This was our 3rd stay in these condos. First in this one. It's a very nice unit. Walks out right on the beach!!! Was very clean. Had couple of minor issues, but the local contact for the unit was right on it. If you are looking for a unit to bring your family, this one will suite you. Just FYI for those who might rent, the master bed is quite hard.( I liked it!). Also If you're coming down, do what we do and pack an extra suitcase with frozen meat etc. Food at the grocery store is spendy.

The unit is clean, nicely designed, and has wonderful views of the beach and ocean. The beds are very comfortable. Our friends were so pleased with the comfort of the beds that they wanted to order the same mattresses. The closets are huge, so plenty of storage space. The beach is directly outside the unit and there is no shortage of comfortable beach lounge chairs which are already set up on the beach and ready for use. If you are concerned about getting too much sun, there are several beautiful coconut palm trees just outside the unit that provide ample shade. There were lots of beach towels, floats and some snorkel gear which we made frequent use of. The communication with Chris, the property manager, was flawless. He answered many questions and was always responsive in a timely way. We did have some difficulty operating the dish washer (resolved) as others have noted and there were some cosmetic issues, but nothing that would deter another visit. There are two grocery stores a short drive away and a nice restaurant immediately next to the complex. In summary, we loved our time here, only wish it was longer.

The location on Sugar Beach is wonderful. We loved staying right on the beach which was well maintained and raked daily. Although the condo itself could use a few updates and repairs, it was more than adequate for us. The property manager, Christoph, was excellent. He responded quickly to our questions and concerns.

as advertised. LITERALLY 4 steps from Sugar Beach. affordable. perfect. We loved it. Just wish we could stay longer. We utilized every room, every space, every amentity. Close to groceries (and everything else). Thank you!!

Location is great! Step right out and the water is there. Beds were very comfortable. Washer and dryer on site was great too. There were just a couple minor issues,the tv didnt work and dishwasher worked only once for us,so we handwashed. But other then that,everything was perfect!

The place is in a good location near many essentials and the town of Christiansted. There are two restaurants in walking distance. Has a great beach view that is well kept. The grounds are great. The three bedrooms are not all completely separate. One has to go through one bedroom to get to another and the person in the front bedroom must go through the middle bedroom to get to the bathroom. Would not recommend unless you are all close.

This place was absolutely amazing!!!! We never wanted to leave. It was our private beach. The condo is perfect. Beds sooo comfy. I’d recommend this to everyone!!!

The guys that work at the condominium did an amazing job cleaning the beach daily. There were days the sargassum collected on the beach but the guys cleaned it up every day. They are awesome! This was a great place for our family. With the beach right our the door the kids could go swimming and snorkeling.

Wonderful and relaxing stay! We would deffinatley return and did not want our stay to end. The beach was very nice. It did have some of the seaweed but it was cleaned up daily.

Condo is nice, comfortable and clean. Conveniently located near C'sted and easy to get to F'sted. The grocery store is near by, and the view from the porch can't be beat. Highly recommend.

Let me start by saying I would stay here again. It was very clean and well appointed. The property location was good and the view was spectacular! The responsiveness of the owners was excellent and they were very accommodating to our needs. The only hiccup there was, once we arrived we had no idea what unit it was (unit 115). It took some work ( 20 minutes worth) to figure that out as it was not made clear. We actually found out by reading reviews of former guests that had the same experience. This is the only reason this property did not get 5 stars. Thank you very much! Cheers!

We loved our visit to Sugar Beach. The location was all that we had hoped for. We were literally on the beach and view is great. The condo was well supplied with items for our stay. If you are expecting a resort type stay this is not the place for you. This is a well loved beach home. It has a few flaws but it was not a deal breaker for us. We stayed for two weeks and loved it. There are several people that are residents and they are very friendly and helpful. We are already talking about another visit. St Croix is the perfect place to go, it has such a relaxed environment.

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. The view is hard to beat and easy access to the beach with small kids is priceless. The condo has just about everything you could need for the week.

The location was perfect. It was right on the beach and the tropical breeze was amazing. My favorite part was listening to the waves. The maintenance staff did a great job cleaning up the seaweed. The unit had everything we needed for a comfortable relaxing stay for five adults and one teenager.

Our family of 5 had a fantastic Christmas 2019 stay at this beachfront property. Although we rented a car and toured the entire island, we could have just as easily enjoyed relaxing on the beach just steps away from the condo. When the tide allows, snorkeling off Sugar Beach was clear waters and multiple colorful fish with the occasional Eagle Ray and/or Manta Ray. When we did have a question about the unit, Chris was quick to help us out. Thank you so much for an unforgettable vacation!!

Great Condo, perfect for our family of 4, which included 2 adult age children. Had coffee every morning on the beach. If you visit and are looking for good local food we recommend Zenys and 2 plus 2.

We had a great time. The location was perfect and being directly on the beach was amazing. Rosalee was a great host. When we arrived she met us at the condo for an early check in and while it wasn’t an issue for us the cleaning crew wasn’t quite finished. She went above and beyond and took us to town and showed us around. The only downside was having to leave.

Just like the title says, the beach is just steps away and it is beautiful. The condo is well appointed and very comfortable. It is in a great location and easy to get to everything on the island. I would go back for sure!

A little confusing about checking in though since the office says they do not manage this unit. You will not be disappointed with the location or the views!

Absolutely loved staying here!! My parents are 76 and 80 years old and being 4 steps to the beach was awesome!! Condo has everything and more you would ever need! Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with us!! Looking forward to our next trip back!!

We rented this unit specifically because of the beach front location, 3 bedrooms and kitchen. While I know it's not the owners fault, the sargassum seaweed had taken over this area and ruined the beach front experience for us. The smell alone knocks you over so I would keep that in mind if booking later in the summer. The air conditioner was off when we arrived and the temp in the unit was 85 degrees. You can't open the windows to allow any breeze due to the stench of the seaweed and it took until the 3rd day for the unit to come down to a reasonable temperature, but even by then the back bedroom with the twin beds was still not cool because there are no vents in that room. There was one fan but it still was not enough to cool the room to a comfortable temperature. One of the bathrooms has a glass block wall which is the divider between the bathroom and the back bedroom and the top section has blocks missing so the wall is open into that bedroom with just a plastic shade. If someone turns on that bathroom light at night it completely floods that room with light and the steam from the shower further contributes to the uncomfortable temperature in that room. That along with the shutter style doors on the bathrooms leads to no real privacy. You hear everything going on in the bathrooms. The kitchen had basic cookware and dishes but the only coffee maker available was what I think was an espresso machine and a keurig. I would have expected a more eco-friendly coffee maker since the keurig pods are horrible for marine life but since we couldn't find any k-cup options at all at the 2 grocery stores we visited we had no coffee. There was also not a can opener, however after the first night because of the AC not being able to keep up we had to resort to just buying takeout or sandwiches because cooking heated up the unit too much. Being able to cook meals was the whole reason we didn't book at a hotel so this was extremely frustrating. We inquired before we left if the unit had dish and laundry detergent and were told it did, but it didn't. When the cleaning staff came around to collect trash she did bring us back some dish detergent at least. Had the AC not been an issue and the bathrooms been better enclosed I may have given this unit a better recommendation but I can't in good faith recommend this to anyone needing the back bedroom and not traveling with just family if you don't care about bathroom privacy.

You can't beat the location of this condo. The rooms and beds were very nice. It was equipped with nice higher end appliances than usual. The only downfall was the baby roaches in the kitchen. Just needs a little left control.

We had a wonderful week-long stay here! The condo is well-maintained and very clean, the bedrooms are huge, the kitchen is extremely well-supplied, and the house and its surroundings are tranquil; it was the perfect escape! We spent time quality time with the kids on Sugar Beach. Easy access for exploring other beaches, but Sugar was our fav. Pam and David were wonderful to work with, they were quick with communication and made sure we had everything we needed and more for our stay in their home.

Reviews matter a lot to me when I am deciding whether to book a rental property. If you are like me, then let me assure you that you will not be disappointed if you stay at Pam's Oceanfront condo in St. Croix! I traveled with four adults and two children who ranged from 7 years-13 years. All of us called this our best vacation yet! The property is clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Pam was very responsive...from the moment we inquired all the way through our stay. There are many great things to say, but here are the things that stood out to us: The beach was splendid! The Sugar Beach resort takes very good care of the beach and they had workers cleaning off seaweed and debris every day. My crew spent most of our time on the beach, although pool was very nice too. We spent a lot of time snorkeling right off the beach. It was amazing! We also took a day trip out to Buck Island, which was the highlight of the vacation. We found the local people to be very friendly and we spent plenty of time enjoying the food and shopping that St. Croix has to offer. We're on to another adventure, but if we return to St. Croix in the future, we will surely reach out to Pam and stay at her place again!
