We had blast. This house is perfect plenty of space. The kids loved the theatre room, pool, ping pong, Foos ball and of course the swimming pools. The house was very welcoming. Clean. The kitchen was fantastic. Will stay again

This house was amazing. We were able to comfortably for 33 of our family members in the house, and it was so well stocked. Made for a very relaxing vacation, even with a lot of people. We had a great time and will be back. thank you. Maureen

This property had a very well furnished kitchen; the king size beds, sheets and pillows were just amazing! There were no complaints ! It was a terrific place for our family! Located conveniently to locations if interest in and around Brandon!

We truly enjoyed every part of our stay! There was plenty of space for our group of 33 people. The house was stocked with everything we needed and then some! The property owner was extremely kind and communicated very well. The lake view was gorgeous from the large deck! The kids thoroughly enjoyed the cinema, gaming, pool table, and pool. I highly recommend this property!

Beautiful property and excellent location.

We had a small 8th grade parent/student trip, and the place was great for multiple families. Everything in the listing is accurate, and it was actually even better than expected. Clean, spacious, well kept, large rooms, etc. Communication was quick, and we definitely recommend this place to others.

This home is incredible. Every room has private bath attached. The kitchen is well stocked. Our family has a wide range of ages and everyone loved spending time on lower level with games and fire pit. Close to everything. Subdivision has pool that is just below the house, which was a bonus.

We had a large group of 21 and this house had more than enough room for all of us…. Kids were ages 3-23 and there was something for everyone! The house was well-stocked with anything we could possibly need, and very comfortable. We absolutely loved our stay here!

This house was set up perfectly for our family of 12 Adults, 2 teenagers, 1 child and 2 toddlers to spend the week together. It has all of the amenities and space for games, movies, hanging out in the large living room/kitchen, deck and downstairs patio with fire pit. With the many bedrooms having their own bathrooms, each couple/family had their own space. We will be back!

Perfect house for our group! Plenty of bedrooms and beds and bathrooms. The Game room/movie theatre room was great fun for the kids and adults. We made good use of the two refrigerators and two dish washers. There was Easy walk access to indoor and outdoor pools, and a short distance away there is a beach on a beautiful lake! Host Christina was great and easy to work with. We could not think of any way to make it better!

The house was perfect. Awesome size, everyone had space. Close to the lake and all the amenities. House was super clean and rental mgr was very easy to get ahold of. We would stay here again.

Everything was clean and beautiful. The beds were ample and comfortable. The “great” room was very accommodating. The tables, both in the kitchen area and out on the deck were sturdy and allowed for large group seatings. The grandkids had a blast downstairs with the foosball and pool tables as well as playing games on the super large viewing screens. One suggestion would to label each of the on/off switches on the multiple wall switches in and near the great room. We had a difficult time figuring out which switch operated the deck ceiling fans. In our attempt to turn on the ceiling fans on the deck, we inadvertently turned on the fireplace. When we realized the fireplace was on we immediately turned it off. However, without realizing it, the pilot light stayed lit. The next day someone in our group touched the glass shield on the front of the fireplace and noticed it was quite warm, borderline hot. We remedied that by locating and shutting off the gas valve underneath the fire place, behind the guard plate. If the switches were labeled, that scenario probably would not have taken place. Otherwise, most all of the adults in our group loved the Chateau and would return if possible. Our greatest problem is trying to get the 35 members oh our family group available for the same time period. We’ll see! 😁👏⭐️

This is a fabulous home for a group of families with children who are looking for somewhere to stay together. They have an entire floor with tons of entertainment for the kids to keep them entertained always. The bedrooms all had king beds which we loved and were super comfy too. The manager was very attentive to any needs or questions always responding quickly and super helpful. Would highly recommend this house and come stay here again if we come back to Branson.

Our family had a wonderful time vacationing at the Chateau Retreat!! Everything was clean and well stocked. Plenty to do in the house and in Branson. We had a ping pong and fuseball tournament, played pool, had family movie nights and enjoyed the fire pit in the evenings, also! It was nice for each couple and set of siblings to have their own bed and bath for our group of 16. Communication with Christine was great!

Overall we enjoyed our stay and the house was fine. The oven does not hold temperature and the BBQ grill has not been maintained. It is close to time for appliances to be replaced. Again thanks Christina for our assistance.

We had a family reunion here with 25 people of all ages and it was so fun! The house was just right with plenty of seating and we loved being close to the lake and Silver Dollar City. The kids loved the indoor pool and the area around Branson is so beautiful! We’d love to come stay again! Thanks for everything!

We loved all the great seating throughout the house enabling us all to hangout together as a group. The bedrooms were amazing with all king beds and en suites. The cousins loved bunking with each other, and the wonderful outdoor seating and covered deck was perfect in the evening. Christina was also so amazing to work with and always available to help. We couldn’t have chosen a more perfect house of location!!

This is the second year in a row we have stayed here and will be coming back again. Excellent property, highly recommend.

We brought a group of 20 for a business meeting and it was the perfect setup. I was so amazed that this property had absolutely everything we needed and even more! Communication was perfect. Bathrooms were stocked with good shampoo and soap! Mattresses were comfortable! Even the pull out ones! Will be back for sure!

It was as was presented on the VRBO site-spacious, clean, well stocked with dishes and cooking utensils. Our family enjoyed being together and having their own space, too. Would definitely recommend to others.

We kicked off the holidays with our family getaway in Branson! This house was absolutely perfect for our large family!! We had bedrooms for each couple, bunk rooms for all the grandkids and room to gather and have a blast! The owner went out of her way to communicate and coordinate with me! We will be back!!

Everyone loved the property. Even with Branson so close we had fun just being at the house. The beds were so comfy and the details of everything was great. Down to the shampoo and conditioner in the bathrooms-everything you needed was right there. Lots of space, so close to the pool, plenty of parking, plenty of everything. Christina responded quickly with any questions we had. We will be back.

We have stayed at other VRBO houses for our group of seven couples, but this one has been the best thus far! The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. Two refrigerators and two dishwashers made our meal prep much easier as we eat all our meals at the house. We walked down to the lake edge and enjoyed the scenery. The house had car passes for the park, but the beach was closed this time of year. I asked Christina a few questions about activities in the area, and she responded with the information--up and above what would be expected. The pool water was cold, so we really did not utilize it. The appropriate number of parking spaces were available and much appreciated as that took the hassle out of trying to squeeze seven cars into a small parking area. Overall, we would heartily recommend this rental!

Us 7 kids spent the weekend with our mom. The house was great for everyone and we were all relaxed and enjoyed the area, the house and the time spent together.

We loved staying here. Everything was very clean and well stocked. It was very spacious and perfect for a large group. Also the property manager was very easy to contact and always got back to me right away!

The house had plenty of room for everyone in our large extended family. We loved our time here. House was clean and had everything we needed for a nice weekend all together. The two community pool options were nice as well! Would rent again.

Our week in Branson was HOT, with temperatures in the upper 90's most days. Luckily, "retreat" was not just an empty label. This incredible home offered pool, foosball, and ping pong tables, a theater area with some gaming options, and TWO community pools. The location let us get to many attractions in less than 15 minutes, and we could return to the house in the hot afternoons. The owner even provided two beach passes for the VERY close Moonshine Beach. The upper deck was a welcome outdoor retreat in the mornings and some evenings as well. We loved the decor, and the ample seating for meals and movies was a huge plus for a family group of 16 people. All bedrooms and baths were lovely. The home was well stocked, and the owner was easy to contact. We've stayed in many homes, as we try to get together once a year. This house combined beauty and comfort with the best feeling of "home" we ever experienced. We hope to return again, as there are many things we'd still like to visit in Branson.

House is FULLY equipped - just as described in the listing. Walk to the lake is very easy & takes maybe 5 - 7 minutes after leaving the parking lot. Pools are indeed well-used during the warm days. Christina was exceptionally responsive from the first contact (over 6 months ago) through our time there - always cheerful & prepared to act to address any kind of issue. For example, we happened to be find no aluminum foil & ran out of coffee filters. She arranged to have some delivered to us early the next morning, along with a couple dozen doughnuts. For anyone reading this & planning a Saturday afternoon check-in, it would be wise to try to grocery shop at another time & plan something other than a restaurant for dinner. VERY crowded everywhere in town with so many people with the same timetable. After that "pinch point," much easier to get around Branson.
