We loved the place. It was a fun and quirky. The long hallway was awesome 😁 The condo was very clean and we were very comfortable there. We were able to bring our two dogs and that was a big deal for us. The beach was beautiful and basically right outside the door. We also got to meet a couple of the residents that live in the building and they were very friendly. My only complaint was that there was no door to the bathroom in the master bedroom. We had a wonderful time and would stay there again.

The property & condo was great for a older building. The master bedroom desperately needs to replace the mattress as it has a deep crevice on both sides. This property was listed as a 3bedroom. We did not see that it was only a 2bedroom until the day of our arrival. I was told I would have call back with reimbursement fee details by Kimberley Lang property management on two separate phone calls but no returned call. The condo itself was nice.

A BEAUTIFUL place to stay!!

Great room, room is pet friendly outside for the pets is not. You must walk to the road or across for them to use the restroom. Pool extremely dirty no guest could use. Poor parking for large vehicles. Great room this was a nuisance but did not ruin our vacation.

Clean place with a great view on the 6th floor. Beach was very close!

The property was very clean, spacious, and located perfect for our beach stay! We loved it! We were able to bring our two small Yorkies and have quality family time.

Atmosphere was more like staying in a rustic log cabin in the mountains. The beach was beautiful and a very short walk to the water. Beach chairs are too little for curvy girls and boys. Living room furniture needs replaced. Kitchen well appointed. Beds soft and comfy. One ply toilet paper so take your own Charmin. Rate a 3 1/2 - 4 stars average.

We spent an amazing week at 601 Gulfside celebrating our wedding anniversary and couldn't be more pleased. The condo was beautifully decorated, the kitchen was well stocked, the balcony furniture was outstanding, and the views were absolutely breathtaking! Although still a little chilly for us to swim, the roof top pool was wonderful & offered more amazing views. Management was very attentive & and responsive from the booking through the checkout. We hope to return.

Great location on the beach with views up and down the beach with corner windows and balcony. Well stocked and comfortable. Looking forward to our next stay.

My husband and I really enjoyed our time here! Excellent view of the gulf and the condo had everything we needed. Bringing our pup was a must and it was so nice to find a dog friendly place on the water.

Couldn't ask for more, corner until with views of the Gulf and Bay, countless dolphins swimming by, sea turtles, manatee and even a shark. Facilities were wonderful, the pool was amazing, definitely worth a trip here. Tip after Labor Day is totally worth the trip.

This location is perfect! It wasn’t crowded at all. The pool on the floor was awesome! The condo itself was great. The beds were comfy it had everything we needed. We would definitely consider staying here again.

We loved the condo and the view was great. The roof top pool was fun and something that not all condos have! There was never a wait for the elevators and the location was as expected (close to everything in Fort Walton).

We had an amazing time. Convenient walk to the beach. The beach setting feels very private and not too congested which is what we were looking for. Have stayed multiple times and always have a good experience.

Everything went as smooth as possible From check in to check out, great unit, beautiful view. Awesome updated rooftop pool just seconds away.

Great location on the beach with beautiful views from the balcony up and down the coast line. Ample parking and easy beach access. Good size rooms for the family and good space for the kids. Communication with the host was prompt and everything was well-organized for our stay. Love having the lockbox and extra sets of keys. Some items didn’t operate normally such as a set of closet doors, bathroom fixtures, and some light switches. Property owner did offer to fix the closet door but we decided to leave it as it wasn’t a big deal. There were also building renos at the time so we didn’t have access to the pool or fitness room. Didn’t realize that when booking it but we spent most of the time on the beach anyway. Overall, a great experience, easy drive over to Destin to visit crab island, go on the boardwalk and many others sites and attractions on both sides of town.

The beach views were awesome! The property was pretty clean and management was very courteous and easy to get in touch with. The layout of the unit is very unique which we liked. The only concern we had were there were a few roaches that we seen while on our stay. However, there was on going construction at the condo next door and there is alot of wood in the unit so either of those could have been the reason why we seen several. Overall the condo was clean and pleasant and I would consider going back to this condo in the future but hopefully the roach situation is resolved.

The company had great communication and helped whenever needed. The property was clean and well kept.

While the condo has a unique layout, the view and beach location are terrific. Cleanliness was probably negatively affected by the on-going construction.

Overall, the property is beautiful. Great views of the ocean, easy access to pool area and workout area.

There were holes in the walls and bugs. Not impressed.
