Our group of college friends had the absolute best time celebrating our 50th birthdays at this property. Clare provided great communication and ideas for our trip. The layout of the house was perfect with tons of beautiful outdoor space. The location was perfect for accessing everything Palm Springs has to offer. We highly recommend it, and we will be back!

We (8 of us) went to PSP and stayed at Villa Amelita in the Little Tuscany neighborhood. This was a retirement trip and the majority of us are L/E. Clare was awesome and very responsive - we were able to check in early. The property was beautiful and the pool a welcome since the lowest temp for our stay was 99 degrees! I personally love the heat! We walked every day in the neighborhood and everyone is so friendly! Loved the property - thank you for a great time!

This is just a beautiful property, well stocked kitchen and attention to details with linens, bedding and cleanliness. We love everything about this home, especially Clare, the owner, and Reginia, the manager. This was our second stay and it was just perfect. It was so hard to leave but we will be back. Great stay

After our mother's celebration of life, the 5 siblings and their spouses enjoyed 4 nights at the home. It was a great location, we had fun in the pool, and cooked a few meals together in the large kitchen and enjoyed at the dinner table. Everyone had their own room and bathroom - we loved it and would definitely come back. Thank you, Clare!

This house provides everything you'd want for a Palm Springs stay -- it's beautiful, spacious, private, and so comfortable. We never wanted to leave during the days, and thanks to the incredible outdoor space, you don't have to -- there is so much to do on the property. I've gone to Palm Springs every year for the past decade and never had as enjoyable of a stay as I did here. Clare, the property owner, was very attentive, responsive, and kind. For weeks leading up to our check-in, she was sure to answer all of my questions, provide necessary information, and share her contact info for any immediate needs. Regenia, the property manager, was equally as lovely -- showing up upon our arrival for a quick and seamless check-in. This house somehow exceeded any and all expectations, which was a tall order for me and my 10 friends who were visiting from the east coast. Will absolutely be rebooking this property next year.

The house is as pretty as advertised. Clare was great to communicate with for any issues. We had a few glitches but were taken care of right away. I would definitely recommend the house to other friends and family.

We had a wonderful stay at villa Amelita. The house is fully equipped and clean, the rooms are large and the outdoor terrace is huge. We were 9 adults and we were very comfortable. Clare is incredibly kind and responds quickly to requests for information both before and during the stay. I recommend this place without hesitation, you will have a remarkable stay. We would definitely go back.

great property for our family of ten.

This was our second stay at Little Tuscany and have really enjoyed the property both times. We’re four guys down for four days of golf.

we checked in via the Owner, Clare, who was great and very quick to respond to any questions. another person was supposed to meet us at the house but never showed, nor did we ever meet her. not sure what was going on there. the hot water in the casita was not up to par. however everything else about this house was great. it was not as clean as we thought it should have been when we checked in...but overall, I give it an A. owner gets an A+

My four friend and I experienced a wonderful stay at Villa Amelita. The communication with the owner, Clare, was always excellent and prompt. Unfortunately, Palm Springs was having a cool spell and we were unable to use the pool and spa. But, the location was perfect. Close to downtown Palm Springs. We enjoyed doing a self guided tour of the early Hollywood stars homes, which was very easy. Many of the homes are very close to the property. We hope to return to Palm Springs again and will definitely choose to stay here again.

The five bedrooms were perfect for four big kids and four adults. The outside space and furniture are amazing. Lovely pool and hot tub. Big open kitchen too.

Little Tuscany could not have been more perfect for our family get together. Mike and I stayed in the casita with our own little kitchen, so we could have coffee in our pjs before joining our family. Our two daughters and their husbands each had their own bedrooms as did their two set of boys. Everyone commented about how comfortable the beds were. The dining room table easily accommodated the ten of us. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and plenty of cooking utensils. Most of all, we enjoyed the esthetics of the lovely home and the many amenities for the adults and children in the large backyard. The property made it easy to access the downtown area. We would recommend going to Sunnylands, the estate where the Annenbergs entertained celebraties and presidents. Hiking in Joshua Tree National Park was also a highlight. The owner, Claire, responded immediately to any inquiry we had. We would definitely give her property a Five Star rating and hope to stay their again.

The house was way beyond what we expected. My friends and I celebrated my birthday in Palm Springs and picked the perfect home! So much room for everyone and all of us had our own bathroom. It was clean and the kitchen had everything you could need. The best part was the outdoor pool and deck where we spent most of time- so beautiful and comfortable. Clare our host was very sweet, flexible and always ready to help. It was a perfect vacation! We all loved it. Thank you for a wonderful time!

We had a very nice stay at this home. It was convenient to downtown Palm Springs so we were able to go out. But we also enjoyed staying in for a casual evening. The pool and grounds are lovely and the bedrooms were perfect for our group.

Perfect accommodations for our group of 9 friends. Very spacious inside and out with plenty of seating room for all of us. Beautiful patio with pool, hot tub, putting green and key hole game with plenty of relaxing area and seating in shade or sun. Kitchen was well stocked with spices etc, dishes and cook wear and Large table for dinning inside. Also large table for dinning out doors. Bedrooms were spacious with bathrooms. The location was easy to get to and close to groceries stores, restaurants and downtown. Our host responded quickly to any questions that we had. Remote gate control for entering and parking cars. It was the perfect accommodates for a large group to be together and plenty of privacy also. Thank you Clare.

Although it was during a heat wave during Labor Day Weekend, the pool and the A/C was working 24/7 keeping us very cool during our 40th anniversary celebration with family. When in Palm Springs in the future, I will definitely stay here again

Myself and friends enjoyed an absolutely fabulous weekend at this property. We found the house to be clean, comfortable, beautiful, and stocked with many items that were convenient for our weekend. The pool, cornhole nook, and putting green were huge hits. I also really appreciated the easy check in process and quick and pleasant communication with the property hosts. The property is very nice and cozy. Had a lot of space for the group we had. Enjoyed our stay. Good communication with property owner and managers. Just a little tip, property needs more pots and pans, and dish towels. Other than that, we had a great stay.

The property was perfect for our group of 10—a family of four including two little ones and three couples. The kitchen was large and REALLY well stocked. Not just the usual salt and pepper shaker, but lots of spices, flour, sugar, soy sauce, etc. The layout of the main area of the kitchen/family/dining room was perfect for our group and we spent most of our time there just hanging out and catching up. Private bathrooms in each bedroom were a luxury as was the layout of the bedrooms (two on each side of the home plus the casita). Our group just wanted to hang out together and only went out for grocery runs at Albertsons (which was less than a five min drive away and had a everything we needed, including a surprisingly large and varied alcohol section). :) But best of all was the owner’s responsiveness to our inquiries. Clare was clearly an involved host invested in providing a pleasant experience for her guests. When there was a concern that the AC unit that cooled two of the bedrooms may not be operating at 100% the day before we were set to arrive, not only did Clare get repairmen to come out right away, she also got two portable units for those bedrooms just in case. Turns out the AC worked just fine but it was nice to know that a backup plan was in place and that repairmen were coming just on the off chance of something being off.
