Two friends and I had a wonderful stay here while in Waco on a girls’ trip. Great location, spacious and clean. Easy communication with the property manager. Highly recommend.

This is our second time to stay here. Both times it has been very clean and neat. They also include nice little extras that made us feel welcome. If I have ever had a problem or concern, it has been immediately addressed. I would definitely stay there again!

Everything was wonderful! Beds were comfortable. Rooms were small but expertly arranged to optimize space efficiently. Wonderful to have washer and dryer as well as full kitchen when staying a week! Highly recommend!!

Directly across the street from Baylor University, this townhouse was perfect for our trip! Very clean and completely equipped with anything you might need, we just loved it! Large bedrooms and cool contemporary design throughout. Included a front outdoor sitting area.

The property was very nice however we had a security issue with another guest who was staying there. This guest required US Marshall protection and that made us very uncomfortable and when we let the property manager know that because of feeling unsafe we decided to check out early and felt we should have received reimbursement for the nights that we didn’t use I didn’t even get a response. But when you wake up on your first morning there to 6 armed Marshals that is very frightening. It would have been nice to have been informed ahead of time that extra security measures would be in place if they knew they were hosting a guest that required that kind of security, especially since this person was staying in the unit right beside us. I’m very disappointed that no offer was even made to rectify this situation. And needless to say that turned out to be a very expensive vacation.

The property was so clean and we could feel safe at all times. The patio area was fantastic too!

Clean, convenient, impeccably furnished and oh, so close to Baylor campus. You won’t be disappointed by these charming two-story units.

We loved our stay here. It was comfortable and very nicely appointed. My suggestion for any possible change would be to make the sitting area right inside the door more user friendly for visiting with friends. The seating arrangement made it hard for the four of us to sit and face one another comfortably. We solved that by sitting in the kitchen. The location of the toilet paper holder was interesting, but we solved that by taking off the roll and leaving it on the counter. A minor item when considering how wonderful everything else was! All we needed was there - plus! Made cooking a breeze. Thanks for taking the time to add all the touches - lovely place and great location.

Fantastic location

Nice, safe location next to Baylor campus. Close to everything we wanted to see. We will definitely stay here again!
