This was a wonderful 2 condo’s for our group of 4 couples. The bayside is quieter/more relaxing. We had fun playing volleyball on Saturday and paddleboarding in the bay. But we walked to the oceanside (2-3 min) for swimming. Overall very nice, great views, clean, and comfortable with large common area

The condos are beautiful and perfect for a family gathering. Our family members were very impressed with the accommodations and thoroughly enjoyed their stay. We had a personal chef come to prepare a special dinner for us and the kitchen had all the pans and utensils she needed to create a fantastic meal. Plus, we were able to watch the food preparation from the bar, which made it all the more special. Would love to do another staycation there again.

We all loved the property and the location! Close to everything, yet very relaxing. Accommodated our party of 11 very well.

We loved the location, as we had a small child and 2 infants. We could walk right onto the beach on the bay, and a very short walk to Mission Beach. The furnishings were clean and very comfortable. Kitchen was well set up to make meals . Lots of space, as we were 4 couples, plus the children. We made beautiful memories!

Such a wonderful spot for a family vacation with large, spacious living spaces and rooms. Everything we needed was here and the property manager was very responsive with any problems encountered.

Both units were perfect for our group of 8 adults & 6 kids. The best was enjoying the sunrises over the bay. Downstairs is a great gathering area as it has a huge living room and glass doors that open to the patio & bay. Each home was spotless, bright, sunny and spacious. We had smaller suv's so parking wasn't an issue. I wish we could have stayed longer, thank you!!!

We had a great time as an extended family (19 of us) combining the two properties. We would come again!

Prompt communication with the vacation rental company. The facility was as advertised. We rented a home that was split into 2 separate townhome units. Comfortably hosting 3 families. The units had everything that a well-equipped home had to offer: laundry, multiple bathrooms, cable TV in multiple rooms, beach stuff (chairs, boogie boards, plastic sand toys, towels) each unit had a grill and multiple decks. The downstairs unit had very large floor to ceiling windows that was great for viewing the water. We ended up using the bottom level patio for people watching and bbq’ing. Everything was walking distance or you can rent electric scooters, bikes. Rental places for surfboards + wet suits walking distance. It’s on the Bay but also a short walk to the ocean. This area is pretty calm. Will definitely look for this place again on our next trip to San Diego!

We enjoyed our stay...loved the location, lots of kitchenware, spacious, plenty of bathrooms (this was high on our list!), cleanliness, and more than enough beach toys...the only negative for us was the difficult parking but there was a nearby parking lot. A perfect place for larger groups.

We would stay again! The units comfortably fit 18 of us, were very clean, and the downstairs patio was perfect for all of us to gather. Great communication with the management and wonderful recommendations (including special discounts!) for nearby family activities and places to eat.

We loved the closeness to the bay and the shops. We would stay here again.

We’ve been coming to Mission Beach about the past 5 years & normally stay on the Ocean. We were ready for a change this year & so glad we stayed on the Bay, we loved it! It was nice & calm & peaceful, SurfStyle management had super friendly staff, the places were very spacious & more than fit our families totaling 15 guests, the units were well maintained & nicely stocked with all the essentials. Thanks so much for the wonderful accommodations!
