Property was in a great location. Close to downtown Ozark restaurants, shopping, attractions and grocery stores. Many options for boating from this location with choices of quiet coves, restaurants on the water, or running the channel sight seeing. The property had everything you would need. Blake was great to work with and made sure we had everything we needed down to the boat slip. Very flexible and easy to work with. Will stay again!

We stayed here for a week and enjoyed every minute of it!! It is a wonderful location on the lake and close to LOTS of things by boat or by vehicle!!! Blake was so easy to work with and very helpful!! We will definitely be returning here for another trip!!

Great location, great view and very clean.

Spent 5 nights with my wife and 2 adult children. This 3 bedroom unit had everything that we would need. Plenty of dishes and kitchen tools for the times that you stay in for movie night. Even found some seasoning to use on our burgers that we grilled on the very nice gas grille. Plenty of linens in the bathrooms. The unit is mostly remodeled and is very clean and access is great. No stairs to this unit as it is parking level. The condo complex is well maintained. Lots of grass along the lakeside sidewalk that goes from one end to the other. Some sitting benches if you just want to relax. The 3 swimming pools were clean but the water has started cooling. Cool but not cold. Had a question for Blake and he responded within a couple minutes. Only had the one question as everything else was simple. Overall, I would return in a heartbeat. Good unit in a good complex that is close to everything ( 15 minutes ) and is very accessible.

Blake put our first time to Ozarks worries to ease! Family had a blast and we want to stay with him again! Easy to get around and kids were worn out!

This place was perfect for our family of 6. We love the privacy of the deck and the view. We were able to unload our car easily because it was level with the parking lot. Lots of comfortable seating in the family room, beds were comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed. The owner was super nice and replied quickly when contacting him.

Location is great - close to everything you want to do. Very clean place and the communication with management was excellent. We may return.

The kids had a great time fishing. We went hiking at HaHa Tonka Park. The condo was perfect for our family!

Blake answered all our questions. The condo was nice and clean. Nice being so close to everything and ease of getting anywhere you wanted to go. We spent alot of our time in the pool so it was nice that the pool was close.

The condo was clean upon our arrival, everything was just as the description mentioned. It is perfectly located on the lake so that we had all the dockside dining available, including the ones that our kids love like Franky & Louie's and Captain Ron's. The condo was well stocked with anything we needed. We used the grill a couple of times, and it was great to have. There were also plenty of extra towels and extra sheets if people should need them. And there were SO MANY movies! We enjoyed a few while we were there, but it was always hard to decide since there were so many to choose from. Thank you, Blake for the great getaway. We hope to be back soon!

We enjoyed our week at this unit. It is nicely furnished and offers all of the comforts of home. We are planning to return here next year! Great communication with Blake for any question or concern.

We really enjoyed our stay. Beautifully decorated condo with lots to do. Huge selection of movies, books and games for rainy days. Nice selection of pool toys for the sunny days. Fits up to 7 very comfortably!

Condo was clean and easy to get to

Property was just as described, found pretty much everything we looked for in the kitchen as well. Unit is stocked with more than enough movie choices, as well as some games to keep group entertained in the event of bad weather. The deck has enough seating for like (10) people to enjoy - with plenty of hummingbirds to watch at the feeder. No complaints here.

Great location, good pools and great view. Enjoyed the hummingbirds on the balcony. Tons of movies even though we did not use any of them during our stay.

This is our second stay at this condo, third time in this building. The owners of this condo do a great job at keeping the place in repair and free of wasp nests. The condo easily held 2 parents and 5 adult children. No complaints of running out of hot water with back to back showers. Bathrooms very clean. Grill worked. Overlook of pool can be noisy, but does not bother us. Keypad lock is the best! Swim area is fun, but must have access to a boat to fully experience the lake. Channel is great for tubing/skiing late Sunday thru Thursday, Friday & Saturday the lake is crowded, recommend party cove. Gran Rally go carts are a must along with Sugar Creek and Pirates Cove mini golf. For real golf, Osage National is a favorite when we visit.

We rented condo for our annual 4th of July at the lake trip with family. Condo was clean, spacious had so many movies and games. We loved the location compared to shopping and restaurants. Blake was very responsive and accommodating. Fully stocked too. We enjoyed swimming in lake and pool. Thank you!
