Park and then walk everywhere from this location.. to downtown, to the beach, to the lagoon/wharf. Breathtaking views too!!

I wish I could live at this house. The view of the ocean is spectacular and there was every possible thing we could need there. The bedrooms were comfortable and there was lots of room for our daughters, stepdaughters and their children. It was an easy walk to town. We loved the way the house was laid out and two kitchens was such a treat. We celebrated both a 70th birthday and Father's Day and it was wonderful.

We had a wonderful stay with our family at this house. The owners were helpful and accessible. Big house. Plenty of space. Doesn’t have a sunset view but if you’re there during a full moon, well, it was amazing. The walk to the beach was steep - not a walk for the older family members. Still, the view from the back patio is worth every penny.

The perfect beach house for us! So charming and cozy. All you see is ocean-you can smell and hear it from the house! Having the 2 levels was perfect for sharing with other families-lots of room for kids to romp and adults to relax. Thank you to our hosts for sharing this special family home.

Easy to accomplish on line.

This was our 3rd time settling in to the Oceanview property in Bolinas. It had been 5 years and we were so pleased to be back. For us an ideal location...easy walks to the beach and to town, access to supplies at the general store, the natural food store and the hardware store, great food at Coast Cafe and Smiley's, excellent morning coffee and pastries at the coffee window, tasty smoothies and sandwiches at BoVida, and a general laid-back vibe. Once you get there you just want to settle in no matter how many great places you had in mind to visit. We did make one foray into the Russian River wine district and enjoyed a plated/paired six course luncheon at Bricoleur: highly recommended. Walks on the beach and roads, short trips to Agate Beach for the tide pools and sunsets and to the honor system farm stand were about the extent of what we did other than relax and lounge inside and on the deck with perhaps the best view of all. Upgraded kitchen and upstairs bathroom were nice bonuses. Otherwise the same ol' comfy, cozy spot to enjoy each other.

Our family had a great time at this location. Beautiful views, short walk to beach and downtown. Short drive to many excellent hiking opportunities, Point Reyes, Bolinas Ridge. Comfortable and well equipped. We would stay here again!

We liked staying here. Great location, amazing views to the ocean. There was only one key provided in the unreliable lock box and none available from any local address. Some days we split into 3 parties and went in separate directions so in that case we locked the key in the lockbox. We had real problems when we needed an inhaler that was in the house and it took about half an hour and a lot of fiddling with the controls to get the lockbox open. It was a really bad situation.

We stay here as a family retreat during the holidays to connect and appreciate each other. The Bolinas community is well known to us, and we love being part of it. Never tire of the view and quiet interrupted only by the sound of the surf. Latest stay of many, hoping for many more!

This was the second time we rented this spacious two story house in beautiful Bolinas-and we will return again! Perfect for two families. Breathtaking ocean views and just a few minutes walk from the beach.

It's all about the view here - and it doesn't hurt that it's just a 10 minute walk to downtown either. I wouldn't recommend for someone who can't do a lot of stairs and/or really wants a state of the art kitchen, but we really enjoyed ourselves and the deck space was a big contributor to that. Thanks for the great fall weather too!

Incredible porch overlooking the ocean. Ample space and a short walk to the beach and downtown. Overall a great place to stay!

We really enjoyed staying in this quaint and beautiful house. The deck has an epic view. And the common areas provided lots of space for our family. Very much enjoyed it.

We had a great family vacation visiting our sister who lives in Bolinas. The house was perfect for our two families, easy access to everything in Bolinas. The views from the deck were amazing.

Check in time is 4pm. We did not receive code for entry until 4:30 pm. Property is showing age and use, but was clean and comfortable. Locks on back doors a little difficult to negotiate, but owner was helpful.

Ample room to host family and friends. Comfy beds and sitting areas make for a relaxing stay! Beautiful deck overlooking the surf provided endless entertainment. We’ll definitely be back!

Our group of friends had an amazing stay! The house is rustic and beautiful, just like the town of Bolinas! It was a perfect fit for our group. Opening the windows in the upstairs living room allows the seabreeze and sound of crashing waves to envelope you. :) Here are some highlights: morning coffee on the deck, watching the sets of waves roll in for the surfers...exploring the tide pools at low tide...strolling through the chill beach town and supporting the local businesses...picking up fresh, local, organic produce at the 24/7 honor system Farmstand (*love* this!!). We spent our days exploring nearby (the majestic redwoods in Muir Woods, panoramic views at Mt. Tam, day hikes at Point Reyes National Seashore, wine tasting at Sonoma Coast Vineyards winery, enjoying the pollinator garden and mead tasting at Heidrun Meadery, walking through Golden Gate Park & exploring the Academy of Science)!! Can't recommend this town and house enough! :) Keep it quaint! :)

Multi-decade blended styles. Non luxurious with amazing views. Charming place - very big - great for 2 families.

We had a very nice time spending Christmas at this lovely Bolinas home. The views were breathtaking, and the house was comfortable, clean, and fit us all nicely. Plus, the location is perfect - far enough out of town to be quiet, but close enough to walk down for groceries or a meal. I would definitely stay here again.

The house functioned very well for our large group. The living room and deck were spectacular rooms to hang out in and quite spacious. Plenty of bedrooms and space downstairs. The house has a classic Bolinas funky charm which we loved. The upstairs kitchen is small and challenging to use for a large group.

We stay here every year with our three adult boys, and it is a lovely place for a relaxed getaway. Sound of the surf, amazing view, and comfortable surroundings. Hiking options nearby. Bolinas like a place time forgot; wonderful!

This is a great place overlooking the Pacific and the surf spot. The house is amazing with a great view and super atmosphere. We really enjoyed our stay and will hopefully come again soon.

We spent a long weekend in this wonderful Bolinas home. Remarkably we were not in a car from the time we arrived until we left 5 days later. The home had plenty of room for our10 person famil and a wonderful view of the ocean from the dining room and deck.

Classic sprawling vacation home. Well furnished like a nice home that people actually live in (as opposed to a rental) but immaculately maintained. Spectacular unobstructed views, easy walk to beach and town. This is a lovely and fun house.

This house is spacious and has a beautiful view. We experienced 5 deer right outside our place. Getting up in the morning and seeing the beautiful ocean was awesome. Location is a surfer's dream. Lots of raccoons. One came right to our upper balcony door. This property is old and does need some work. We had several issues that we were compensated for.
