More than we wanted to spend, but very nice. Rather surprised to find that it was a duplex, but it was fine.

Pleasant space, very well equipped especially in beach gear and baby items. Managers very responsive to questions and issues. Location is quiet and well located for close access to a good number of beaches. We enjoyed access to the Mauna Lani Beach Club. The sliding screen for the window wall to the lanai is not fully functional which was a disappointment since we prefer open air to A/C when possible. All in all a good spot.

We really enjoyed staying at this beautiful house. It has it all, space, comfort, cleanliness, quiet, and the beds were all great. I highly recommend this house.

We stay in Mauna Lani resort when vacationing on the Big Island. The amenities are modern and comfortable. Private beach is lovely. Access to both hotels is easy. Proximity to Hapuna Beach is sweet.

This property is beautiful with a gorgeous view. The house was in immaculate condition when we arrived and the beds were so very comfortable. Our family of 9 had plenty of space to move around. It is so close to many of the beautiful sights that the island has to offer and also close to many amenities. We loved the bikes, beach chairs and snorkel gear. You will love it here! Our group of 8 from Australia had a fabulous time staying at Blue Lagoon. Everything you need is available for a luxurious stay. House pool and spa were amazing and living areas and bedrooms were very high quality. Surrounding area is wonderful and there is plenty to do. Private beach club was fantastic and so pretty. I'm so glad we decided on going with the house instead of a resort. We saved so much money making Costco trips rather than eating out every day. The house had everything we needed to make us feel at home. We had a few issues with the house but the customer service was amazing and fixed the issues within hours. We would definitely stay again! *air conditioner was a huge plus!! The heat and humidity was harsh a few days so a nice game night(which the house provided) was a nice option to have... * the pool area was also amazing! Night swimming and coming home to bbq was a nice way to end our day...

My family loved our stay at this property. The house was spacious, clean, and very comfortable for our family of 6. The views were incredible and we really enjoyed having access to the Hapuna Pool and beach. It was also great that the owner has the garage full of coolers, snorkel gear, pool floaties, etc which was a big bonus. We will definitely stay here again!

The stay was perfect at this luxury semi. Very clean and had all the amenities we needed. The bedrooms were well appointed, the kitchen was well stocked with equipment and the living and dining space worked well for our family of 10’s stay. The beach equipment and bikes were also a nice touch. Everyone had their own space as well as shared space. While we had a hurricane warning during our stay, communication with the owners was clear and frequent and we didn’t need to work. Would definitely stay here again on a return trip to the Big Island.

This is ideal property and location for a Hawaiian vacation. Especially for a large family or group. The place is every bit as nice as the pictures show. The open top floor layout with beautiful kitchen and large lanai accommodates a spacious area for everyone to be together. And being within the Mauna Lani resort area is by far the best location for a Big Island vacation. I would highly recommend this Condo.

We loved our stay! The condo was so clean and the addition of snorkel gear, beach chairs, and beach towels saved us time and money. Having access to the private beach was a huge plus! We would definitely stay here again!

This house was absolutely perfect. I have done a lot of traveling and this was the most well-stocked house I have ever rented. It had everything we needed for the beach, cooking, pool! The house is quite large and fit our group with ease. Jeff and Suzzanne were so accomodating and went above and beyond. Our flight wasn't until 11:00 pm on the day of check-out and without me even asking they reached out and offered us the use of the house all day because nobody was checking-in the next day. That is amazing customer service. My only tiny complaint has nothing to do with the house, but with the shared recreation area. The 8 days we were there one of the hot tubs never worked and both pools were freezing. Too cold for my brave Northwest kids! But overall a perfect house, great location and excellent customer service! Can't wait to go back.

This is a fantastic property and extremely well managed by Jeff and Suzanne's team from Paradise in Hawaii. We feel extremely blessed to be one of the first guests to stay at the property. The pictures and listing descriptions are accurate. Everything in the property is high end... from the appliances, furniture, decorations, to the linens. This is one of the most luxurious places we have ever stayed! We are a family of five (2 boys and 1 girl) and everyone had their own beds. Our older boy (16 yo) stayed in the upstairs master suite and our younger 2 kids (13yo and 9 yo) in the room with the 2 queen beds. My wife and I stayed in the downstairs master bedroom. There is so much room and, honestly, the house feels much larger than 2500 sqft. The kids could run off and do their own things w/o bothering my wife and me. The two pools and gym is a short 3 min walk away. My older boy enjoyed going to the gym and working out. My two younger kids enjoyed swimming in the pools. The garage is stocked with everything! We made use of the bikes (rode down the Fairmont Hotel and beaches), beach chairs, snorkel gear, umbrella, cooler, and sand toys! All the gear was practically brand new and in excellent condition. When we were first planning our trip to the Big Island we considered staying at the Hilton Grand Waikoloa Village Hotel. However, we would have needed two rooms and it would have cost more than what we paid to stay here. The Hilton Waikoloa Village Hotel offers a day pass ($160 plus tax) to use their pool facilities. The day pass includes a room to use during the day (10am - 6pm). We did decide to try it out and had a great time. The Waikoloa Hotel is a short 15 min drive away. Our family loved staying here. We always looked forward to coming back home after a long day out exploring the Island. We had a wonderfully relaxing vacation and this home played a big role in it. The beds are really really comfortable. Jeff and his team are extremely responsive to any questions or concerns you may have. When I couldn't figure out how to turn on the kitchen vent, he responded to my email within 10 minutes. When we had an issue with BBQ, he sent a staff team member to check it out the next day. Even though the staff member could not fix the issue (needed to order a part), the staff team member was super friendly and recommended a great Indian restaurant (Kamana) in Kona. This turned out to be our favorite meal during our stay! We had a late

We had a group of 10 people that stayed at this house. The age range was 6 to 75 years old. It was so great. It was the nicest place any of us had ever stayed. They had really nice bikes, a cooler, life jackets for the kids, sand toys, water footballs, beach chairs, snorkeling equipment, I could go on. They had everything you need for a beach vacation. The beach is a very short drive (less than 5 minutes) through the very nice neighborhood. The beach was great for snorkeling and playing in the sand. The house has 2 zones for air conditioning, which was really nice for our group. The kitchen has everything you could every need - coffee maker, toaster oven, ice maker, etc. The balcony is a beautiful place to have breakfast. The community pool and hot tub is about a 30 second walk away. It was very fun to go there and play after a day at the beach. You can ride your bikes to a different, nearby beach that is rocky, but great for the sunset. I would recommend this house to anyone. The owners got us in quickly even though we only gave them a few hours notice that we were coming.
