We had a very relaxing stay here. The backyard and pool are awesome and the neighborhood is great.

We had a wonderful 6 weeks at Dana’s lovely home. Everything you needed was in the house. Pool & backyard was top notch. Loved the area as well. Dana was an amazing host & looked after our every need.

We had a wonderful time. Will be back.

We loved every bit of the home! The kids enjoyed spending time in the pool and practicing on the putting green. The house provided everything we needed. We can't wait to go back!

Can't say enough good things about our stay in this beautiful home. From helpful info before our arrival till our departure Dana was great communicating and responding to my questions. The home was immaculate. The beds were very comfy. The kitchen was nicely equipped and the backyard with a pool and putting green was vacation ready. I was pleased to find plenty of paper towels,, toilet tissue and other disposables. I especially enjoyed picking fresh grapefruit each morning from.the tree in the backyard. What a treat. There were only 2 of us and our friends visiting for a couple of days, but the house could easily accommodate a family. The neighborhood is very nice. They just put up Christmas lights at the entrance to the subdivion...beautiful display.. Maricopa is away from.all of the busyness, but close to restaurants and shopping in Chandler and other Phoenix suburbs. Thank you to our hosts for all of your care and attention in providing such a beautiful home away from home for us.

The house was beautiful and my family all said that it felt like home. The backyard was just beautiful with the pool and we really enjoyed playing golf. It was very peaceful to watch the birds in the morning especially the cactus wren! It was stocked with all of the necessities. Every time I looked for something I needed, I was able to find it! Communication was excellent. Such an enjoyable stay, will definitely be back again!

We enjoyed the property, it has a spacious living space for hanging out. The pool was essential for the hot days. We spent a lot of time out there and found it clean, relaxing and refreshing!

We were looking for a place with a nice pool to stay. Just cook at the home and not venture out. It was a great choice. If we were wanting to go out to a restaurant or fun pub, this area is not the location. Few items needed to be cleaned when we arrived, but not a big deal at all. The owner was so responsive and cares about their rental home! Really enjoy the pool and backyard!

Dana's home is perfect for a family get away. The backyard is as wonderful as the pictures show. We lived in the pool the whole time we were there and it was fabulous. Except for one hiccup this would have been a perfect vacation. Dana stepped in when we had a problem and helped in every way she could.

Owners were great and communicated with us to see how we were, only problem was that the HOA wouldn’t allow parking on the gravel by the side of the driveway and our truck was to long and hung over the sidewalk when we parked in the driveway. Guess they preferred that.

The home is very nice, as are all the homes in this area. We spent our time outside in the back yard and in the pool. We also enjoyed walking around the neighborhood. The house had e everything you could need including dishes, games, cookware, etc. the rooms are nice and the beds comfortable. The owner was great to work with and very accommodating. We had no complaints at all with this booking.

The home was beautiful. The backyard landscaping was gorgeous along with a large heated pool. Maricopa was a good driving distance from everything we wanted to see, but there are stores nearby.

Property was better than the pictures in the listing. We loved having a private pool for our family of 6! Perfect quiet + private location for our family holiday in the time of Covid. House was exceptionally clean. Spent the week swimming, teaching the kids to play poker with the set of chips at the house and eating the fresh lemons and pummelos from the citrus trees in the back yard. If you're traveling with children (ours were 14, 12, 8, 4) know that, with the exception of poker, there are no games/toys. We brought a few of our own, and were glad we did. Dana was easy to communicate with via email. We are already considering staying here the next time we travel to Arizona!

Highly recommend staying at this property. Extremly relaxing enjoying the sun, pool, and golf. The Netflix was accessible and the owners provide everything you need for cooking! It was a quick commute from the airport. We will definitely stay here again!

Really nice place in Maricopa neighborhood. If the pool a significant part of your stay, verify that it will be operational before booking. The hostess offered compensation for the inoperable pool, but if we would have had little ones it would have really put a dent in our vacation. Otherwise, nice rental!

Overall great experience, Dana is a fantastic owner easy to get hold of in case of anything. The backyard at this house is AWSOME great to cool off and relax! Will be staying here again when visiting the area!

We needed a change of scenery during covid-19 and this place was just the ticket. Cozy and quiet.

My family and I rented this house to attend a family wedding in Maricopa. This is a fantastic property! We were very comfortable and made memories for life!

This was the perfect get away home! Very quiet neighborhood, tons of space, comfortable beds, and a backyard paradise. Dana was also very informative and quick to respond to any messages I sent her. I ended up staying alone because my guest couldn’t come with and even solo it was the perfect place to relax and enjoy myself!

The owners were really nice and quick to respond. The check in was super easy and the house is amazing. Super clean and has everything you need. The pool is really nice and the kids loved the mini golf area. We brought their own little plastic clubs, but they provided actual clubs for adults to use. This was our first time using vrbo and I’m super thankful we chose Dana and Shannon! We will definitely keep this house on our favorites list!

We are so happy to have chosen Dana's house for our weekend trip, the beds were all very comfortable, the house was fully stocked with everything you need and the pool and putting greens kept us all entertained. Dana actually reached out to us to make sure everything was ok with our stay and I appreciated that, I highly recommend this home and will definitely not hesitate to stay here again!

We got so lucky finding Dana’s home on VRBO! It was such a great place for my wife and my 2 daughters to just hang out and lounge by the pool all weekend. The checkin process was very easy and Dana was great to communicate with. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

The property is wonderful. Its clean, spacious with a large couch for relaxing and comfortable beds for a good nights sleep, and all the necessities you need to cook. The private pool was lots of fun. Will definitely visit again.
