This home was lovely, very clean. Very close to Broadway and of course the pool and hot tub are a Bonus

We checked in Friday and left Sunday. This was a great space for our group to get ready before going out and the hot tub in the morning was perfect. Thanks for having us!

Few small issues but nothing bad. Great spacious well appointed home. Lots of wildlife seen daily, deer, turkeys, raccoons, groundhog. Front door opened with code but wouldn't lock with it, so we just went out the back door. If you want to fish it's down decking and climbing down side of mountain, but owner cannot control river dried up so if it rains a lot soon shouldn't be an issue. Close to everything, within 20 minutes mostly freeway drive.WE LOVED IT! Enjoyed the 3 decks immensely and would definitely stay again

This place does not represent themselves correctly. The photos are nothing like the property. The property is seriously neglected, filthy. The yard is like a junk yard. One of the toilets didn't flush. If the house was cleaned properly the cleaner would have had to flush after they cleaned the toilet realizing it was broken. The house had dead bugs, cobwebs, used band-aids in the shower, open food packages from previous renters, cans out side were filled with old cigarettes butts, webs and dirt on all the decks, not from a storm, floats that were not useable, the cover to the hot tub old and moldy, the steps to the river were missing steps. The pool has a leak. They did send the cleaner to clean the cobwebs....seriously.....it should had been done before we arrived. We had to clean the outside to use it. Shame on The River House.

My family (husband, 9 year old, 3 year old, my mother, and myself) stayed at this house in August of 2021 and absolutely loved it. There was plenty of room for all of us, and of course the kids had so much fun in the pool. The house was very clean, and all the rooms were just as they looked in the pictures. Check in was easy, and communication with the owner was clear and prompt. I took a walk one afternoon with my mom and 3 year old, and while there weren’t sidewalks, the street was very quiet and safe to walk along. The neighborhood was very peaceful, and felt very secluded even though you’re just a couple minutes from the highway and plenty of restaurants and stores. My 9 year old already wants to go back this summer. I told her we could go to other cities, but she loved this place so much she wasn't interested. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

Property was great. Nice quiet neighborhood. Very comfortable rooms. Only suggestion would be to have kitchen towels and dish cloths along with a couple of extra trash bags.. Would certainly stay here again on our next visit to Nashville.

The house was perfect for 6 friends gathering from different parts of the US. Close enough to Nashville to get out a couple times as well as just kick back and relax at the pool.

We had a great time with our group of 9 celebrating my husband’s 40th birthday. The pool and hot tub were perfect for during the day or late night antics. I was worried our boisterous boys’ voices would get us in trouble with the Neighbor’s but happily we did not! We had groceries delivered using Shipt which worked great too. I thought the beds were super comfortable. The kitchen was minimally supplied with not enough garbage bags or dishwasher detergent to last us just the 4 days we were there which was kind of a pain compared to some other places I have stayed in but it was nice they had beach towels and laundry with soap there to use. There was both an owner and a property manager - one day when we were eating breakfast one of our girls let the property manager in - she was there to check on the pool and she walked through the house to do so in the middle of all of us hungover eating breakfast- that seemed a little odd to me (especially that she walked through the house- especially with COViD at play) but they were both sure to smooth over any misunderstandings and were genuinely interested in making sure all was well. It was a little drive to downtown which was ok got this trip of bonding with friends, but I could see how it would be a detourant for some. We made some great memories!!!

We ventured out quite a bit but with all the entertainment happening Luke Bryan and Garth Brooks concerts traffic was a bit overwhelming. Preferred hanging out at the house swimming or having a fire. Very nice private and peaceful neighborhood. Owner's provide nearly everything you need, just bring the groceries.

Was great home for a getaway. Pool was dirty, spent 1hour cleaning that when first arrived. Wasn’t a big deal for our group. House has everything you could need. Wasn’t far from downtown and in a quiet neighborhood. Suggestion though, toilets run unless you shake the handles on them. Door code was super hard , you had to do it really really fast, not sure if that was the way it’s set up, but seems like some people might have trouble like we did. Great place, over all, clean and well stocked!!! Lots of room for everyone!!!

Management was wonderful working with us when we were schedule in July 2020 during COVID. They allowed us to move our trip out to 2021. We loved it. Beautiful house with great amenities.
