We all had a great time. The owners were awesome! Their communication was awesome. They kept us informed on everything we needed to know. A great time was had by all. The condo was as advertised, and the couch out on the balcony was awesome…. Definitely a sleeping couch. Haha!

The condo was right on the beach the master suite was Hugh the second bedroom could have use a dresser no place for folded clothes and a little tight to get in the closet but we made it work the beach was the cleanest beach I ever seen I didn’t like to remove all of our beach stuff off the beach at around 5 taking it every day was very tiresome it was good spending time with family over all nice place

We throughly enjoyed our stay. Plenty of space. Right at the elevator and they were quick, might I add. Never waited more than a couple of minutes to get in the elevator. We stayed on the island bc it was a busy weekend but between Andy D’s, Pier Restaurant and Juana’s, we had plenty of places to eat for dinner. 10/10 best place I’ve stayed, hands down.

Great property for a quiet stress-free week. Sunrise and sunset were beautiful and the crowds weren’t bad. We’ll be back.

Trip went very well. Only complaint was elevators. They were very slow but when we left they were working on one of them. That may have been the problem. Easy to get to beach. We kept our beach gear in car and was easy to pull out and walk right to beach. Plenty of parking.

Everything was great! From booking the property and our stay ! I texted with the owner several times and they answered quickly.

We had an awesome stay. Everything about The Pearl and Navarre Beach is wonderful. We sat on our balcony and watched the fireworks at the end of the pier. The pools were lovely, and the beach is beautiful and soft. Would stay again for sure!

We had a great stay in this condo. Everything was clean and as described. Great view from balcony. Beds were comfortable. Michelle was quick to respond when we needed her help. Would def. recommend. Hope to stay at the Cajun Pearl again soon.

Navarre is beautiful and The Pearl has a great view of the Gulf. The only issue was a few dirty dishes we found that that the maids didn't notice (not that they are to blame. They weren't noticabe unless you were getting them out to use them.) The pool and hot tub were perfect.

We had a remarkably relaxing stay. The views from the kitchen/dining area to the bedroom was spectacular. We loved the cozy balcony -- no view of the neighbors. We love to cook, so it was great to have a fully-equipped kitchen. I love baths, so the giant jacuzzi tub and shower was divine. The chair/umbrella service and ice machine made our beach time simple and fun. Lots of kids and laughter and friends hanging out on the beach was great. That awesome sandbar was fun -- fun to see friends, families and couples hanging out there drinking a beer. We wish more of our neighbors masked in the elevators, but other than that, we felt safe. We wish folks didn't smoke on the beach and drop their butts, but there weren't many of those. It was a relaxing recharge and we are likely to return.

Awesome view over pools and beach

This condo was great! The best part about it was the view! I couldn’t get over being able to look out the windows and see and hear the ocean so perfectly! Great place to stay!

This condo had everything we needed! They furnished plenty of towels, blankets and linens. The kitchen was fully stocked and they thought of every detail to make you have a comfortable stay. The balcony was a joy! The view was breath taking! The furniture was comfortable and it was nice having a full size sofa for napping. The Pearl is located between Pensacola and Destin but yet not as crowded. We loved being on the gulf and having the bay on the backside. The free umbrella and beach chairs was a great bonus and we even had a front row set up on our last day. Literally inches from from water! We walked to several places to eat and visit. We really enjoyed Juanas for breakfast and several other meals. The pier is a nice walk and the gift shop had some nice tshirts. We also enjoyed visiting the Turtle Sanctuary located just past the pier. Working with the condo manager was a great experience. Michelle was so professional, friendly and efficient. She was prompt in her responses to text or call. I highly recommend staying here at the Pearl and condo 1004. We will be back soon!

I'll preface my review by saying we had a great time and the view was fabulous! When we walked in, none of the drapes were open and patio cushions were piled on a trunk inside. It wasn't very welcoming. The only nice patio chair (from the pictures) had been replaced with a plastic Adirondack chair with no cushion. And, maybe this doesn't bother anyone else, but my pet peeve is when a place is advertised to sleep six, it should have enough patio chairs (and everything else) for six. There were only 3 "nice" wine glasses. As I said before, we had an absolutely great time - Juan with the beach chairs was a wonderful ambassador for the Pearl. I think with just a little more attention from the cleaning service, and a more extensive patio set, it would be perfect!! Thanks so much for a great vacay!
