Justin w avada properties is an excellent host. Superior communication. Had a few hiccups w maintenance items that were fixed immediately. Only suggestions w the property is a larger grill and larger refrigerator on main floor as our group was 15 people and the property can easily hold even more. The kids enjoyed the movie room and skee ball the most. We did not use the fire pit but it’s obviously not working similar to previous guest reviews with the gas line not even connected to it. Great views of snow capped mountains, loved the rocking chairs. A wonderful property close to shopping grocery stores and tourist activities. Would definitely book again!

Great location! House was great. However, garbage disposal, fire pit, icemaker didn’t work. Host was willing to come look at it while we were there but we declined. One of the towel racks in the upstairs middle bed room fell off after hanging a towel. Game room was great for the kids. Hot tub was awesome!

This house had it all. All the amenities you need for a comfortable stay, room to be together or space for yourself, an amazing view of the mountains. The house is beautiful and is well taken care of. We spent the majority of our time in the house and we had such a great visit and the owners were very attentive to anything we asked never had to wait long for any responses.

Overall, the cabin is great for large groups and it’s location is great with proximity to both Gatlinburg /Pigeon Forge. Although Justin was quick to reply to our messages, we did encounter some issues with the property. The outdoor firepit was broken which was disappointing considering that it was a must have for us when searching for our rental. We were traveling with 12 kids all of which were looking forward to doing smores by the fireplace during our winter stay. Additionally, there was a leak on the main floor that caused water to enter into the downstairs bunk room where the girls were staying. Two planks fell from the ceiling in the middle of the night caused by the water. Luckily, no one was harmed but an iPad that the planks fell on caused the glass screen to shatter. We also had an issue with the drainage in the kitchen but a tech was sent out and that issue was taken care of quickly. Keeping in mind the large groups the cabin holds, more towels should be provided as well as a mop and some cleaning solutions to assist with cleaning during stays. A deep cleaning of the property would also be recommended. Although appearing clean when entered, we did a sweep of the handrails with baby wipes upon entering the cabin, and were surprised at the amount of dirt that came off them. Lastly, one of the arcade games seemed to have tech issues and would power off spontaneously and the air hockey table had disks stuck in the table which prevented us from being able to use it.

Overall the experience was good & we would stay here again. The cabin was relatively clean. There were a few items broken during my initial inspection & notified the host. There was a mix up in the communication when we were given the address. We were sent to the wrong cabin, but it was corrected within 15 mins & we were on our way. The cabin is close to a lot of attractions but it’s also close to a dump or landfill. The smell at times outside is very unpleasant, but overall a great experience and would recommend to large groups.

The cabin was amazing and met our every need. We will def reserve it next year. The host was so easy to correspond with and we felt right at home. Definitely a 5 Star Cabin.

Everyone in our group of 14 was perfectly comfortable. The beds and the rooms were great for the large group. The house is very well maintained and the back deck has views for miles. This is a great place to make memories with the family. The location is ideal for all that the area has to offer. It's just a few minutes from everything. We had one minor maintenance issue that i reported around 9 am and they managed to have someone there by noon to take care of it.

Our group stayed in this terrific, spacious house for 4 nights. It's a terrific place with lots of amenities and really good location for getting around to Dollywood and the entertainment strip. Only small ding is that occasionally you could smell a bit of the nearby (maybe half a mile away) compost / trash disposal complex. Not a big deal, but it was perceptible at times outside.

The cabin was 'almost' true to the pictures. The property was aged, but well kept. Apparently, the cleaners do not clean the porch outside as their was pooped piled up behind of the chairs. It looked like it was swept there and left there. Also, the chairs and tables outside were very dirty. We cleaned them ourselves and found mounds of dirt on each. Also the fireplace to the master suite was not working. You can actually see directly into the bedroom from the living room because it was a two sided fireplace. For privacy, we had to cover the fireplace with pillows. Also, one of the bathroom sinks on the ground floor remained clogged. Aside from the above, the cabin was cozy and definitely served the purpose. In addition, the host was very attention and responsive to emails. I would definitely consider staying here again. I would only recommend that the cleaners pay more attention to detail during cleaning (i.e window seals, etc) as old dead bugs were on them.

My family and I really enjoyed the cabin and all that Pigeon Forge had to offer to the point that we didn’t even want to leave. Plenty of entertainment in the cabin that we had a day or 2 when we never even left the cabin. Super close to the strip with plenary of restaurants, stores, and entertainment as well. We can’t wait for our next family trip back to Pigeon Forge and we will definitely check to see if this amazing cabin is available before we look anywhere else! Great location, very central to Pigeon Forge and only 20 minutes from the Gatlinburg strip in low traffic times. Property management has been easy to work with and always responded to my questions very quickly. Overall a wonderful experience; would absolutely book again!

Okay, but would not stay here again. Pricey in our opinion for what you get, but maybe we aren’t familiar enough with value for dollar in this area. The good: View is amazing. Porch is nice to sit on and enjoy the view Layout is nice. Game room is a fun touch even though we didn’t really use it. Living room is nice. Great for a large group of people who really don’t care about the condition of some things. The bad: Needs updating! The pictures on line are not representative of what the house and furniture look like now. Kitchen faucet is almost impossible to turn off. Chinese torture. Bring propane if you want to grill. Grill is poor quality and was very dirty. Pots/pans, etc are awful. Kitchen table and chairs are awful…seats are way too low for table. Very uncomfortable to dine. TV in LR uncomfortable to watch at that height. Wires for tv in master bedroom hanging in front of fireplace. Bring everything you need for cooking…spices etc. There was no salt… Front step needs repair…could be dangerous? Number of little things that need maintenance and repair and updating. The ugly: The smell from the local waste dump pervades the home at times.

Close to town beautiful home and the host was accommodating and prompt to answer any of our concerns we definitely will be back ❤️

Really nice property - attentive property managers managers, great location to lots of local spots. The property is in great condition, all the amenities were awesome, lots of fun playing ski ball, billiards, and the hot tub. Did some hiking, white water rafting, and when to some local amusement parks. Really fun trip not a far ride from really anything, this city and property would be great for families - especially if you are looking to visit Dollywood. We went with a bunch of adults and had an absolute blast.

The kids were entertained with the games downstairs, allowing the adults to relax and enjoy the beauty of the cabin. The layout of the bedrooms was perfect allowing the small kids to sleep in the parents’ rooms on the futons, the teens had privacy in the basement rooms. It’s almost as if the cabin were designed with extended family gatherings. We were close to several grocery stores and touristy entertainment but only a (beautiful) drive to serene hiking swimming rafting etc.

We had a great great time staying here. Just enough off the "path" to be quiet and give you that relaxing feeling. We saw the fireworks and light show from Dollywood from the far front corner of the deck. That was fun. Had to contact the maintenance team and they were very responsive. THANK YOU for a great stay

It was an amazing vacation and the home and views are perfect!

We had issue attempting to start logs and the hot tub but the owner was quick to respond and sent someone to get the fireplace working and the hot tub working. The house was absolutely beautiful.
