Overall an excellent property. The house layout was great as well as location on the Lake. We fished, tubed, kayaked and enjoyed evening boat rides.

We absolutely loved the lake front house. Very spacious and comfortable. We had 10 adults and 2 babies under the age of 2. Loved the deck. Plenty of room for everyone to be together and still have some privacy when needed. We bought a small blow up pool for the kids to splash in on the deck while the adults were relaxing. Loved the opportunity to use the kayaks that were already on the property. We also rental a pontoon boat and Sea-doo from Skippers on the Lake Marina. (Would recommend greatly, Troy was very helpful with those rentals!) The kitchen was fantastic. They had plenty of cooking utensils and cookware. Hot tub was fabulous! Plenty of places for shopping and dining out. The lake itself was very clean without any debris to enjoy your boating fun. If I had to suggest anything, it would only be the need for gas grill for cooking out. They do have a nice huge charcoal grill. Definitely giving this place all 5 stars! Overall property met our needs. Property manager was responsive to any questions we had on the property prior to our trip. House is very well stocked. There was some housekeeping items noticed such as cobwebs and dead bugs in the house and on the porch. Some suggestions from the group is there needs to be some towel racks in the bathrooms or bedrooms for bath towels and a few more cookie sheets.

This is our 3rd or 4th time staying at this house. Truly a great spot for friends and family. Ample room, TONS of kitchen utensils and supplies, some pantry staples, and a great environment. Even though our weather wasn't the best, we still enjoyed the outside porch and the amazing firepit that overlooks a fantastic view of the lake. Host (Renee) is great and quick to respond to needs. Highly recommend!

The location was beautiful! My nephew caught and released a 4 lb. catfish! The kitchen had everything we needed.

Stayed here many many times. Very convenient location on lake with plenty dock space for our boats. House layout is great for a large group. Big deck to hangout enjoy the views and can even play cornhole by the hot tub. Views of lake are some of the best on lake and I been going to Lake greenwood over 20 years. Love having lots of parking and boat ramp. We stay in this house every year sometimes twice a year. Owners to a great job making it comfortable and if any problems the response is always quick. Our family absolutely loves this home & location on Lake Greenwood for our reunions. This was our third time renting this property, and we're already looking forward to our next visit. There's plenty of room at the house, we loved the updates done to the interior and exterior (especially the cover & new furniture on the porch!) and the communication when we need anything has always been timely and professional. Once again the McMurray Family enjoyed our stay on Lake Greenwood! The house easily accommodated our big family, and we were able to celebrate our six summer birthdays together. We really liked the new flooring and enjoyed the new hot tub. This was our 6th summer to stay there, and we have already made reservations for next year!

6 very nicely furnished bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms for everyone. The gazebo was a great addition to the porch for those morning cups of coffee. Kitchen is supplied more than my own at home!! Everything was nice and clean. Plenty of parking for everyone that stayed and we even had three vehicles with boat trailers. Plus, more than enough room at the dock for all three boats.

This is our 6th year staying at this awesome lakehouse. It has everything needed for a relaxing, fun week with family. The large deck, the dock, the comfortable beds, the kitchen that has every tool needed, and the spacious living area are just some of our favorite things about this home on Lake Greenwood.

Stayed here many times over the years. Best house on Lake on my opinion. Always clean, perfect layout for large groups with awesome views all day. Hot tub and firepit very nice to have when entertaining. Location on water perfect to all restaurants and local gas stores. Great dock for parking boat and jet ski lift. We love it year after year and when you have any problems, the owner is on it quickly. We have enjoyed ever stay at this property.

The property has so many potential good points but lack of proper care diminishes its value. Over grown landscaping, dirty exterior, below the deck is nasty dirty, 3 rats were regularly observed( no one would stay in the basement). The main deck was cluttered, the hot tub service person left equipment out, we actually were not sure if was cleaned. The kitchen was barely clean, floor sticky, slippery, smelled of fish.. The ladies cleaned their bathrooms, the house looked very uncared for. No tissue in the bathrooms, limited toilet paper. Our group always has fun together, and this visit was no exception. We not be using this property again.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful lake house. It was super clean and very peaceful. We look forward to return in the future.

We stay at this home every year to celebrate family and it never disappoints. The house has all the amenities and the host is extremely responsive. I would definitely recommend.

We just completed another great week on Lake Greenwood at the Bridgepoint House. Three generations having a wonderful time eating, laughing, playing games, and enjoying the water. What wonderful memories we made at a house that really meets our needs. We are already looking forward to being there next year!!!

The location of this home on Lake Greenwood is perfect! We spent the week boating, fishing, swimming and enjoying lake life. Weather was beautiful and was perfect to enjoy the outdoor space of this home.

We gathered here from SC, NC and MA. The house was a perfect size for all age groups and equipped beyond my expectations. There was not one thing that we couldn't find or felt like it was missing. Previous occupants caused some damage and this was communicated to us before arrival, along with a repair plan. This communication was much appreciated and repairs were done with minimal disruption to our stay. Honestly, there could not have been a better way to handle this damage. Beautiful location, beautiful property and a wonderful time was had by all! We would definitely go back.

This is the fifth year we have stayed at this property and it is always a wonderful week. Our family has 17 members that come and go throughout the week and there is always plenty of space for all of us. The kitchen is well equipped, the beds are all amazing and the dock and boat ramp are great. We just always hate when our time is over!

It was my 49th Birthday Celebration, however 5 days before our trip my Son tested positive for COVID-19 . I didn't pay for the insurance because we were all (16) pretty much was staying home and being safe. So when my Son took sick it was a surprise. I tested negative but I couldn't leave my Son(22) behind. I called and explained my situation but the only option I had was to cancel my trip and hope someone will book my dates otherwise loose my money. I told my Family to go on and enjoy themselves. Once arrived everything was as pictured and as expected being that this was our second time staying at this property. Renee and Melissa communicate very well via email or by phone. If you are looking at this property go ahead and rent it. You want be disappointed. I only wish I was able to attend my BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION!! Buy the insurance no matter how safe you are trying to be you just never know. Thank God my Son is well and I'm still negative!

We had a great time staying here. The house is large enough for everyone to have their own space. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen is well laid out and the back deck is amazing. We loved grilling and relaxing on the deck and hot tub. We didn’t get to use the fire pit but it’s a neat area by the lake. The location is great also. Just around the corner from a wonderful lakefront restaurant and minutes to town. Highly recommended.

This property was advertised as a “Luxury Lakefront Estate Home” and by the pictures provided seemed just that. While the property and home are beautiful many things fell short of the advertisement.Our family rent regularly with VRBO for the past 10 years. We have always had an outstanding experience in renting homes, until this rental.There were many areas of dissatisfaction with this house, but I’ll only comment on the areas I feel need to be addressed by the owner and agent so no one else will hopeful not have the same experience that our family had.To begin with cleanliness and a regular exterminator program appeared to be lacking for this home, both inside and out. We notified the agent upon arrival of empty beer cans that were scattered throughout the property, and someone to actually clean the downstairs bathroom, which looked as if it had not been cleaned from the last rental. We were told that her son would be over to address, but after spending 4 days there, no one ever showed. The house was also advertised as use of a spa, and grill. The spa while it was operational, had algae and mold inside which was disgusting. The grill had no propane available to cook, however there were 6 propane tanks on the porch, all of which were empty. The house overall was lacking upkeep, and presented a very dangerous situation on the dock. The handrail posts surrounding the dock were connected by bull rope of which most were missing and the remaining ones were dry rotted. Not knowing the condition of the rope, my grandson leaned up against the rope and feel off of the dock. Fortunately, he landed on the stones on the bank of the lake, it was a frightening experience for a 7-year-old. And finally, someone needs to regularly check if everything is in working order before check-in. Examples lights burned out, doing laundry and climbing stairs in the dark was not what we expected, batteries in the tv remotes would have been nice, as well as instructions on how the internet, TV and security system worked. Needless to say, we will not be renting this property again, and for those planning to, I would recommend that the owner and agent make some drastic changes before some else has the same experience. Extremely disappointing. The owners should be ashamed to advertise this property as a luxury home, while charging a luxury price and presenting such a substandard product.
