My family and I stayed in this adorable duplex for a week. The property was clean, well maintained and located in a great location. I’m not sure why other people were complaining about the *free* trolly. For my small children, it was an adventure to ride it. Mike was responsive and thorough. Everything in the house was labeled for ease of access. We would stay again.

Perfect location, close to the beach and local shops/restaurants. The house set up is perfect for families with one large room upstairs and two smaller rooms on the main floor. Mike was a very easy host to work with! Would definitely rent again!

My first VRBO..Glad we drove so we had the needed towels and linen. Great Bethany Diner next door, easy access to beach by walking and nice resident parking pass. Family reunion of 30, nice to have our family close and some "quiet" time..

We loved the location as it was walking distance to several great restaurants and markets. You could walk or bike to the main part of Bethany (just under 1 mile). The owner includes a parking pass which made driving to beach super easy. The owner has 4 beach chairs, beach dolly, boogie boards, sand toys, umbrella to use which helped us pack less. Owner was available for communication when needed. Furniture comfortable, kitchen well appointed, and the condo was in small 8 unit complex that was quiet, safe, and parking in the lot was plentiful. Would definitely book again on a future trip to Bethany!

I booked this place at the last minute and yet everything went very smoothly. The owners were in contact with me and check in was a breeze. The place is in a perfect location with an easy 5 block walk to the beach. The trolley service was also easy to access. Everything I needed in the kitchen was provided. This was a very pleasant two days at the beach.

We enjoyed the home and found it very clean and comfortable. Nice have all necessary kitchen items for use and the location was great.

The location was perfect for us. The parking pass was clutch for lugging our stuff to the beach during the day. In the evenings, we walked to town, and it was only a 15-20 min walk. We did not end up needing the trolley since the walk was pleasant. The Italian market and diner were both walking distance, we we enjoyed both. The house itself had everything you would need, except that you need to bring linens and towels (which is stated in the listing). The host was very responsive and provided recommendations for dining and things to do. No complaints! We would definitely stay here again!

This place is exactly as shown in the pictures. I think the best part is that it is very close to town. You can easily walk to the village and the beach although Mike provides a parking pass if you decide to drive. The house is very clean and has everything you could need, including board games! The parking for the house is easy and abundant as well.

The location of the property was ideal. Less than 1 mile from the beach and an easy walk. Great restaurants within a few blocks. The beach is beautiful and there is a boardwalk area with shops. This beach and boardwalk are smaller than Rohoboth. The instructions from the owner were very clear and thorough.

The house was well stocked, clean and comfortable. We loved the deck on the second floor. It was near several good restaurants. We had a little trouble with the door code, but the owner was very responsive and resolved the issue quickly. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect host and spot
We were having a weekend birthday celebration with friends and needed 2 houses. This was the perfect spot for our group. Host Mike was incredibly accommodating and helpful, especially when a blizzard rolled in last minute! The house was clean and comfortable and close to everything we needed. Will definitely book again!

Very friendly and reasonable place to stay
This place was absolutely gorgeous!! We had such a blast getting away with our family. There were a lot of things to do for the entire family. The owners made it easy to find certain restaurants and family activities with the binder they left for guests. Thank you so very much!!

Super house
The house was perfect for us. The only disadvantage of this house is that it is a mile from the beach. But that was no surprise as it was disclosed in the listing. The house is on top condition, and communication with Mike was excellent. Our group of four adults and two small kids had plenty of room. An added amenity are the beach chairs, umbrellas and toys that are provided.

Great family vacation spot!!
My family and I have been visiting Bethany Beach for about 5 years now and have stayed in different places each time, this is the best place yet! Great location, walking distance to restaurants and shops, less than a mile to the beach. The rental was clean and had all the amenities of home. Checkin was a breeze. We had a great time! Mike was very responsive and was quick to respond to any questions we had prior to our stay. We plan to stay there again next year! You will not be disappointed.

Perfect beach vacation spot
This place was perfect for our group of 6. Spacious, comfortable and conveniently located. The place is really cute, newly renovated and the place is stocked with anything you need from beach chairs to any kitchen gadget that you can think of. We definitely would return. It was a wonderful place to stay.

Great place and location!
My family and I took a quick beach vacation to Bethany - we feel very fortunate to have found Mike's townhouse. The townhouse itself was well-equipped and clean, and the convenience to all things Bethany was terrific. Coordinating our arrival was easy; Mike was amazing with his communication- it couldn't have been easier. We hope to return! Thank you, Mike!!

Great property for our family of 5 with all teens. Mike was very responsive to any questions.
Location is right on Garfield Parkway so it was super easy to walk downtown in 5-10 minutes. Master suite was spacious, nice firm king bed. Kitchen was well stocked and family room was cozy. Great time!

Excellent first experience using VRBO
This was the first time using VRBO so we didn't really know what to expect. Well, the experience was fantastic. And a lot had to do with us renting the condo we did in Bethany Beach.

Great Stay
Our family of five had a great stay at Mike's house. The house is centrally located with
restaurants within walking distance and the main Bethany strip a short ride up the road.
We really loved the natural beauty of the state beaches which were close by. We saw
great sunsets on the bay side each night. The house was spacious, comfortable, and very
clean. We would stay again if in the Bethany Beach area.

No regrets
My first time to book at vrbo. I agree with all the comments here. The location is perfect! It is close to the boardwalk, wawa market, grotto pizza is just a walk from the house. Ocean city is just a 15 minute drive if you plan to visit. The house itself is clean and tidy. It has everything you need. Price is reasonable! Place is safe. But most importantly, the owner is very friendly and accommodating, he answers all queries right away!I would definitely recommend this to all my friends.
