Perfect size for our group of 15 with adequate space, bedrooms, bathrooms, laundry X 2 and eating area. The location on the lake was beautiful with access to it and to swimming pool. We had a great stay!

TV in master right on ground level did not work. Everything else was great. We enjoyed the dock for our boat. A family vacation our family will always remember. Thank you for helping us make memories that will last a lifetime. ❤️

Our family group of 17 people had ample space to relax and enjoy a week at this cabin. Clean, comfortable beds, good location, nice pool, close enough to walk downhill to the dock and swim in the lake. Great to have a slip for our boat also. Having lots of bathrooms was great for privacy and 2 sets of washer/dryers very helpful. Definitely recommend !!!

The house was clean and comfortable for our family. There were 15 of us we had plenty of room. We enjoyed the pool table. Check in was easy and the neighborhood was quiet. We couldn’t have asked more from our stay.

Great place to stay for a large group get away.

We loved the house. It was the perfect size for our family. We had some internet connectivity issues but there was alot of us connecting to it so that's probably why. Overall, a great experience.

This is the 3rd time we’ve stayed in this house. Location is great and it comes with a boat slip which is a must for us. Plenty of space throughout the 3 levels. The previous two times we stayed, there was a futon in each of the upstairs bedrooms but I was pleasantly surprised to find that those were replaced with queen size beds which were much more comfortable than the futons. The two bedrooms upstairs/loft have window air conditioners which kept our room very cool but we had to make sure to keep our bedroom door closed at all times to keep the cool air in, which was never a problem. Plenty of seating area for meals and a huge island to serve buffet style. There were lots of pots and pans and plates/bowls/cups. The only thing I would recommend that the owner supply or guests bring would be larger serving bowls as well as Rubbermaid containers with lids to store left overs in. We had to use small cereal bowls for serving and leftovers. The owner did supply 2-3 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, hand soap in each bathroom and kitchen, trash bags, a couple rolls of paper towels, countertop cleaner, laundry detergent pods, dish soap/dishwasher detergent. The house is nicely decorated and has been very well taken care of. The owner messaged us a couple times during our stay to make sure things were going well. He has always been easy to work with and has answered all my questions very quickly over the years. There is a steep hill going down to the boat dock, but we walked it often or loaded up our truck to transport people down and back up as there are places to park at the dock. I would recommend this house if you have a large group. We’ve made many happy memories here.

Clean and well kept property with large bedrooms and living areas. As advertised. Just a short walk to the lake and a short drive to Branson entertainment. There were only 10 of us but could have easily accommodated more. Deck and outdoor areas were nice as well.

Just returned from a seven day stay in Branson and this rental house was perfect for our group of six adult family members. The layout of bedrooms worked well. Two large bedrooms in the upper level, both with private bathrooms. The main level had two bedrooms, both with their own baths. The lower level had two bedrooms that shared a bathroom as well as another bedroom with private bath. The lower level also had a pool table, small living room with tv, and a wet bar. The location is very quiet, but just a short drive from all that Branson offers. The unit was well appointed with most everything we needed, and the host was easy to communicate with. Check in and check out was very easy. I would certainly recommend this house for any large group planning a trip to Branson.

The house was great and had plenty of room for 15 people. The location and boat slip made it very easy to manage a boat rental for the weekend without having to take everyone to and from the marina. The pool was ice cold but definitely perfect for the 90+ degree weather. Phillip was easy to communicate with and we had no issue checking in/out or getting in touch when needed. The 2 full washer and dryers made it really easy to run laundry before heading home as well. Definitely recommend this place if you are looking for access to the lake.

We have stayed many places around Branson. But this time my while family stayed in this great place and utilized the boat slip and pool.

Place was great; my whole family had a blast. Very clean, owner very responsive. Great location, boat slip a huge plus. Would recommend.

Plenty of room! Had everything we needed. Boat slip is at the end of the dock so very convenient to have access to the water. Hoping to stay there again!

we wish we would have known it was so far from dock and down a steep hill.one of the pools was full of algae.they had it drained by the time we left.

Great place to stay. We had 19 people including 2 little tikes and we had plenty of room. Parking is tight and the hill was steep but other than that it was well worth the money.

This house was clean and spacious. We wish we could've seen a bit more of the lake, but some of the other homes and trees block the view. Still very pretty, though. The owner was very informative and helpful. He responded extremely quickly. Loved the pool table. The walk down to the boat slip is definitely steep with kids, but it is a super short drive if you shuttle family down and up. The proximity to Silver Dollar City cannot be beat. We would definitely come back again.

Our large family which included adults, teens, tweens & younger children enjoyed our stay at this home. Check-in and check-out was simple and quick. The bedrooms were all large with comfortable beds and included bathrooms for each. The kitchen has a very large island for seating and meal preparation and the dining area has plenty of seating for everyone. The only negative was with regard to the carpeted areas were (around the steps) a bit dirty (like the cleaners might have missed vacuuming them) Also at least two of the shower water handles had the hot & cold reversed. The barbecue grill is great with a large cooking area. Overall excellent experience and we will definitely return.

The house was a perfect fit for our big family reunion . Any initial issues we had Brianna - the property manager , took care of it quickly .she was very friendly and professional. Plenty of room for all of us and we loved and used all of the great amenities including the dock and boat slip.

I loved this resort. I booked this unit for my Bachelorette party and it was awesome! Tons of space for 15 of us inside and outside. Plenty of room inside for silly games and we played tailgate games outside. The microwave and ice maker did not work, so plan accordingly, and there was only one rack in the oven. Those are my only critiques. Everything else was awesome!!! You will love your stay here.

Our family of 14 visited this property for a family vacation. The home was very nice, clean and in a perfect location for boating on Table Rock and Silver Dollar City. All 7 bedrooms were very spacious and accommodated our family very well. The Kitchen was very nice and had all we needed to cook our meals in the home. The basement of the home had 3 bedrooms, TV room, pool table and nice outdoor area which we utilized to hang out and play games. Phillip, the home owner was very accommodating and very easy to deal with. We actually had to reschedule this trip from back in November due to Covid and they were very understanding and accommodating and allowed us to book out to June. We had no issues with the home and loved the area. I would recommend this home to anyone looking for a nice place to stay while visiting Branson. Our family takes a trip to Branson 1-2 times per year and will definitely stay at one of Phillips properties in the future.

We loved our stay at this house! Its just as advertised! The beds were so comfortable! Being on 3 levels gives privacy and you don't feel like you are there with that many other people! The handicap access on the main floor bedroom with the handicap bathroom was a nice touch, even though we didn't require that! The kitchen was stocked and had everything we needed! Will stay again!

The property was in a good location. Easy to get to our venues. House was set up nicely. Easy to check in and out. Large enough for my big family.

With everything going on in our world, our group of close friends (6 couples) desperately needed a few days away. The house provided all the beds and baths we needed, but did lack a large enough living space for us all to gather. We did enjoy the pool table for late night competitions! I
