Great condo. Spacious, great views and well equipped

We were amazed at our condo. There was more than enough room and felt like we were living luxuriously.

We booked this property because it met the needs of a large group as far as rooms and bathroom. We also booked due to having a hot tub available. While we enjoyed the size and space of the unit, we were disappointed in the amenities available. Apparently all hot tubs were closed in December. However, we were never notified of this. The outdoor pool and gym were also closed. They did allow you to use the pool and gym at the next door tower, though it wasn’t as convenient. As for the condo unit, the grill and one of the AC units were not working properly. The property managers were very helpful and had someone there quickly to work on these things. Small things we noticed were the door locks were either missing or did not work on several rooms/bathrooms, and the toilet handle was broken in one bathroom. Overall, it’s a very nice place and we enjoyed our stay. An employee of Turquoise Place informed us that many updates were being made to the building including all the hot tubs being replaced. We plan to return in the future to see those updates.

The condo was amazing ! The view from the balcony covers the bay to the gulf. We enjoy going to orange beach in February. You basically have the beach to yourself.

This is the second time I have stayed in this condo. It is impressive and luxurious. The folks at Alabama Getaways are responsive and attentive to any calls or texts. Will definitely rent this unit again.

This condo was amazing! Very clean & large,. Each bedroom had a great view as well the the ocean view on the balcony! Staff was very responsive to our needs. Defiantly would stay again!!

This condo is beautiful, with high end appliances. Had everything it said and more. Was very clean and all ready for our stay. Would definitely rent C1301 again. Only two things I would suggest. Change out a few of the switches to USB. To help with electronics. And you need a cordless vacuum to get up the sand and crumbs. Only problem we had was with the complex not the condo. The elevator was extremely slow and two days two different elevators had to be repaired. Enjoyed our week in Orange Beach.

The Condo and Turquoise Place were exactly as advertised. Our family had a Great time and will be back.

Had a bit of trouble getting checked in the owners of the condo didn't put us on the check in list. It took about 10 minutes to get that arranged,but after that everything was perfect. Condo was very nice and comfortable plenty of room for the 9 of us it was very clean nice beach ⛱ . If you are eating out don't go to Bubba seafood food is not good at all don't waste your money alot of other good place to go.

Overall this property is perfect. Location is amazing. Only complaint is they switched tv providers. Some in our party had no tv the entire trip. I realize we are beachfront in a gorgeous place. However. In the evening before bed. Some people like to relax watch a little TV. Other then that. This is a great property for larger groups as each room has a bathroom. Very large kitchen with a huge island .. I'd definitely stay here again. And thank you to the property management co. They were on point.

This condo was exactly what we needed. The balcony is absolutely wonderful. This property is very spacious, beautiful views from every bedroom. Furnishings are very nice.
