Great condos for company meetings. Separate bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. Large dining table for a meeting space, large kitchen area, great location.

Just across the street from the beach. Eating places close by. Rode bikes to Fort Clinch just down the road. Atlantic drive takes you to the heart of the downtown area. Condo was clean and parking in a secured garage area with elevator to take you to your condo. No issues. Very pleasant stay and lovely view of the ocean and could see the sunrise.

Pros: Excellent location. Comfortable set-up. Comfortable furniture. Con: Not enough plates/cups for a 3 bedroom condo, no place to hang towels in master bathroom so we ended up handing towels on doors which means that the towel never fully dried out, and lack of dish towels. There were two in the condo and they got pretty dirty.

Please improve your check-in instructions. That you must walk around the back of the building to enter the unit first and retrieve the parking fob was unclear. Also, the paper taped on the elevator read for Unit 102, press 2N, which was wrong and caused much delay in starting our vacation. Other then the confusing check-in, and small spaced parking garage, the condo itself was lovely and convenient for beach sunrises and a short drive to downtown.

This was a second visit to this property for our group. It is clean, well maintained and comfortably furnished with adequate kitchen provisions. All appliances are current and in working condition. There were a few light bulbs in the bathroom fixtures that need to be replaced. It would be helpful if the check-in process instructions would specifically say to enter through the condo door first to find the garage opener and then enter the garage for unloading. The one thing we would appreciate is an 11AM or noon check-out as 10 came in a hurry for us. We enjoyed our stay on Amelia Island. Thank you.

Beautiful condo with perfect location!

Super clean! Very roomy! Great location! Totally comfortable stay for 6 adults. Huge, fully stocked kitchen. Great washer and dryer. Clean and private pool on the property. Not a heated pool but so comfortable. A two-minute walk to the beach and the two popular area restaurants. A convenience store one-minutes' walk away. Downtown was 8 minutes away. 5 minutes to a grocery and local restaurants. Best porch on the elevated first floor where we spent time watching the waves and passersby. The porch/balcony was a family favorite early in the morning and in the evenings. The beds were comfortable and the unit was updated nicely and decorated appropriately for a beach property. Above our expectations.

2022 marked our second visit to the Fernandina Cay condo. Everything about this unit as well as its location made our family gathering wonderful...again. This unit is so spacious & nicely decorated. The kitchen & laundry are fully stocked with everything to make cooking & laundering easy to do. The location is convenient to the beach, restaurants, & downtown historic Fernandina. We love being able to walk down to the beach & run back to our condo during the day as desired. We also enjoyed lunch breaks on the beach at the The Sandbar restaurant. And the Salt Life restaurant is just minutes away on foot. Love having a designated parking space in the garage. There is also plenty of additional free parking in front of & across the street from the condo. We love this condo & are looking forward to our third visit next summer.

The condo and location were wonderful. The elevator from the garage directly to the condo was great. Our key set did not have a key to man door in garage as some tenants but we made it work. We had trouble with one air conditioner unit and maintenance came right away and took care of it. One of our ladies talked about bringing her family back to that specific unit. Oh trash can foot pedal was broken and just setting there and we placed it in a drawer. Just a beautiful place. Thank you so much

This condo is conveniently located and a wonderful place to stay. We loved the layout of the condo and everything it offered! No need to bring beach gear. They had it all. Only downfall was one garage parking spot.

Our employees from all over the US came for our annual meeting. We rented 3 units and congregated in this one because of the updated kitchen and decor. There was plenty of room for the 14 of us to meet and mingle. Beautiful property!

Great clean and updated place! It was awesome. The only recommendation we would have is to get three or four of those really nice high top adirondack chairs for the balcony. They have those in another unit (303) that we stayed in last year. Makes for a more comfortable and enjoyable time on the balcony.

We throughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and well stocked with supplies. The decor was gorgeous as well as the view. Location wise you cannot get any better. Across from Main Beach.

We were so happy to discover that this Condo looked exactly as it was portrayed in photos on VRBO. Extremely spacious, especially the primary bedroom & adjoining bath. Everything was bright & cheerful & we enjoyed being able to see the beach from our windows. Loved having a garage & keycode entry system, alleviating the need for keys. Made it so easy for family members to come & go with ease. The location includes everything. A beach view with easy walk to the sand. Two restaurants within walking distance as well as a convenience store/gas station behind the building. The owners have equipped this unit with everything you could possibly need in the kitchen, baths, and bedrooms, including beach towels, toys, & chairs. After returning from the beach, we especially enjoyed taking a swim in the enclosed pool. We were a family of 6 adults, and had plenty of sleeping accommodations for everyone. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Although we most certainly enjoyed our time on Fernandina Beach, we were disappointed to discover that our unit had an issue with roaches, no key to open/lock the storage unit in the underground garage where the beach supplies/bikes were located, and the lack of a key for access to entering the garage from the street side of the property. Regarding the roach infestation, the maintenance director, Mark, was diligent in getting someone out to our unit the same day the problem was reported. Mark also was efficient in providing us with beach chairs by the next morning and unlocking the storage unit the same day. However, the storage unit remained unlocked for the remainder of our visit. Additionally, I would like to add that the middle bedroom closet is missing a light bulb/cover as well as a light inside the shower. And finally, the housekeeping of the unit needs to be more sanitary as the kitchen garbage can apparently doesn't get cleaned between tenants as it was found upon entry to be filthy inside showing evidence of not having been scrubbed clean between uses and filled with empty sugar packets inside the bottom of the can. (This may be a part of the roach problem in the unit.) I am disappointed in having to respond to your survey in this fashion because we were really pleased with the unit's location and decor and would welcome the opportunity to rent it again if these issues are properly addressed.

Renting was extremely easy. The condo is beautiful. Private access to your room from elevator & from outside. We will stay here again. The beach is steps away. They provided alot also.

Unit is nice size and large kitchen. Easy walk to the beach. Starting to show some wear & tear and definitely need to clean/replace bedroom carpets. Initial check in to get inside the property a little confusing. Overall good stay

Very disappointed, roaches all over kitchen area. Counters, dishes, floor and inside dishwasher. Rented for 8 people and contract stated linens provided. We had three washclothes. Also, stated we’d have access to beach supplies. The locker had master lock and no key provided. We’ve visited Amelia for 30 years now. Staying in numerous condos and homes. Never been disappointed but this wasn’t a pleasant experience. I wouldn’t recommend this area if you have small children. It’s very crowded and have to cross a busy street to get to the beach.

We enjoyed a wonderful week in Fernandina Beach at this beautiful condo with upscale appliances. It is located on the North end of the island; conveniently located near Fort Clinch, Downtown, and Main Beach is in eyes view of the balcony. It is also walking distance to Salt Life Restaurant, The Sandbar and Kitchen, and a putt putt. Main Beach and North Beach are known for having an abundance of shark teeth, so this location is very convenient for those who like to get out early to find some treasures. As stated in some other reviews, the kitchen could use a few Pyrex casserole dishes, and a few area rugs to help with the sand on the tile floors. Also, the dishwasher is not securely attached to the cabinets in the kitchen. I would highly recommend this unit. I hope to visit again soon.

Location was perfect! Our two families had plenty of room to spread out. And we walked everywhere.

The condo was definitely beautiful and roomy. The location was great also. We were within walking distance to the beach, a few restaurants, the parks, etc. The only complaint I have would be the noise. You constantly have the noise from the garage opening and closing and the noise from the condo above you. You could also hear the upstairs bath running, toilet flushing and kids running back and forth late into the am hours.

Very clean and well appointed, nicely decorated condo. We chose the condo for its location close to beach, Egan's Greenway and town. New kitchen, including pots and pans, were a plus. I would add a broiler pan, some glass casserole dishes, square pans, etc. We stayed three weeks so cooked a fair amount. The Condo Association should take more interest in upkeep of pool area (furniture, etc.) I would not hesitate to recommend this condo for comfort, convenience and location.

Beautiful condo in the heart of the island across from main beach. Recently renovated with convenient covered parking and direct elevator access to the room.

It was a great location to the beach the fort and the historic district. I think you need a couple more hand towels for the kitchen. There was only one. Check kitchen supplies as some items are needed like pizza cutter etc. the dishwasher needs to be secured to the counter as it falls forward. Thanks. Very spacious unit.

Very Nice Property

Great location. Beautiful condo! More spacious than it looks in the pictures. There were 7 of us and plenty of room for all. Only thing I would change is the check out time. 10am is too early and makes for a rushed departure when trying to follow check out requirements. 11am would be perfect.

Directions to get in was not clear. The noise from the garage can get annoying. Also after coming in the outside door once the code didn't work anymore.
