This property is perfect for a family gathering, and it's pet friendly! The house is comfortable with all the necessities. The pool is awesome and location amazing. We've stayed here twice now and hope to revisit again soon.

The house is back away from the hubbub. This was great for us as an extended family of early to bed folks. Probably not the place for party types though. The house is well furnished and well equipped. The kitchen has everything you might want. The pool is lovely and comes equipped with pool toys. Although the house is not large it is well laid out and accommodated 4 adults and 2 little kids nicely. Kudos to the owner! Well done!

A heads up about the pool guy would be nice. Both times he came by was very startling, especially since I was not expecting him the 2nd time. The water ran lukewarm after about the 2nd or 3rd day. Other than that everything was perfect!

This home was wonderful for a getaway to the desert. The home is clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The pool is great. My dog enjoyed exploring the hillside in the backyard. I loved everything about this home and will definitely stay here again.

Great location if you are looking to relax poolside! The house is on the hillside so the mountain views aren’t visible, but the himmingbirds in the yard are fun to watch!

The pool area offered excellent privacy. We felt very safe and comfortable using it. The clothes washer and dryer were clean and very easy to use. The television was way over complicated (too many remotes!). We were never able to access local stations. Internet access was fast, easy to use and secure. Overall a very pleasant week!

Have stayed out this property twice. Pool and outdoor space is lovely. Completely fenced if dog and private. Quite neighborhood. Bathrooms recently updated. Furniture and beds could use updating. Excellent value for area.

The property was absolutely fantastic. Backyard & pool area were completely private. House was very well appointed, extremely clean, very pleasant atmosphere. Didn't want for anything. Can't say enough good things about my stay. Will definitely book again!

House had everything we needed. Management co/ person very friendly and helpful when we arrived. Pool was a great size for my 12 year old(s) and 10 year old. Stores and restaurants were very close but far enough that you can enjoy the peace of the home. We even found what we think was a baby quail hopping around the backyard!

My family and I had a fantastic stay. We rented this home last year and had to come back. We had everything we could possibly need. The property manager’s have always been super helpful and friendly. The only thing that I could suggest to the owners is that the mattresses need to be replaced and another fan in the double bedroom, since that’s the hottest room in the house in the afternoon. Having said that, we look forward to coming back in the future. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Was looking forward to an amazing girls weekend get away with a simple staycation. Beautiful home in Cathedral City, house looked like pictures. Many recent up grades, but had quite a few problems the thermostat was locked was unable to go any lower than 76. Had it set to 76 the internal house temp never once reached that temp lowest it got was 85. I live in a house with central ac/heating, we are staying in a house in the middle of the desert at the peak of summer we should be able to control the ac/heating. At one point error message came on the ac unit so was unable to run so turned on swamp cooler but had issues with that as well. Contacted the property manager about the issues he ended up coming out and trying to see what the issues were wasn’t able to fix them. Other issues was the fridge never kept cold, food was starting to go bad in fridge the freezer worked not fridge side, the carbon monoxide alarm started beeping randomly due to low battery. The room with the double beds was the hottest room so hot no one can sleep in there comfortably. Ended up buying a fan because so hot in house. I suggest an up grade in ac/heater and allow future guest to control the climate inside the house.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property, the pool was large and we spent most of the days in it, the bathrooms have been recently renovated (the photos we saw on the listing were old). The check in/out process was easy. Would recommend this house!

We stayed for 5 nights and had a fantastic time. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and other items. Lots of fun pool stuff provided including floats, noodles, etc. Board games were also available. The owners were so kind and flexible and the property manager was very helpful. We had so much fun, spending most of our time in the pool - there was no need to leave! Great value and highly recommended.

Fabulous pool, house very well equipped, beautiful desert landscaping. We loved staying there and so did our guests.

Place is clean. Neighborhood is super quiet. Kitchen well appointed. Seating nice and entertainment options are great. Pool and patio fabulous. Property manager and owner responsive. It was super hot this trip, and the AC worked to keep the house cool. Furniture and fridge are a little older, but the pieces are high-end good wood and sturdy and are all in good shape. Mattresses not the most fabulous, but with all that was wonderful, we didn't care. Since it was so hot, no cold water from any faucet, but that's a desert issue. All in all, I felt like I was home. And that's exactly what we wanted, a cozy and comfortable home away from home! Thanks guys, we'll be booking again soon!

My sister-in-law have an annual tradition of getting together. We both like to have the comforts of home but need peace and quiet due to our hectic schedules outside of vacation. This home was that. It was located on a very quiet residential street, tucked in on an interior location, yet close to all that "Palm Springs" has to offer and, the most exciting part, its own pool. I never get to just float undisturbed in a pool reading my favorite magazine but this home gave me that opportunity. We will definitely be coming back!

This is a fantastic house. Super clean, great pool. Kitchen is phenomenal. Plenty of space to relax and enjoy the sunshine. Host and Property Manager were amazing.

We went with our small families - 4 adults, 2 infant children and 3 dogs. The home was well stocked and clean. We never left the home and had a great long weekend. We enjoyed the pool, lounges, air hockey, and loved our fun time.

The property was perfect - just what we needed to escape the cold and snow. The pool was warm and surrounded by beautiful landscaping. We would definitely consider coming back next winter. FYI - the owners and property managers were great - very prompt in responding, as well as accommodating. Thank you for a great experience!

We had a great weekend away. We appreciated that a fence was available for the pool, and the kids loved the little shelf in the pool.

The house and pool was just as we expected. However, the house did have some plumbing problems. The bathrooms need to be upgraded. But otherwise, it was a great family vacation in a quiet area and easy to get around.

Even when it rains it's fun in the desert!
