Our 2 weeks we spent at Martha's home was cozy, clean, and nothing less than amazing. I can't say enough good things about the location, the set up of the house itself and how easy it was to communicate with Martha the entire time. I let her know the ages of my children and she basically built an itinerary for us based on her experiences! The house has anything and everything you could need. We will absolutely be staying here again!

We are a family of 7 adults and we thoroughly enjoyed our week in this beautiful and spacious home. I think the porch was our most favorite part! We loved walking to town for morning coffee and afternoon ice cream. We had great beach days (and shopping days too). Super fun to take a kayak and paddle board out from the property dock. The view of Kennebunkport Village from the backyard and upstairs windows is beautiful, especially at night. Communication with Martha is super easy. We are thankful she shares her amazing home with others!

If you are planning a trip to Kennebunkport, look no further than this property. This is a spacious, clean, serene waterfront home tucked away but walkable to all the shops/restaurants. Martha was very responsive (locked ourselves out one time!) and she has decorated this home beautifully. Thank you so much Martha!

What a beautiful spot. A bright open kitchen and living room and dining room. It was a great place for the family to play games. And enjoy eachother. The house is clean and tastefully decorated and just really beautiful. The host Martha is fantastic. I would definitely stay here again. A quick walk into town and two restaurants. We absolutely loved it here.

My friends and I (mid40s) stayed at the property during a late season snow storm. The kitchen and dining/living areas are wide open and great for a group. Bedrooms are upstairs away from the general living space, so early bedtime friends could escape. A great place!

We all absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful property. The decor was so lovely, clean and warm and the location was perfect! Martha was fantastic and very accommodating. I cannot recommend the property highly enough. We hope to be back next year for another getaway!

We had the best weekend away here! There were 6 of us who had not been together in years so we celebrated engagements, birthdays, etc. - and the property was perfect. The kitchen, living and dining was our home base as we ate, drank and played monopoly. The space was so lovely with wonderful views. We did venture out for dinner each night and it was great to simply walk into town and not worry about transportation. The location of the property - you’re in the mix of everything, but the lot feels so private. We would definitely book again!

My cousins and I get together yearly and we chose Martha's place as our destination this year! Martha's house exceeded our expectations. We loved her beautiful, very clean and very spacious house. All of us agreed, it was the best house rental ever! We enjoyed the kayaks, the back porch, the proximity to Kennebunk and all the amenities. We walked everywhere. Martha was the best part of the week. Prior to our visit, we reached out to her often and she gave us fabulous recommendations for activities, restaurants, etc. She was very quick to reply on every request. 5 +++++ STARS for Martha!

We stayed for a wedding weekend. Everything was perfect for our family. We met Martha upon arrival and couldn’t have had a better stay.
We loved the location to the center where we could walk. The access and views of the water were a bonus! So beautiful. We hope to stay again!

This home is very attractive, well-kept, and extremely comfortable. It is close to Kennebunkport, Kennebunk beaches, restaurants, shops, and stores. We had a very enjoyable family gathering with 5 grandchildren and left with fond memories. The owner was highly responsive to questions, making our stay easy and pleasant. A terrific VRBO experience.

Travelling with a group ladies on a road trip and this was the perfect place to stop and play along the way. The home is amazing and offers many activities, wish we could have stayed longer. Definitely a must to come back! Great house and Martha made us feel very welcome. Thanks for a great experience!

Enjoyed our stay at Martha’s house. Group of 10 had plenty of room and the house was very clean. We utilized the outside areas and the screened porch, with views of the dock square bridge. Dock square was easily walkable and there were a couple coffee shops very close. We had a great time and recommend this house.

We had a fabulous time staying at this beautiful home with our family. The location was perfect for walking to the Old Port. The home was well-equipped, and the furnishings were stylish and comfortable. Martha recommended the Rugosa lobster boat tour, which was our trip's highlight! So fun and informative. Thank you for providing a lovely place to stay for my family. We would love to come back for another visit.

This was a beautiful house with great views of the river. It was spacious and the property is gorgeous. It’s in great walking distance to the town. My criticisms were that none of the beds were made upon arrival. Also the laundry detergent used on the sheets was very strongly scented which is tough for people with allergies. Overall I would definitely recommend this place!

Family friendly house in an excellent location. Large kitchen and living area with a fantastic view. Can see the lobster on top of the Christmas tree in Dock Square at night...magical! Great place to gather with family and friends. Convenient to everything, yet tucked away and private.

This was our second time renting Martha’s house…. Everything was perfect, just as it was before. The house is beautiful, clean and well appointed, the location is perfect and Martha is a pleasure and very easy to communicate with.

We wanted to feel spoiled in Kennebunkport after many years since our last visit, and this home met our expectations. The location was ideal and easy to find. The spacious main floor and beautiful window views allowed us comfort and beauty in a way we couldn't have achieved otherwise. The house was very clean, well equipped, and everyone had the space they needed. We appreciated the unique décor and book collections as well as the many games and puzzles. The one concern we had was addressed immediately; Martha was easy to communicate with and also provided plenty of local suggestions. Thank you for your hospitality!

Vacation in paradise!
We’ve been coming to Maine and Kennebunk for years, but Martha’s home is the best location by far. With the Kennebunk river in the backyard for floating and kayaks, coffee shops and restaurants across the street, and Dock Square and all the beaches just minutes away, this was the best vacation we’ve ever had.
Plus, Martha’s home has every amenity we could possibly need. From kayaks to tubes to beach chairs to lawn toys, everything was waiting for us.
We can’t wait to go back!

Perfect Girls Weekend Away!
Martha's home & property is beautiful! We had 7 of us and all slept comfortably and the space is just so amazing, and the location (10/10). We did an evening sail with the Pineapple Ketch, Saturday we walked into the port (the location is perfect - beaches, shops). Saturday evening we had a private chef (Katie from 2Gether Chefs out of Portland) come and created a lovely meal. We enjoyed sitting by the fire afterwards, and coffee on the screened in porch in the morning. We had everything we could possibly need and would love to come back again!

Marthas home was absolutely perfect! I could not say enough good things! The house has everything you could need from cooking to recreation! The location is perfect, a quick walk to everything . It was so comfortable and clean, our group of ten never felt like we were on top of one another. Martha is very responsive and helpful!! We were all saying we want to come back for another stay!

A Heavenly Stay
This was our second time staying at Martha's beautiful home. Besides the amazing location, one of the highlights of staying here is that it is a beautiful, well designed and decorated home. It does not have a generic rental property vibe. The house is within walking distance to everything, but is very private. We loved our stay!

The perfect KPT home & stay!
Martha's home in Kennebunkport is just perfect, don't hesitate to book it. The home is newer, super clean, spacious and equipped with everything you'll need for a great stay. The location is ideal for leaving the car parked and walking to town to explore, have dinner, etc... There are pretty views of the river from most rooms too. Our whole family is still talking about our Thanksgiving stay at the home :) Martha is easily to reach if you need anything as well, we would absolutely stay again.

The Perfect Kennebunk Location
We were a group of seven girlfriends visiting Maine for some Fall fun and leaf peeping and this beautiful home was perfect for us. Even though it was walking distance from the village and many restaurants and shops, it felt totally secluded with a spectacular waterfront view and surrounded by forest that gave us fall foliage views from every window. We highly recommend it and loved our stay.
