The property and location was very private and secure, there is one security gate to enter Palmas Del Mar and another to entire the apartment / condo complex. The condo was clean, stocked with kitchen essentials, beach towels, etc and the views from the rooms and deck was just spectacular. My family was two adults and two kids 7 & 11. We definitely would recommend to families with kids. The pools were warm and fun to pass time and relax. We did rent a golf car for our stay and only used it once a to tour the property. Because Palmas Del Mar is so big we found using our car was more efficient than the golf car. Overall a 5 star property and easy access in and out.

The property is gorgeous - the photos do NOT do it justice. The two pools we had access to were wonderful - so clean and fun! We stayed with our almost 2 year old and it was perfect. The property manager and host went out of their ways to make sure our stay was amazing. Truly a great experience.

We had an amazing time on our Spring Break vacation. The condo was clean and had every amenity you could want. The property is gorgeous. The view from the balcony enjoying coffee each morning will be missed! Can’t wait to come back, soon.

I was skeptical at first when my friends asked me to look into a Villa versus a hotel. The owners made this first time experience wonderful. They answered any and all questions prior to booking. Booking was super easy and so was check in. They provided a map of the resort, as well as information needed to fully enjoy my stay. The property was absolutely AMAZING!! We absolutely love this property! It is our second time and it’s such a perfect place for our family. The property is clean and spacious for our family of 5. We always rent a golf cart and it is a relaxing way to enjoy the larger Palmas property, the restaurants and everything the area has to offer. We can not wait to come back again!

This location was perfect for my intentions of total relaxation on this trip. There was EVERYTHING within Palmas del Mar where we didn't need to leave the property. The views were incredible from every view as well.

This property was beautiful! It gave our family space to relax and unwind after a say at the beach or snorkeling! We watched the sunrise every morning on the porch... the view was stunning. You would pay thousands a night for that view at the Ritz! We truly appreciated the room with bunk beds plus the daybed and trundle.... perfect for the kids. Overall I highly recommend this property! And rent a golf cart during your stay... it was all we used!!

We stayed at the property for a month. The apartment is super spacious, with a nice view of the ocean. The surroundings, quiet & peaceful. My favorite spot was the balcony. The rooms were perfect, with lots of storage. Everything was in working order. Electricity went out early one morning but the generator started up, so thankfully no problems. Palmas del Mar has several nice restaurants, like Chez Daniel & Ladi's, both have indoor/outdoor dining areas. La Pescadería is entirely outdoors, very casual. Thank you so much, we had a lovely time!

This villa is immaculate! The rooms are well designed and spacious and the views are amazing! The place is well equipped with towels, umbrellas, chairs, and everything you need to go to the beach! The beach in Las Palmas has a lot of seaweed but there are plenty of pristine beaches within short driving distance. We got engaged while walking on the beach near the resort so it was a particularly great experience for us. The only downside was that we were only there for 4 days as I would love to stay there forever!!

We absolutely loved our experience once we arrived the Villa, we opened the door and the cleanliness was felt in so many senses smell, sight and touch. The way it’s decorated help the relax environment scenario. The various areas of view to the see and the forest are fundamental to feel you are vacationing . Even that we started vacay the first day of the Dessert dust issue but the sightseeing from the terrace after that day were spectacular. The morning beach breeze and the sunrise are indescriptible but relaxing. We had one situation and the owner help us resolve immediately, I truly recommend this Villa and know we will definitely return again. The three bedrooms and three bathrooms were perfect and fits for our party as it was our home. There are air filters in each room which help more to the cleanliness and healthy environment. We had a wonderful time. The property is even better in person than it appears in the pictures. A very comfortable, clean and nicely decorated Villa that accommodated our family of four adults and three children very well. There was a lot of room for everyone to enjoy themselves. The Villa was stocked with everything you need to have a wonderful relaxing vacation. The views are beautiful and I loved hearing the roar of the ocean at night in bed before falling to sleep and waking up in the morning to first the sound of the ocean and then the gorgeous views. The Villa was very quiet and the beds very comfortable. We all enjoyed having the golf carts to travel around the property. The property was beautiful and very well kept and we enjoyed all the restaurants on property that we tried. The town center had everything you needed, some of the restaurants, frozen yogurt a small super market that was very well stocked for it's size and a store. All of us, loved the beach club, especially our three grandchildren. A beautiful pool, great water slides, water buckets and climbing in the water, ping pong, water basketball etc. and a wonderful bar and restaurant. Very clean and well planned. We ended up spending several days there enjoying the club and having nice lunches at the restaurant. The property manager, Nancy, was very responsive to our inquiries. Phil also was very responsive during our booking and before we arrived answering any questions or concerns that we had. We had the best vacation at Palmas Del Mar. We made many happy memories with our grandchildren and our son and daughter in law. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Truly amazing family vacation. The unit was spectacular, like walking into a 5 star hotel. Tons of ocean and beach toys for our kids to use. Loved the pools, beach and access to the beach club. We will definitely be back.

This is a wonderful unit! Clean, very well equipped and the view is fabulous!! The owner is responsive as is the onsite property manager. We enjoyed our stay very much!! The only disappointment was the number of restaurants and activities available in the resort area. We had hoped to only leave the property for a few excursions. Get a golf cart and cruise around to different restaurants etc. Post hurricane, the casino is still not open, horseback riding is not available, the little wine cellar is closed and there are a number of restaurants that are also not open. If we had known this in advance we would probably have picked a different location on the island. That being said, the unit itself is wonderful and very comfortable for 7-8 people.

This was such an amazing home to stay in. It was equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable trip. Nancy, the property manager, was an incredible resource that was always available when needed. I encourage anyone staying to rent a golf cart if you plan to explore a bit - not only is it a fun way to see the area, it’s a convenient way to get around quickly. I will definitely visit this location again!

We loved staying at this property. This villa is spacious and beautiful, with wonderful views. The pools are great. Nancy, the property manager and Phil, the owner were very responsive when we had to contact them. We highly recommend staying here for a relaxing time!

Everything was perfect. The communication with the owner and with the administration was excellent. The Villa is in great condition with everything you need for a great vacation. Definitively we will come back. The view from the balcony and from the master room, simply the best.

Overall very good experience except for lack of response of the manager to our messages and calls.

Decoration, Details, Sparkling Clean, Super Host, amazing view from balcony and master room a super plus! Huge bathrooms! There was even milk, sugar, coffee, water bottles in fridge, and all you can imagine in gadgets for cooking including seasonings! Super recommend! Will return for sure! The size of the apartment; WOW!! Just perfect for a vacation in Palmas del Mar, Puerto Rico!!!

I have rented twice in less than a year! Extremely Clean, Excellent customer service. I am from Puerto Rico and I can tell you this place is safe, grocery stores close by. Sooo many pools for adults and children. this is definitely a 5 Star

Everything was perfect. The location was perfect. Everything was clean and comfortable. Everything was all set for us. Couldn’t have had a better time. Will be going back!
