This is our 4th year in a row staying here. Many fond family memories made. We’ll be back!

This is our second time staying at this wonderful house. The location is prefect. We love the lay out of the house for our guest. The outside is so nice and view is gorgeous. We really enjoyed the dock as we rented a boat and had water toys. Great place to stay!!

This property is beautiful! Sits right on the lake! Stunning views! Property managers are very responsive! Had an issue on the weekend of July 4th and they rushed over from their hike! Took less than a few hours to solve our problem! Would highly recommend this property!

Unbelievable vacation! Everything about the home was as advertised - location, view, amenities, lake access and service - was incredible. Nancy provided extremely fast responses to my questions prior to arrival and was extremely helpful in my planning process. My family and I will stay here again - we didn’t want to leave! As other have said, the pictures really don’t do this house justice. The house is great- beautiful, high quality finishes and very spacious. Great care has been taken with amenities - hot tub, tons of games, fully stocked kitchen with all the appliances and tools you could imagine. The hosts are wonderful and were extremely responsive and helpful, willing to go above and beyond to put their guests at ease. But most of all- THE VIEW! Having the stunning lake view and the private dock to stroll down was the highlight of the experience. I have very high standards and this house exceeded them. I really can’t wait to return for another relaxing stay. (One little heads up was we were expecting there to be soap for the shower and olive oil/salt type of basics in the kitchen and there weren’t, so we had to go out and buy. Not a big deal, especially since there is a Safeway ~5 min away, but just an FYI to bring your own if you do stay!)

Hard to imagine Tahoe has yet better to offer than this truly special home. Superbly built, tastefully decorated, in the best location possible, with the most amazing views, managed by the most responsive host. Thanks to the owners for sharing this amazing place. Looking forward to returning in a heart beat.

This property is great! You have a dock, lots of room for everyone to enjoy the beautiful view outside. We love to sit at the little four person table by the lake. The hot tub has a great view of the lake and is close to where everyone sits. The house is very modern. It is a very comfortable place to stay.

The level of perfection that this property is kept at and everything that it has to offer made for a perfect family trip for our family of eight. This was our second time here and we cannot wait to come back.

We love this place! It was our second time back with plans to return again. Soooo much fun. The place has everything. Book it before we do again and again and again. Utilized the dock and the boat slips. Crawdad and fished off the dock. Sunsets are spectacular. BBQ-ed. Star gazed and saw shooting a shooting star. Great vacation.

Thank you for a wonderful stay. The home is clean, well maintained, and had everything we needed with plenty of space for our family. The location provides a beautiful lake view with a large table for outdoor dining and a grassy area to sit out in the sun. We loved watching the sunsets and seeing the stars at night! The host went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and was very helpful throughout our stay. This is a wonderful place to stay and we look forward to coming back again in the future!

This house is perfect for a family stay... especially if you’re bringing a boat!

We have been coming to Tahoe for 21 years and this was our families favorite rental. The home is beautiful and modern. The views from this property are amazing. We really enjoyed the deck and the dock. The dock was great for reading, catching some sun, swimming and the occasional cannonball. We liked being on a frontage road. It made it more private. Our favorite spot was the table by the lake.. You couldn't go to a restaurant and ask for a better view! We hope we have many more visits to this lovely home. Nancy and Sheryl from Iowa..

We absolutely love this property so much we had to come back a second time. And we can’t wait to return again with more family! It is ideally located, with an impeccable view of the lake. The house layout is perfect, 2 guest bedrooms downstairs with 2 baths and 2 bedrooms upstairs with ensuites. The back deck with hot tub is the perfect spot to sip a glass of wine or mimosa and soak in every bit of that Lake Tahoe goodness. My only minor complaint is that there was construction happening next door, and they were a bit loud (as all construction sites are!) during the day. It made it hard to lounge in the hammock and have a nap outdoors, but hopefully it’ll be finished soon! But please don’t let that deter you from booking! This place makes up for it in every other way possible!

House is amazing! Caretakers are very responsive. Everything you need is at the house. It was perfect for our family of 6!

We had an amazing time at this fabulous lake front home. The view to the lake is awesome. We loved going out to sit near the pier every evening with a glass of wine. And the hot tub was a great place to start our day. The house was clean, well appointed, and well stocked (paper towels, plates, etc) for our one week stay. Lots of room to play family games at the dining room table. Great kitchen to cook in! And wonderful views to boot. Can't beat it!

We just stayed here - a couple friends plus 5 teenage girls and this place was wonderful. The house is UNBELIEVABLE and both Nancy and her husband are wonderfully responsive and super helpful. The lake view is absolutely hypnotizing and the house itself is perfect. We had a large group and everyone was super comfortable. We cooked every night in an unbelievably well appointed kitchen, played games, enjoyed the hot tub, soaked up the sun during the day, explored surrounding towns, and overall had an amazing time. THANK YOU for sharing this beautiful place!!

House was immaculate and well appointed. High end appliances. Tremendous views. Super comfy beds. Pretty much everything was well thought out and designed. Even the flatware was high end. Kitchen was stocked with various oils and spices (nice touch). Jacuzzi work well (proved very popular even though it was 30-40 degrees with light flakes -- in June!) I can't think of anything negative (except maybe for the cost). But, you get what you pay for. Owners were responsive (and, just as important, unobtrusive).

Stayed during Memorial Day weekend 2017. Home was fantastic-excellent in every way. 4 bedrooms with a master suite allowing one to shower with a great view of the lake, surrounding mountains, and the snow capped peaks. A second smaller master has a bathroom/shower also. What was very nice was the large dining room table seating 10, as well an outside deck table also with seating for 10. We have never stayed at a VRBO that was stocked with ALL the accessories needed to be at "home away from home". Will stay again. Views fantastic, pier awesome if you own a boat. Bill

As beautiful as the photos were, we were still in awe of the property when we stayed there. The kitchen is also stocked with every food preparation device possible. We will definitely come back.

A group of us rented the house for a weekend, the property is right on the lake, amazing views both day and night. The House is super clean and well organized. All amenities are very easy to use. Plenty of towels, sheets, and blankets available too if you have extra guests.

This house if gorgeous, with everything you need to be comfortable, a fully equipped kitchen and very comfortable rooms. Plenty of space for all of us to be on our own but also enjoy meals, movies, games and the lake together. The views of the lake are amazing. Nancy and Ruben were so welcoming and helpful during our trip.
