Very peaceful property. A nice place to relax and reflect.

The rate for this property was cost effective, clean and a safe location. The pool plus view was great. The pool has no steps so older adults may have trouble getting in and out but the jacuzzi attached to the pool is an easier in and out and just as refreshing!

Everything was fine but the place is just two bedrooms, and no lobby etc. there is a frdge microwave as well. both rooms were very nice with a large shower and bathroom area that was nice as well.

Two large bedrooms, one room with microwave and refrigerator and coffee maker. Independent AC units in each room. Nice large bathroom shower with plenty of hot water. Towels for both bathroom and pool area use. Pool is nice area with nice views, but no steps into the pool, so you need to be able to pull yourself out. Reza was very helpful and we enjoyed our stay.

Reza and Maray have made some wonderful updates to the property, including a beautiful pool/hot tub and decadent shower. They were responsive and helful when our flight in arrived late. We highly recommend these delightful hosts!

We enjoyed our stay! This place is clean and comfortable. We never saw the pool, not sure how to even get to it. Keep in mind you share a wall with the kitchen of the main house, you can hear them and I’m sure they could hear us. I believe there’s another rental below you as well. The shower was AMAZING! Best part of rental. Bedding was cozy and hosts were great. We’d stay again.

Property is part of owner's home, boarded off. 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. Rooms are spacious, bathroom is very nice.

I would like to thank Reza & Maray for a very pleasant and comfortable 6 days we were very happy with our place nice comfy beds and beautiful bathroom which had Bluetooth in the shower clean towels and the fridge was stocked with coffee, creamer,orange juice and a nice bottle of wine the veiw on the deck was spectacular to have coffee in the mornings with a beautiful sunrise and enjoyed the evenings relaxing Reza & Maray were very accommodating to our needs thank you so much for a great stay !! It was a great location and wonderful hosts! We really enjoyed our stay! The location is just down the road from Oceanside and high value for the price. It is more of a two-bedroom one-bath hotel suite than a house. There are 33 photos of a very small space, so I had a different idea of what I was purchasing. There is access to a beautiful pool with an amazing view. In the listing it looks like the pool is outside the bedrooms but the bedrooms are on the back of the house.

A friend and I stayed here a few nights when we were in town for a wedding. Fyi it is only 2 bedrooms and a bathroom - there is no common room. The kitchenette station seen in the photos is in one of the bedrooms. The rooms were fresh and clean and the huge luxury spa shower with river rock style floor was a definite highlight! We slept great on comfy bedding. We wanted to explore the beautiful hilly neighborhood (next to a golf course) but we ran out of time. The host Reza was gracious.

This was a great location to stay at and parking is located right on the property. Easy access to the highway for the areas we were visiting in San Diego. Great Pool and Spa too. Would rent from again.

Reza and Maray are caring, friendly, and helpful hosts. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay and would stay again. We found many local attractions within15 minutes: Mission San Luis Del Rey, Oceanside beach, pier and harbor, San Diego botanical garden, Carlsbad and Encinitas. We also made a hop down to San Diego for a free concert in Balboa park.

We loved this stay. Reza was great to communicate with and he along with his wife were great hosts. We loved swimming at the pool and using the hot tub. We will definately return!

My daughter and I were on the west coast for a soccer tournament. We had a great experience at this property. It was clean, accommodating and located in a great area. The owner, Reza, was extremely helpful and always available if needed. The property has great deck views and a beautiful pool. We would stay again if we are ever in the area.

This place is really good for a short stay. Very clean and comfortable - beds were great! Hosts were communicative and available but we didn’t really need them. I would definitely recommend for weekend or short stays. The walls are a little thin so you can sometimes hear the owners but it didn’t bother us and they were always quiet by 10pm. Beautifully redone bathroom with large shower which was great. Overall a solid place to stay if you’re in the area and need something affordable!

The hosts were the best I’ve ever experienced and are very thoughtful and kind. The view and accommodations are fantastic. I highly recommend!

We booked this place for 5 nights, arrived on a Wednesday and went to Disneyland the following morning. When we got back to the rental at 11:30pm, we were met by ants in our bedding, clothes, walls, floors, my daughters retainer, in the bathroom, both bedrooms etc. My wife was beside herself so I texted the owner with no response and proceeded to walk over and ring the doorbell but nobody answered. We then contacted VRBO to see what our options were because everyone wanted to leave. Since it was so late and everyone was exhausted, we opted to try and make the best of it. So we stripped the beds and shook out the sheets and blankets. My son went to sleep in the car and the rest of us finally got to sleep around 1:30am. We were woken up at 8am by a loud knock at the door. I was met by Reza and, I’m assuming his wife, with two cans of Raid spray poison offering to kill the ants and change out the bedding. It was uncomfortable and awkward especially with Reza badgering me about why I didn’t contact him and telling me I shouldn’t have contacted VRBO; he said this multiple times. He’s stated that he couldn’t understand why “You” have ants but they didn’t in the rest of the house. Keep in mind, we hadn’t even been there for 24 hours yet and the the ants were coming from under a shared door with the main house. They accused us of having food and leaving food out. We didn’t leave food out because we saw from a previous review that they had an ant problem. We don’t have this problem in our own home with food out nor have we had this problem at any other vacation rental even with food out. After all of the attitude, they reiterated that they would accommodate whatever we wanted to do, either refund or clean and stay and wanted us to be happy and walked away. Once my my adrenaline came down after arguing with them and defending myself we decided to book a room at the Hyatt and opted for a refund. They ended up charging us for that night but we didn’t want to deal with anymore headache in order to put it behind us and enjoy the rest of our trip so we packed up and were out of there before noon.

Was looking for a long weekend getaway closer to the beach. This was perfect. Close enough to the beach but far enough from the crowds. Tucked away and quiet but still close access to numerous stores, restaurants and entertainment We enjoyed the back yard pool..we didn’t use the hot tub. The shower is amazing! Just a small kitchenette and portable room ac but it was perfect for what we needed. Reza was the perfect host. Would love to stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay in Oceanside. The rooms were clean with higher-end furnishings, bedding, etc. We were able to use the spa one night, and also use the lounge chairs next to the pool. The view was beautiful, the neighborhood quiet. Our host was very accommodating with any request we had. Would definitely stay again!
