Had a great stay. Condo was very comfortable.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Far enough away from the crowds, close to go enjoy as desired! Beach and pool perfect! Hot tub way too hot!!!!

The condo was really nice. We loved it. Our only problems were there were no checkout sheet of what to do when we leave. Also, there was just one garbage bag and one roll of toilet paper in each. Usually some is left I. The condo and we have to get some. But we supplied all the toilet paper and garbage nags

The unit was exactly as described. Building facilities were perfect! Thoroughly enjoyed the rocking chairs, and pack and play for our infant. The cabinets in kitchen and bathroom were a little tired and worn but everything functioned perfectly. Would definitely stay in this unit again!

Had a great time on the beach

Fire alarm tripped on an upper floor, water leak in the wall. Everything was handled and communication was great.

I have been using VRBO for about 10 years and I have always had a great experience. The location was great but if you are planning on staying here is what you need to know: Parking passes are an additional $55. When we arrived at 330pm the house keepers were still "cleaning" Unable to get in until after 5. Floors had not been sweep/mop the floors. Dried urine on and around the toilet in the master bath and used bars of soap in the other shower. The washer was lined with dirt (maybe), the filter was clogged with what looked like dirty sand. The kitchen cabinets and bathroom are falling apart. Some cabinets doors were actually hanging loose. The inside of the cabinets were dirty. Dirty silverware in the drawers and dirty dishes in the cabinets. NO broom to sweep up sand. The vacuum did not work NO toaster NO microwave (the one in the condo did not heat up) TV for the master bedroom (the screen has lines of discoloration down the middle) NO Cleaning supplies, paper towels, dish soap and dishwasher soap No pot holders No measuring cups for cooking No extra linens for beds (hide-a-bed) 2 large empty Amazon boxes in the Master closet so no space for our things Pile of dirt/sand/hair in Master bedroom closet Very Dirty No list of rules or check out requirements as most VRBO's have, we were "sited" for having a towel on the railing and a childs toy in the hall way, but how would we have know that was against the rules. Not worth the Cash on this one

The pools and convience of being on beach great. The condo was horrible. The floors were filthy. The pictures do not depict how run down it is. Needs painting. Putty in hole in bath tub. Cabinet door falling off. I was not expecting luxury but I was expecting a condo that was clean and in good repair. The directions for getting car pass are completely wrong. The guard at the gate does not sell the passed. You must check in at Phoenix 3. Horrible! The owner should have more pride in their unit. Very disappointing.

The condo was very run down and dirty. There were no blow dryers or toaster. Bath towels were few but owner did have more sent over. The items in kitchen were dirty and sticky and had to be cleaned before they could be used. There was only one dish towel in the kitchen and no potholders. One of the comforters was dirty and we had to wash it. We will not stay at this condo again.

This condo unit needed some Tlc. Was not thoroughly cleaned for the price felt like it was pricey for condition We went and bought bleach and lysol paper towels and toilet paper hand soap to clean with before bed first night More wash clothes and towels Otherwise you do laundry two times a day

Good stay. Disappointed that some advertised amenities were not there due to construction, tp was horrible in bathrooms. All in all we will plan on future stays there.

We will be back!! Everything about it was perfect for us. Pictures are exact. Communication with host was excellent. View gorgeous. Awesome atmosphere all the way around.

We enjoyed our stay! It’s a in great a location and close to all of our favorite places. The unit definitely needs a deep clean but other than that, it was great!

I was disappointed with the fact that I paid a 55 dollar parking fee and had to check in after being told that my fee would be 15 dollars which would be paid at the guard shack and we could go straight to condo without a checkin. The floors were sticky and the cabinets need an upgrade. That being said the beds slept good, the view was wonderful, the price paid to rent was too high for the quality. There needs to be a few more towels added to the condo as there were only 4 for 4 people to use and we stayed 4 days.

Property was fairly nice

Condo was nice, right on the beach as advertised. Phoenix scheduled maintenance that would have kept us from our room for 2 days with no alternatives. Thankfully unit owner took care of it when contacted.

Phoenix 1 desk was closed for check in and had to go to phoenix 3 to check in . Guards were helpful. Sauna at phoenix 2 seemed to be out of order. Rules for no dogs in beach were not followed.

Great location. Cleanliness was not very good. Kitchen not well stocked.

This property is in an excellent location just steps from the ocean/beach with beautiful views. Dan (the owner) was excellent to work with and had great communication throughout the process. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to come back.

Just as described. Comfortable and convenient. Our family enjoyed a relaxing stay.

This condo was great for our annual Golf Trip.

My husband and I enjoyed a great weekend with our grands. Got to watch one compete in Foley. The condo was perfect for our family. The girls had so much fun playing on the beach.

I took my kids for a weekend trip for my 40th birthday. This was a great condo! There was a ton of space, great views, everything we needed. We definitely want to stay here again.

The condo is beautiful and exactly what we were looking for. I did have doubts after I booked due to some of the reviews but once I arrived I was impressed. The ocean view is amazing! We are already thinking about coming back next year and every year that we can.

Beach was great! But if you stay in this unit, be prepared to pay an additional $55 - $110 just to park at the unit. Also you may want to bring some items with you. Such as pot holders, kitchen towels, extra pillows, blankets and comforter/bedspread for single bedroom, maybe a fan too, since the ceiling fan in the master bedroom doesn't work. As you walk by the washer/dryer/water heater closet, just don't look, maybe pretend there's a door there. And most importantly, be sure to stop up all sink drains, this helps cut down on the gnat problem

Property unit was not clean. Dirty dishes in the dishwasher, floor not swept and used yellow razor found in master tub upon arrival. Property needs maintenance and repairs throughout. As soon as you walk into the unit the laundry door is broken off and lending against the dryer, tub damage poorly repaired and not sealed completely, master tub cold handle was broken off as well as kitchen and secondary bathroom cabinets bowing and flaking off at the bottom. Elevators on property had issues maintaining operation during our stay. Master bedroom does have private balcony but it’s not ocean view. Beach is nice on property and hoses offered on beach walkways were were nice on property to wash away sand. Staff we encountered were all nice. I messaged owner on app to alert of the damage to property we found at arrival and still have not heard back after arriving home 6 days later. Not likely to book again using app based this experience.

The condo was clean & comfortable. It needs a little updating but It was decorated nice & was very cute. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. My only issue was with the parking fee. Overall everything was fine. Had one issue with the toilet in the hallway it wobbled around. Reported it too front office never saw anyone from maintenance.

The check in process to way too long… not enough staff to accommodate the number of people waiting to check in. But everything else was great.

Rental process was easy. Condo was as advertised. The only reason it wasn’t 5 stars was because the air conditioner noise on the balcony drowned out the sound of the waves most of the time. It was still a great place to stay! 4.75 stars 😄
