We had the need for a garlic press one evening and sure enough we found one in a drawer. It would have been nice to have been a little closer to the beach, but the walk was nice and a reasonable distance. The grill was not clean when we went to use it, but after about 30 minutes it was in great shape and worked nicely. Later we found out that if we would have called the office, they would have come and cleaned the grill. The house had an extra roll of paper towel, but it would have been nice to have had a couple of extra rolls of toilet paper.We did experience a fire alarm malfunction at 3:15 am Saturday morning in the house, which woke us up about 3 hours before we planned for our drive back to Illinois.

In addition to the hassle of having to remember passwords or sign up for app services, the internet bandwidth is not always reliable resulting interruptions and delays (particularly on older Apple devices like to the AppleTV boxes used in the master and in the first floor living room). Also, if a decision like this is made, it must coincide with upgraded televisions that accept smart casting from non-Apple devices. On a week filled with varied sporting events from conference basketball tournaments to The Players this proved problematic. Particularly given last year’s stay when we had to have the cable provider out to address broadband speeds. At a minimum, guests should be made aware of this as it greatly impacts usability. Second, the repeated requests to unlock the first floor Nest from its set program was a nuisance. The program kept raising the temperature to 78 after being set to 72 degrees. It took two calls and three days for this to be rectified. We only needed clothes and food, everything else we needed or wanted was available, all beach accessories, kitchen fully equipped and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed the private pool the most. I was a little concerned that we may be too far from beach access but it turned out to be a little more private than being closer to the condos and the walk only took a couple of minutes. Would recommend to anyone. It was a great experience.

Sunset Blue provides everything you will need (including beach towels even though the rental company says to bring them). The guy that we were told to text for maintenance never came (we had a toilet flushing issue) but we did get response from the Cinnamon Beach Property Management for another issue. A new maintenance person may be needed. Overall, minor problem and we loved our stay!

We returned for a 2 week stay in February/March and experienced a few upgrades and additions to what is always a warm and welcoming environment. After sharing WiFi strength issues (test speeds were slow and dropping virtual calls and classes for our work and our daughters’ college classes), a repairman arrived the next day to address the issue. Quality dining remains an issue for the area but those willing to cook can do some things with the proximity to freah seafood and grocers.

Third stay here, first this late in the summer. The home did not disappoint.

We left NY metro area in mid-May as our home renovation, which was paused to covid, was restarting. My husband and I both work and were now homeschooling 3 kids. We came upon cinnamon beach with our searches and couldn’t be happier. First, the home is amazing. Five ppl could have their own work stations! WiFi was strong. Kids had their own floor which was needed outlet for all. The pool, although it looks small, is perfect amount of space for all. Pool keepers and gardeners maintained the home exceptionally well during our month long stay. The sunset views are great. The maintenance staff was exceptional. Our walks each morning with our dog on the beach was priceless. The walks over the lake viewing all the wildlife was enjoyed by everyone including my children’s classroom as we often had a share. The bikes, boogie boards and wagon were the extra touches that made this month unforgettable. My kids could bike without me worrying. The extra fridge is always helpful and particularly when your sheltering in place with large food deliveries. The owners put a lot of thought and love into this place combined with the management company makes this place truly special. I’m forever grateful for my time here on so many levels. The community pools and workout rooms used in the last two weeks of our stay were perfect and just an added bonus to our wonderful accommodations. Thank you, thank you, and thank you!!!

This was a wonderful house. Pool was great, very close to beach and resort pool. Not far from St. Augustine. Lots to games and puzzles for family bonding. Mgt company is very responsive. Can't go wrong with this rental.

The location was ideal with many outdoor activities to do daily, including the heated pool included with the house which we used daily. This home was well stocked with with all amenities. We did report a leak in the kitchen faucet which became a big problem with water running into the downstairs living area. It was looked at by plumbers as well as the manager. I was told it would be repaired within a few days or the faucet would be replaced. Two and half weeks later we left, the problem wasn't fixed. Never heard from the manager

The house is is exceptionally clean, very well laid out and in a quiet area of the community. The short walk to the beach was nice with a walkway over the lake. Everything we could have needed during our stay was there, such as beach toys, chairs, plenty of towels (both bath and beach), the kitchen was well stocked for our cooking needs, the bedrooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. We really enjoyed the beach and took plenty of walks around the community. We felt safe and secure in the gated community, where the staff on duty was friendly, helpful and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again and will recommend it to friends and family.
