining area, out on the deck, and the dock was perfect for enjoying the sun and fishing…and the sunsets were absolutely beautiful from the dock! And the fire pit was a plus! The location is convenient as the house is close to a grocery store, shopping, bars & restaurants, but also secluded in a nice peaceful cove! We hope to be back!

It was a great stay. The boat ramp is close to the house so getting my boat to the huge dock with "double slips" was a breeze. The house is very spacious & accommodated my friends & family perfectly. Would stay here again.

The renting process was very easy. We enjoyed the property very much. The home was outfitted with everything and the floor plan was great for our family. The covered boat dock with additional space for swimming and just sitting and enjoying was great. I would definitely stay here again.

This property would definitely be a 5 star except for the road getting to the house. It is definitely a rural, gravel, steep and narrow mile or so. At this time of year we never met another car on the road. I would be very nervous to meet with that occurrence. The house is lovely and lots of room. There were no neighbors during this week so it was very quiet. The deck is large with a lot of seating for 10 or more. The covered dock is exceptional for 2 boats. We so enjoyed having the lake access and exploring the coves and main channel. Jane was very responsive and all of the descriptions are very accurate. The local restaurants in Sunrise Beach were very fun. Super friendly people. Lake of the Ozarks is a very special place that should be on everyone's list of places to visit.

Jane's home is a wonderful little place to stay. We cane in the fall to see the lake and this was a nice peaceful cove. I caught a couple bass right from the dock and would be a great place to spend a week in the summer.

Very nice please good spot on water easy access

My family and I met my folks here for six days and had a great time. The house and host were exactly what we were looking for. Everything was clean and straightforward. The bedrooms were a bit tight on space (very little time was spent there) but the eat-in kitchen and living room were a great size with plenty of room to spread out. That said we spent nearly all of our time on the dock or the deck. The cove was all no-wake so it stayed calm and quiet, even on weekend days. Everyone had a terrific time here.

We rented this property solely based on location. It a quiet cove with proximity to all of our favorite lake spots. I’ve read all of the reviews on this property and want to give a fair, accurate review. 1). It is CLEAN. One for the cleanest Properties I’ve stayed at on the lake. I’ve read comments about supplies, and would say if you plan on being on the lake boating, eating out it won’t be a problem. If you plan on eating at the house a bunch, maybe bring an extra Tupperware and frying Pan. Overall, it offered more items like toilet paper, dish soap, detergent, etc than anything property I have stayed at in our 7 years visiting. 2). I do think it would be a difficult property to maneuver for anyone who can’t get around great due to layout of road, steps, and railing. It was fine for our family, but I think it worth mention to reconsider if you have limited capability in getting around. 3). If you aren’t a boater, the dock is nice and plenty of fish to catch and swimming access. It really is a quiet cove! Overall, it’s a great, clean property in ideal location, especially for frequent lake visitors who boat.

Overall everything was great ! The house was clean and roomy and had a really nice deck . As seniors our only complaint were the step steps going down to the dock … would have been helpful to have a hand rail . The owner was good about communicating all the necessary info . Thank you .

This house had a very nice dock and swimming area. There were numerous stairs, but that is pretty normal for the lake. It would be nice to have railing all the way down to the dock, though. We rented a 22' boat and kept it at the dock and it worked quite well. The rooms were adequate, but quite small. There was hardly any room to even walk around the bed in the queen room and the closets were packed full of stuff so there wasn't much room to put your things. The rooms are DARK! Almost cave-like at night. There are tiny windows in each room with shutters that are way up high. If you get up in the middle of the night and like to be able to see, I would suggest bringing some night lights. The living space was nice and the couch was comfortable. The miscellaneous items like cutting boards, coffee pot, etc, in the kitchen were iffy. The roads getting back to the property are interesting. One lane, some paved, some gravel with some large hills. Our first drive in quite felt harrowing. Overall it was a nice stay and we would recommend the property, especially for its nice dock and swim area.

This house size was perfect for our family of 4. We rented a boat from Frankie and Louie’s to park at the house’s dock...very convenient and worth it for exploring the lake. We had a fabulous time

Places tend to oversell on pictures and accommodations and leave you feeling bamboozled when you arrive, that was not the case with this rental! Beautiful house, beautiful view, everything was perfrct!

This property was just as advertised! It was quiet and peaceful with a great view of the cove. The only bad thing was getting down to the house and then into the house. We are in our 70’s and there were a lot of steps getting down to the house. Stepping up in the house was hard for me. I would suggest the owner put steps at both doors. We had a wonderful time!!

Overall a safe and clean vacation during a pandemic. Would recommend to Anyone of all ages. The stairs to the lake do require dexterity though. We plan to make a return trip in the spring.

It was good

good location hard to get to but that made it more secluded. Quite cove, great house, porch, dock, and quiet cove.
