Clean, comfort, adequate. Disappointed with the beach after spending majority of trip at Siesta Key. Course sand and dirty. Prefer a more low key environment.

The property is just as described. Instructions precise. Very close to the beach. The crosswalk is really more of a take off and run because no one stops. I wish there was a cooler and a couple of chairs to take to the beach. The tennis court is private and cannot be used by visitors. The stay was very enjoyable. Bring tennis shoes as you will walk everywhere.

Owners are extremely responsive and were very generous and flexible with our changing airline schedule and check-in/out times. You are 1.5 blocks from the beach and walking distance to numerous delightful shops and restaurants in LBTS. As the end unit, you have a lovely small back patio all to yourself, which is lovely for meals. Only downside would be noise from the adjacent units, but it wasn't terrible. Lovely stay and property, thanks again!

Had a great time at this location. Check in was super easy, Manager was communicative as to when the room would be ready and responsive to any concerns. Felt very secure and safe traveling with the family with small children. Location was quiet, clean and smelled good ( loved the two full bathrooms) Great location close to the beach and easy enter and exit from the room. Met the housekeeper lady who was very nice and said goodbye when we left. Lots of choices for food from McDonald's to Cajun Style food. Just enough towels and linen for what we needed to be comfortable. Beds were super comfy if the weather was not so nice we would've stayed in it all day. Now that we are now back in cold Michigan, we are wanting to come back to that 80 degree weather really soon. Great hosts!!! Only thing that would have been a nice touch may have been a balloon or two saying Happy Birthday n the room since when registering it gives the opportunity to disclose reason or occasion for travel . Overall though it was worth every cent!!!!

Very friendly and helpful! They cleaned our room once a week with new bedding and towels too. They really keep the whole place up beautifully! We loved our stay there.

A perfect 5 day stay at 4145 By The Sea Inn and Suites! Our 1 bedroom, 2 bath condo was super clean, very quiet and comfortable, especially the king size bed. Nicolas was a wonderful host who made sure we had everything we needed! There was a lovely seating area outside the living room where you could enjoy morning coffee. Walking to the beach was very easy and Aruba on the Beach served delicious food with seating outside and inside! Just be aware that there are just enough parking for the 7 units and the spaces are a bit tight. I would highly recommend Nicolas and Majorie's condo for your stay in Lauderdale-by-the-Sea! Deborah

Nicely furnished and decorated. Having two bathrooms was wonderful. Very spacious with large rooms. Private patio quiet and pretty. Close to the beach

The unit was nice and everything clean. The owner was very attentive and helped us whenever we asked. Having never been to this area, the pictures were deceiving. I knew you had to walk to the beach but I got the impression that the addirondack chairs and the path was near the unit. It's not, that's about a ten minute walk from the unit. Everything was within walking distance and we used UBER when we went further.

We had a wonderful time spent. The place is clean and very close to the beach. We would definitely come back again. The manager was very very helpful an answered all our questions.

My boyfriend and I loved this place. It was within walking distance to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The house was more than we expected. It was very clean, easy to access, and we loved that we had a kitchen so we could cook and not have to go out for every meal. When I had to contact Connie about a parking pass she was quick to respond and took care of my issue right away. We loved our stay here and we will definitely consider it for future trips!

We spent 4 nights in one of the one bedroom units. The unit was immaculate, very cute nautical/beach theme decor. It was very comfortably furnished and it was great to have a kitchen that was stocked with utensils/dishes. There is a lovely patio area with tables/ chairs, perfect for a pre dinner glass of wine. There is a grocery store within a mile or so. The unit is a 2 minute walk to the beach!!!!!!! The location is perfect, a 5 minute walk to restaurants/ bars and the town of Lauderdale By The Sea, where we enjoyed live music 2 of the 4 nights we were there. Connie was a wonderful hostess and she and Kathy, the manger checked in on us. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and recommend that you book and enjoy this great property!!

Was very pleased with this property and the property owner. It was clean, convenient and was updated to provide a very nice stay. We will definitely rent this property again in the future. Connie was very nice to deal with and I would highly recommend the property for a family vacation.

We felt like we were home in our lovely unit! We were so close to the beach, the unit was comfy and so nicely decorated, and we loved having our own outdoor terrace with a view.

Exactly as posted. Easy access clean with lite service mid week. Two small blocks to the beach shops and restaurants all within walking distance. Parked our rental at the property and only used it once. Great location nice people to work with will use again!

We stayed in a 1 bedroom unit at this location and had a lovely week. The accommodation is charming, very clean, within close walking distance to everything (beautiful beach, groceries, downtown) and was nice and quiet! Management was responsive and made certain we had everything we needed. All in all, a good experience and a relaxing vacation! Would recommend.

We stumbled upon this by sheer luck. We had booked a hotel down the street and upon learning they had bed bugs we rushed to the Chamber of Commerce and they recommended us to this newly renovated inn. Amongst all the ones we visited to see if it met our standards, this was the cleanest and with the nicest and most comfortable furniture for an Inn this size. It's small only five rooms altogether so it's quaint and cozy. Walking distance to everything that is available in LBTS. We loved our room. We even loved the TVs! You get netflix! They have a grill so we did grill one night and well it was just fabulous!
