This was my first time using VRBO and it was very easy - not complicated at all. The ability to cancel if plans change is very reassuring.

The condo offered amazing ocean views. It was spotless and included items that were so thoughtful like beach towels, chairs and even a small cooler bag. Communication with Debbie was very easy and there were no issues. Belleair Beach is quiet and serene yet close to so many things. Thank you for a wonderful time along the breathtaking Gulf of Mexico!

I cannot say enough good things about this unit. Debbie was super duper nice, quick to respond, and the unit had absolutely everything you could think of. We flew in so we could only bring a limited amount of stuff and she had all those little things taken care of willing, ready, and able to share. We will defiantly go back!

The apartment had an amazing view and was very clean (so was the property and beach), any questions we had were promptly answered by the host in a timely manner. Debbie was just all around amazing. Overall we were very satisfied with our stay and would very much recommend this stay to anyone.

This condo was beautiful! Such a pretty view and I loved the fact that you could leave your stuff on the private beach and go up to the condo and still be able to see all your belongings. They had everything from beach toys to umbrellas and chairs which was so lovely ! Absolutely loved it !

The condo was great for a couples get away. Well equipped with the necessities for a weeks stay. The beach was never crowded (but the red tide was present during our stay so that may have contributed) and the pool area was nice to use later in the day and meet other guests. The Belleair community has no commercial establishments of any kind so shopping and dining is a trip north or south. We didn't rent a car but managed with the trolley services to get to Clearwater and St Petes. It took a day to figure out that there are two different trolley services and three different routes, the brochures don't make this clear. The trolley station is a 10-15 minute stroll north. The property personnel were very helpful as well as the unit owner. Very nice that beach chairs and bikes are available for use from the property. We would definitely recommend this as a quite get away.

Beautiful beachfront one bedroom condo with a full view of the Gulf of Mexico! With a private uncrowded beach. Facility has two gas grills and small 3-5ft pool great for kids. Condo is equipped with a full size fridge, microwave, toaster oven, etc… 3 washers and 2 dryers (no charge) just steps from the unit. Host provides beach chairs and umbrella for renters use. Host is very friendly and easy to work with.

Everything about the condo was excellent convenient to everything and amazing veiw.

Super neat and clean complex as well as condo. Located on beautiful beach and a quick bike ride to eateries. I would love to go back.

We, along with most of the world needed a vacation. This property fit 100% of our needs, safe, amazing view, very clean and. great communication. Debbie really does make you feel like a treasured guest, the condo has everything you could need. The outside of the property is tired, but the inside of the condo is beautiful. Excellent communication from the moment of booking. There is a elevator that is convenient for bringing in all of our groceries and luggage, and an ice machine on the first floor. As another reviewer stated, easy access to Clearwater, but so nice to come back to the peace and quiet of Belleair Beach. We could walk 15 minutes north and catch the trolley to Clearwater, it's free right now. It was fun to do and found a restaurant on the beach to have lunch. The beach at the condo was never overly crowded and it's right there! The condo is perfect for social distancing, yet actually enjoying vacation.

We had a great time! The condo was very clean and was equipped with everything we needed. The views from the balcony were absolutely beautiful! We saw many sunsets and several dolphin sightings. The reflection of the full moon on the gulf was amazing! Debbie was great to deal with. Highly recommend!

Our stay in Bellaire was like a step back in time and we Loved it! We drove to Clearwater as well as Past St. Petersburg and found ourselves Running back to Bellaire! We were greeted by a dolphin jumping completely out of the ocean about 4 times and that was. Beautiful sight! The condo was everything we were promised and more. Very clean and cozy! We would Highly recommend! The owner of this suite is quickly responsive and has maintained the unit very well. We had everything we needed! We'll be back in the future for sure!

This condo at Belleair beach is both private and relaxing for couples yet minutes away from Clearwater Beach for some exciting night life. My wife and I enjoyed the beautiful views of the gulf sunset from the owner's third floor condo. This rental is perfect for any couple in need of a relaxing getaway. The condo was clean with everything you need and the beach was beautiful. I can not express enough how amazing the view of the gulf was from this property! my wife and I would love to visit again!

The unit we stayed in, 314, is just steps from the beach. It was perfect for my wife and I. The condo was very well equipped with everything we needed. This was really important to us as we flew and were limited in what we could pack. The owner Debbie was fantastic to work with and even had the room available for early check in. You literally have everything you need when you check in and the unit is spotless. We will definitely stay here again.

Our first time here, and so glad we chose this condo. Quiet getaway but still close to anything you need or want! The condo was perfect and Debbie was quick to respond to any questions we had. Can't wait to come back next year - and for a longer stay!

This is the third year that we have stayed in Debbie's condo. We stayed the month of Jan. The weather wasn't the best this year but this little slice of heaven made up for it. We played cards, watched our OSU basketball, relaxed and enjoyed spending time together. I would recommend Debbie's condo to any couple looking for a get away!

We stayed in Debbie's condo for the month of April, 2017. Debbie was always quick to respond to our questions and requests. She enjoys sharing with people who respect and appreciate the property and wonderful Belleair Beach as she does. The condo and beach are truly jewels in the crazy that is the Gulf beaches. We were fortunate to have excellent weather and enjoyed watching dolphins, rays and manatees pass by from the comfort of our patio. Yes - we're booked for next year!

This is the second year we have stayed in Debbie's condo. This time for a month. Love, love, love this place. All the amenities of home, cooked on the grill and watched the sunsets every night while having dinner in the window. The weather was perfect except for a few rainy days. Fished in the ocean for the first time, walked relaxed & watched our OSU Basketball as well! We very much enjoyed our stay in Debbie's beautiful condo. With the door open, you can hear the waves. The property is very clean and well maintained. The staff was helpful. Debbie was so easy to work with and accessible. We would recommend this property to any couple we know!

We loved this condo- it is very clean, well maintained and nicely decorated. We definitely appreciated the beach towels, chairs and umbrella! Loved waking up to panoramic views of the gulf, it was just beautiful! The condo is a perfect size for a couple. Debbie was very responsive and easy to work with! Hope to be back again someday!

We spent a week at this beautiful condo and enjoyed every minute. Debbie was wonderful to work with - very responsive and saw to every detail to make sure our stay was perfect. The unit was just right for two people, the little touches made all the difference - from beach chairs and umbrella, to salt, pepper, hand soap, etc. The washer-dryer and ice machine were footsteps away - icing on the cake. We loved this location - very quiet and private, yet minutes away from all the restaurants and goings-on in Clearwater Beach. We spent hours and hours on the beach and in the pool - very relaxing and rejuvenating. Several days we didn't even leave the property. The view of the Gulf was amazing, sunsets spectacular, and we spotted dolphins and even a sea turtle while we relaxed on the balcony. I highly recommend this place for anyone seeking a peaceful and private getaway. We hope to return next year.

Debbie is the best hostess, I sincerely thank you for making our stay (month of March 2016) amazing. Thanks for the prompt answers to questions we had. The condo is exactly as advertised and even better than I had hoped. She has everything you need and then some. The area is perfect; clean, quiet, safe; excellent place to go out for walks any time of the day. The view and access to the beach was wonderful. We enjoyed drinks on the patio and watching sunsets and lightining storms. The cable TV was equivalent to what I have at home (not stuck with basic cable TV stations); I loved watching on-demand TV shows I don't get at home in Canada. I was kind of sad we didn't get enough rain days to take advantage of it more. The building's common BBQ was well maintained and not overly busy. The building has had receint improvements which made it more attractive.

My husband and I were delighted with this condo. The sunsets from the balcony were stunning. Debbie truly made this place so welcoming. It was clean and decorated very tastefully. Everything we needed was available to us and was so accessible to restaurants and shopping. We walked everywhere or took the Trolley. Don't hesitate book it!!!

We had a wonderful stay at the Belleair beach condo. We have stayed here the last 3 years and this was our most favorite condo of all. Debbie was wonderful and had everything we could possibly need.
