Beautiful place, so closed to everything, relaxing and calm. What was really outstanding for me was the communication with Melissa, almost immediately responses (usually you don’t get that from others). Place is well equipped and secure. We really love the place and location and definitely want to come back as soon as possible!

Our host Melissa was so helpful! We struggled a bit with the contactless check in process. She was very helpful and patient and made sure we were able to complete it !!

This home was in a great location. It was very peaceful while we were there. The home was so cozy and cute. So enjoyed our stay.

This unit has everything you need! All the comforts of home and clean! Overlooking pool on the 1st floor. Heavy sliding doors so noise was never an issue. Location could not get any better - walkable to everything we needed and if you wanted to walk a little further there is even more to enjoy! Short drive or Uber ride to so much more. There is a large grocery/liquor store right next door as well as several restaurants and night life options. Beach is right across the street. We definitely enjoyed our stat and the complimentary bottle of wine was a nice touch!

Listing as advertised, very convenient location and right across the street from the beautiful sandy beach and swimming. Melissa was wonderful to work with, and even allowed us to stay past checkout due to a later flight. Loved the big balcony that overlooked the water and had many meals out there with a nice breeze. This will be our go-to place whenever we come and visit friends who just moved into the area!

We've never stayed anywhere that had everything needed for the beach! This property is in a perfect location and close to everything! Publix is right next door, along with several restaurants, renting scooters, beach, free ride and more! Very nice, clean and well decorated condo! Would definitely stay here again!

Unit is just as described with all the needed amenities and a closet full of beach gear. The balcony is spacious with amazing views of the sunrise. Parked our car and walked to everything we needed- location can’t be beat. Melissa even had a special surprise waiting in the refrigerator for us as we were there to renew our 30th wedding vows on the beach. Will definitely book again.

Beautiful condo with amazing view! We saw dolphins from the balcony. Lots of options for restaurants within walking distance and Publix right next door. Short walk to the beach across the street. Beach towels and chairs provided. King size bed super comfortable but the queen size not as much and the sofa bed was broken so it was unable to be used. Kitchen fully stocked with dishes, cups, pots, silverware, etc. Air conditioning and ceiling fans work well. Pool very pretty and not overly crowded. Melissa is a very responsive host with great communication and we’re happy to have chosen her property!

Very nice condo! Property owner very easy to contact! The negatives would be swimming pool was way too hot!! Not refreshing at all!!! Very ridiculous amount of codes and key pads and combinations to access condo!!! Elevator stopped working several times! Location was great! Overall nice place once you get passed the entrance procedure!!!

My friend and I looked at over 50 properties and the reason we chose this one was it was very clear overall it would be the best property to stay at. We were right! Based off of past reviews , images, location , this was the winner. Right on inlet side but yet right across the street from the beach?! Right next to a grocery store. You can’t make this up how convenient this place was. Will 100% be renting again

Place was in perfect location to EVERYTHING! The view was absolutely amazing from the very oversized balcony. Condo had everything needed for cooking with appliances that actually worked and worked very well!! Only down fall is the key needed to enter the building at all times

We had a great time staying at Melissa's condo. We had a couple small issues that she took care of quickly. The owner even let us extend our stay an additional day which was great. The nearby beach was beautiful and was a short walk away. The pool and hot tub were well maintained and was nice for the whole family. They provided beach chairs, towels, a cooler, boogie board, umbrellas and sand toys for the beach. There were also cabannas that you could rent on the beach for the day if you didn't want to carry chairs. Overall I would highly recommend this rental and would consider booking again.

This was our first visit to Treasure Island and Melissa made our vacation absolutely wonderful from start to finish! Super generous with check-in/out times and even when Southwest cancelled our flights she so graciously allowed us to stay longer until we found another flight out. The condo is exactly as pictured and we were happily surprised to find an upgraded couch from the one in the photos! The unit and property itself both were very clean and in a fantastic location right next to Publix and just across the street from the beach which was not crowded at all. The beach umbrellas, chairs and cooler included were a huge life saver. It's centrally located between John's Pass /Maderia Beach and St. Pete Beach. We checked out all of the surrounding areas and there's so many awesome beach bars and breweries (Ricky T's and Mad Beach Brewery were our favorites). We would absolutely recommend this place to our family and friends. Melissa is awesome and went above and beyond to accommodate us - just as all the other reviews say and was a huge reason why we booked this spot. You won't be disappointed!

From start to finish our stay was perfect. The condo is perfectly located near the beach and within walking distance to many restaurants and the grocery store. Melissa was such a delights and went above and beyond to provide an exceptional experience. She was also very responsive to any questions I had, which gave a peace of mind. My family looks forward to future stays.

Very nice. Had trouble with the bedroom tv’s and beds were not comfortable. Other than that, great.

Very smooth. Only issue was some folks thought the hot tube was open all night. Should be posted time.

This dream property is conveniently located steps away from the beach, pool/hot tub, inter coastal water, Publix and a small park. It's clean, spacious, and has just about everything you need for a beach getaway.

We had a wonderful time. Publix and Walgreens were right next door for all of your needs Everything was clean and just as the pictures showed. Beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, etc were all in the closet which was great for a short walk across the street to a very beautiful beach. We also spent some time at the pool and enjoying the view of the Intercoastal, even saw some dolphins. My husband and I slept in the front bedroom so hopefully you're an early riser because that's where the sun comes in early ;) but such an amazing view to wake up to! Melissa was amazing with communication. We got in a little early so I messaged her and she let us know when the unit was ready so we could check in a little early. Our friends said the shower in the back bedroom ran a little slow but the main shower was perfect. There is a 'free ride' shuttle that will take you mostly anywhere on the strip - you just give them a tip. We found that very handy. Just look up 'free ride'. Choosing the 'right' place to stay on vacation has a lot to do with everything - this place helped to make our vacation wonderful!

Melissa was super nice and worked with us when we had to rebook our trip due to Covid. The condo is very cute and beach themed. A short walk to the beach and right next to a Publix. Lots of beach toys, chairs, and a big umbrella to use at the beach. We enjoyed our stay!

We came to celebrate my daughter who graduated not under the best of times. I am also a nurse so we needed some girl time. Melissa was amazing. Great location and the unit was perfect. Thank you!!! We loved our mini vacay!!!

My family and I loved staying at Melissa’s place! It was gorgeous, the back patio view was breathtaking and the beach and Grocery store was a very short walk down the block. We plan to make this a yearly visit with our family! Melissa was great to respond in a timely matter with questions and she was very accommodating. Would highly recommend anyone to stay here!

Love the location and the condo is super cute. One thing they could use is a full length mirror and maybe some instructions on the tv use had some troubles with them.
