This place was perfect for our 8 adults and 4 kids. We stayed here for a week. We appreciated the fully stocked kitchen and beach necessities. There were lots of living spaces for us to spread out. The house is clearly loved and well cared for. The walk to the beach was easy and the house is very centrally located. Some things to note: this is a very popular beach. Also, you have to walk through a bedroom downstairs to reach the kitchen/living area. We didn’t mind either of these things and had an amazing stay!

Stayed for the weekend of our son’s wedding, (which took place in downtown St. Augustine) with our adult children, our grandchildren and 87-yr old mother-in-law.
The property suited our needs perfectly, with separate “apartments” upstairs & down. Quick walk to the beach, restaurants & putt-putt. The construction was loud the night we arrived but I messaged the host and the noise stopped shortly after.
Very clean, had everything we needed the views from upstairs were gorgeous.

We all thoroughly enjoyed our weekend at Salty C, and how well-kept, well-stocked, comfortable, cozy, and clean it is. Perfect backyard for the teens to play spikeball and volleyball, or we (more chill) adults to play croquet. The owner’s description of the property was spot-on, and they were super easy to communicate with. We hope to come back for a longer stay.

Property was great!! Better than expected actually as far as location of walking to beach as there is a walk way jus outside the home. The house is very clean and spacious! There were 12 adults in my group and we had plenty of space. The host stayed in contact offered assistance for anything we might need! The whole group absolutely loved our stay if I visit St. Augustine again will definitely seek out this home!!

We had a great trip with family and friends in this house. The setup is a little quirky with walk-through bedrooms but it worked out perfectly for our group, which had 6 boys ages 8 and under!
The beach is just a short walk over the dunes via trail. We enjoyed seeing bunnies and even a gopher tortoise in the backyard. The hosts were responsive and communicative.

We loved the house, very spacious and clean! Everyone had their own room and having the extra kitchen and living space was a plus. The only thing that we would say was a negative is that you have to access each floor by going outside. Nevertheless, we had an amazing time and loved the house. Being able to walk to the beach was amazing!

We enjoyed our visit to St. Augustine Beach. The location was within walking distance to some restaurants. We loved Mango-Mangos. We ate there 3 times. Fantastic Coconut Shrimp! House was clean and very spacious for our large family.

My family came from multiple states to celebrate my sons wedding and we celebrated all week with family...in all there was 18 adults and 5 children. All were comfortable! Loads of fun brought own yard games and beach equipment ang grill. (Can rent these locally as well very reasonable prices). Has cable tv's but we really never had time for tv!
