Great place to stay!

We had a great time at this condo! We brought our daughters and their families. The condo was spacious and the view was beautiful! The only improvements I’d recommend is having the oven checked out as it didn’t bake food as quickly or evenly as expected. Also, my daughter is disabled and it was hard getting her out onto the balcony in her wheelchair due to the height of the transition on the sliding door. But even with that, I would definitely rent this condo again!

Great place to stay!

This was a great location, clean property and plenty of room for our family and both sets of grandparents who travelled with us. It was a great location with the pools, lazy river and slide and getting to and from the beach was only 1-2 minutes from our rooms which was amazing Only negative remark I would have one of the bar stools and bedroom sitting bench were broken, but other than those very minor things the condo and property were awesome.

We were very pleased with the condo. It was very spacious and the grounds were great.

Loved the amount of space, views, activities and access to pool, lazy river and beach! My kiddos had a great time as did my in-laws!

Process was easy

We are a Family if 12 so finding a place right on the sand was tough but we found this amazing place that had private bathrooms and balcony’s for every bedroom. Doesn’t get any better than that. Kids loved the lazy river and the slide!! Check out was a little early at 10am but we were ok with it. Couple of us got up early before we had to leave and went out to beach and when we came back the code to door wouldn’t work so we had to bang on door and wake up our family members who were sleeping to open the door. Door code should work all the way until maybe 1 hour past checkout because sometimes people forget something. Overall great experience!!!! Thank You! Will be Back!!!

The condo was beautiful. Everything we needed was there. Staff was very kind. We went in early May 2022. Things were not crowded. The pool and lazy River were amazing. The beach was beautiful and so peaceful at night. Very convenient to Walmart and Publix. I would definitely stay again.

The complex was fine. The condo needs visual improvements. The repairs on the drywall in a lot of areas have not been painted. To be honest it looks like crap. For the price I paid for this condo, we expect a fresh looking condo and not something that is experienced at a Motel 6. Also, there were (2) TV's that were not working. There were 2 lamps in 2 bedrooms that did not work (lightbulbs?). Dissappointed

Great location. Four bedroom corner unit had a great balcony space with plenty of seating. Having a WALK THROUGH kitchen was also lovely when trying to prepare meals with three families. Elevator wait times weren't bad in October. This unit could use a re-fresh; especially the pull- out couches, they've been well loved. We've been doing this for 8 years and this is the first time my husband has walked around taking pictures upon arrival so we wouldn't be held responsible for things... Gouged walls, ripped sliding door screens, broken drawer in fridge, wonky pull out couch. We didn't notice the broken blender until we pulled it out on our last night to make frozen drinks for kids. And yes, previous reviews about the floors are true.

The condo was very spacious with a beautiful view from every room! There were only 3 barstools at the counter but we loved the open kitchen floor plan and the ability to walk through. The bedding has been updated since these photos and most rooms (except master) had clean white hotel style bedding which felt fresh and looked better than the photos. The pool, lazy River, and slide were all huge hits for our group of boys. We had my family and my sister’s family with boys ranging from 10-15 years old. I even enjoyed the slide! It is much faster than it looks and the best time to go is first thing in the morning when nobody is on it. Grocery stores are very close by and loading and unloading is very easy with these oversized shopping carts on almost every flood at the elevators. It is much easier than the traditional hotel carts when trying to get all luggage, groceries, and beach supplies into the condo. The ice maker in the room was super convenient and the trash shoot on every floor was convenient as well. Awesome trip and great condo - it is a little warmer down and needs updated furniture but still was clean and made for a great Labor Day weekend with family.

Rented the condo for the family to stay. Everyone enjoyed being together and loved the spacious condo. Had great fun on the beach, in the pool, and in the lazy river.
