Everything was great! Clear communication, easy check in/ check out process. We enjoyed everything. We will for sure be booking again.

We had a wonderful stay; the condo was clean and spacious and we were supplied with everything we needed for the week. The location and parking and ease of access to the beach was so convenient. The only thing I would change would be adding a keypad entry. Other than that, we have no complaints. We are saving this listing and will be back for future vacations.

This condo was exactly what we were looking for for our family vacation! The view was amazing from the kitchen/living room/ patio! Clean, beds were so comfortable, great to have a washer/dryer in condo! Can’t say enough great things and the owner was great! Very fast to reply to any communications! Definitely recommend!

Perfect for retired couple with Shihtzu. Condo was really nice and Gulf Shores beach was beautiful. Lots of great restaurants close by. Enjoyed laid back community without the crowds. We will be back.

Wake up, walk downstairs, and saunter over to the beach. Owner is very easy to work with - great communication - made things easy.

We loved being right on the beach. It was a very pet-friendly location for our two small dogs. When we noticed the blender was missing, Jim dropped off a brand new one the same day. The pools were nice and warm. We really enjoyed it here!

Had a great stay for the most part. Location was great !! The interior of the unit was a bit more worn that we were expecting. . Definitely not gonna not pic the issues. The major issues were with the key to the entry door, you have to jiggle it just right to get it to operate properly, a keypad would solve that issue and make it more user friendly, the second issue was when anyone in the units above flushed the toilet it made a semi loud bang in the wall !! Me being a light sleeper this was very bothersome, so please be aware of this.

This was a great stay in GulfShores. Our accommodations were excellent with views in western and eastern areas. Great views of The Gulf and beaches. Very pleasant stay without problems. Thanks

The condo was well equipped with everything needed and comfortable. Contact was responsive when we had questions or needed help.

The property is okay, walls are paper thin and you can hear the neighbors clearly. The management didn't warn me they were doing beach dredging during my stay. This is a major job, which operates 24/7. Constant beeping from tractors and lights at night are bright enough to light up a stadium. I had planned this vacation with my 2 brothers and we havent been together at once since our mother passed away. Disappointed is an understatement.

We enjoyed the property, location, and check in. Everything was convient and clean. We will definately look at this property again in the future.

A great location and a clean quiet condo on the beach convenient to all of Gulf Shores attractions. Even has a small Indoor pool for inclement weather and a good outdoor pool - can even swim laps. Great beach with boardwalk access and a wash station. We always have gone to Destin FL , but it will be Gulf Shores from now on - so much more to do, great beach and friendly polite people everywhere we went! Fabulous!!

When you combine the convenience and comfort of the Condo along with having great friends to spend the week with along with the absolute best weather and water conditions, this week literally couldn’t have gone better. The worst part of this kind of vacation is watching your company leave and knowing you’re leaving shortly too. Thanks so much to Garrett rentals for always being there for us. LOVE GULF SHORES!!!!

This condo was great for our family trip! Great location, beautiful beach view, close to several great restaurants recommended in the house book. Gulf Shores was a lovely getaway for our family of 3.

I have stayed here several times. Enjoy the quiet & small location. Close to beach & pool. Perfect getaway for a small group.

When we arrived we found the unit infested with German Roaches. The owner responded quickly when I called and offered to spray the following day. He was unsure if the spray was pet safe. With me having my dog I refused to let him spray. I asked if he had anything else that I didn’t think I could stay in the unit. He had nothing. At this point I was so discouraged and in tears. Jimmy had not offered me any type of refund if I needed to leave. He just kept offering to spray. The following day I purchased pet safe roach spray and cleaning supplies. I spent that day cleaning. Jimmy did send his team to put out roach pads. We had drove 7 hours and I couldn’t find anywhere else to stay. We ended up keeping all of our luggage in black garbage bags and staying in the bedroom and balcony bc roaches were not there yet. I had asked Jimmy if he would be willing to do a discount for us considering the circumstances. He said he would get with mgmt & get back with me. At first he came back with 300.00 I told him I felt 500 was fair and then we agreed on 400. I did mention we may leave late Wednesday evening instead of the normal check out time Thursday am. He did not mention anything about the refund being contingent on me leaving early. I ended up staying bc my daughter didn’t feel well. We left at 7:30 am. After I departed I got a text stating he had changed his mind to 150. I know owner could not control the bugs but he could have kept his word. I will not return here.Worst vacay ever

Condo was right on the ocean. View was lovely. Easy beach access. Everything was very clean and all communications regarding check in and out etc couldn’t have been easier. Enjoyed our week at Gulf Shores very much!

My 81 yr old mother and I enjoyed our mother daughter get away this past weekend . Condo was very clean . The beds and furniture were comfortable. Pool was clean as were the grounds . I especially like that the boardwalk is a short walk to hit the beach and the water is close unlike condos further to the East . We are looking at dates to book a fall getaway . Thanks so much !

This is our second stay and we absolutely love it. Easy beach access and a great big pool!! Condo has everything you need plus a fantastic view.
