Just returned from 10 days holiday in the peaceful and tranquil Voro Cottage. With wonderful views from the beautiful garden & property across the coastline and bay this really is an excellent location to relax and unwind. The property is in a beautiful location up a quiet side road amongst olive groves in Lithakia. The property itself was well appointed with the added bonus of air conditioning and a private plunge pool which provides an excellent cooling off opportunity from the hot sun. The cottage was well equipped with an extremely comfortable large bed and practical kitchen area. Mr & Mrs Carr were excellent hosts and were always friendly attentive and happy to give advice and help on the best places to visit or eat on the island.We would not hesitate to return in the future to this little corner of Zakynthon paradise.

The location of this cottage is perfect; the surroundings are tranquil and the views are breath taking. It is beautifully decorated and extremely well equipped, and the hosts are welcoming, helpful and friendly. What’s not to love? Voro cottage is ideal if you want to relax and do very little (especially with it’s beautiful little pool) but it is also ideally placed to use as a base to explore the island, the mountains, villages and beaches. My holiday is idyllic; I will definitely return. Thank you.

Ein sehr schönes kleines Häuschen mit Minipool wie in der Beschreibung zu sehen. Denise und Paul waren sehr angenehme und nette Gastgeber, die uns stets mit Tipps zur Insel weiterhelfen konnten. Wir können es nur weiterempfehlen :))

L'accueil fut très bien. Emplacement en voiture superbe, entre 15 min à 20 min pour des belles plages. Maison convient pour petit séjour.

This is a fantastic little cottage with lovely attention to detail and very comfortable. The view from the patio and plunge pool is spectacular. Paul and Denise are very helpful and friendly. They will respect your privacy but are available at any point should you need them. You do need your own transport and there is parking on the property. If you are looking for a quiet and peaceful break this is the place to be.

Excellent

We got married in Zakynthos and the accommodation is perfect for a few romantic days. A typical Greek designed blue and white house and everywhere beautiful plants around. The cottage is very pretty and cozy and you can find everything you need. If something is missing, the hosts will be happy to help. Paul and Denise are very friendly and helpful without being intrusive. Everything is very clean, the garden is well-kept and last but not least: the view of the sea and the mountains from your own small terrace is simply breathtaking. We felt very comfortable and can only recommend a stay there. Wir haben auf Zakynthos geheiratet und für ein paar romantische Tage ist die Unterkunft perfekt. Ein typisch griechisch gestaltetes blau-weißes Häuschen und überall wunderschöne Pflanzen ringsherum. Das Cottage ist sehr hübsch und gemütlich und man findet alles, was man braucht. Falls doch etwas fehlt, helfen die Gastgeber gern aus. Paul und Denise sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Alles ist sehr sauber, der Garten gepflegt und nicht zu vergessen: der Blick aufs Meer und die Berge von der eigenen kleinen Terrasse aus ist einfach atemberaubend. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können einen Aufenthalt dort nur empfehlen.

Ankommen und sofort abschalten. Beim ersten Blick von der Terrasse auf die wundervolle Landschaft, ist man direkt im Urlaubsmodus. Das Häuschen hat alles was man braucht und Denise und Paul sind immer da um zu helfen und Tips zu geben. Das beste Essen, die Geheimtipps der Insel, wann am besten wohin... Einfach toll. Wir waren eine Woche dort und der Abschied schmerzte sehr. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Sehr empfehlenswert, ruhig und klein, alles da was man braucht. Denise und Paul sind sehr bemüht, den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten.

Heel aangenaam verblijfje, zwembadje is ondiep en klein, daarbij is zwemmen wel niet mogelijk ;-)heel rustig gelegen en mooi uitzicht, én super vriendelijke, behulpzame eigenaars!!

Séjour parfait dans ce petit cottage dans les hauteurs de Lithakia. Des hôtes d'une grande gentillesse, une vue magnifique, une petite piscine pour se rafraichir, une météo estivale, un logement confortable le tout sur une ile aux paysages de cartes postales... Tout est réuni pour passer de superbes vacances ! Encore un grand merci à Denise et Paul, Nous recommandons les yeux fermés !

We had a wonderful stay with Paul and Denise in their lovely Cottage up the hill. The Cottage feels cosy and we had everything we needed. It was really hot the time we've been there, but the pool and the aircondition helped a lot ;) The area around and the nature is beautiful and the island offers a lot to see and do. Das kleine Ferienhäusschen ist wunderschön und mit toller Aussicht erhöht gelegen am Ortsende. Wir haben uns von der ersten Minute an wohl gefühlt in diesem kleinen Paradies. Die Vermieter Denise & Paul sind supernett, hilfsbereit und geben gerne Tips. Wir können diese Ferienunterkunft absolut empfehlen und hoffen, irgendwann mal wiederzukommen ! Für manche wichtig ist vielleicht der Hinweis, dass es sehr ruhig ist - Trubel gibts woanders und man einen Mietagen haben sollte. Von hier aus kann man die Insel super erkunden!

Denise et Paul sont des personnes incroyablement gentils. Le logement est splendid entouré de nature avec une piscine donnant une vue parfaite sur la mer. Ambiance calme et relaxante. Merci à Denise de nous avoir amené à l'aéroport !! Je recommande les yeux fermés :)

Wer eine Ferienbleibe im Grünen sucht, die ruhig und abseits der Touristenorte liegt, die individuell und sehr besonders ist, der sollte sich bei Denise und Paul einquartieren. Die kleine Bleibe hat alles was man für das alltägliche Leben so braucht, das Hilight ist ein atemberaubender Blick über die Laganas Bucht, den man beim Frühstücken oder Abendessen genießen kann. Eine gute Taverne ist im Ort (Dennis) und ein Mini Markt bietet ein erstaunlich großes Sortiment. Denise und Paul sind wirklich herzliche, höfliche und rücksichtsvolle Gastgeber, die dazu auch noch den ein oder anderen guten Tipp für Tavernen oder Ausflugsziele auf Lager haben. Eine ganz klare Empfehlung, wir haben den Aufenthalt in Lithakia sehr genossen!

Einfach wundervoll! Wer eine süße Unterkunft abseits der Touristenorte sucht ist hier richtig. Absolute Ruhe und ein traumhafter Blick auf die Bucht mit herrlichem Sonnenaufgang! Auto ist sowieso auf der Insel ein Muss,daher ist fast alles in 20 bis 45 Minuten Fahrzeit zu erreichen. Das kleine Haus besteht aus einem Zimmer mit Küchenzeile. Alle Geräte und Möbel neuwertig und liebevoll eingerichtet. Das Bad hat eine gute Größe,alles tiptop,Wasserdruck spitze. Das Highlight ist die süße überdachte Terrasse,das Tauchbecken mit Liegestühle. Diese sind zur Alleinbenutzung und völlig privat. Die Vermieter wohnen auf dem Grundstück,aber das Häusschen und das Tauchbecken sind nicht einsehbar,auch keine Nachbarn.Denise und Paul ist so liebenswürdig. Es war eher wie bei Freunden wohnen.

An absolutely lovely little property. Clean and tidy with everything you would need. Denise and Paul are both welcoming and will help with whatever you need without compromising on your privacy. If you want to learn more about living in a village and the typical way of life rather than the tourist resort experience but still maintaining your 'creature comforts' you could look no further. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property to anyone . We will definitely be returning.

Ruhe und toller Blick auf die Laganas-Bucht! Das kleine Ferienhaus hat die Erwartungen übertroffen. Die Objektbeschreibung stimmt in allen Details. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt!
