We will enjoyed staying at this lovely home. It was a great home base for us to explore Plymouth, Boston and Cape Cod. We arrived late, but the owner was up to greet us and make sure we got in.

For us the most important piece was that the beach was in walking distance! We were able to head back for lunch and leave our stuff since it’s a private beach that doesn’t get crowded! This house is located in a neighborhood and feels like that. The hosts were great showed us around when we arrived. The 2 bedroom was perfect for us. They have an outdoor shower and a gas fire pit we could use at night. The hosts stay onsite and there is a basement unit that is also for rent, so you share the house but each has its own entrance and it worked out great. Beach has a low tide that you can walk forever and the water is vey calm for smaller kids.

Our welcome was somebody yelling out the window “we’re not ready yet” after driving from SC we were 10 minutes early. We understood that it was owner occupied which they were above us but there was also residences below us and across from us. I felt we had not privacy and it was noisy. The furniture in the bedrooms have changed sine the photos were taken. The bedroom with the full size bed had an additional full size couch and massive dresser which some of the draws were taped shut. There was no place to leave the luggage open and it was difficult to walk around in the room. Both bedrooms had luggage rack but there wasn’t space in the room to use them. The 2nd bedroom had a queen bed with a massive footboard that was a hindrance to your shins. The bed was way too big for the room leaving no space for luggage. This bedroom did not have an air conditioning. We were told the other bedrooms air conditioning unit would serve both bedrooms but this can’t happen when you close the bedroom doors since it is a split a/c unit. In the living area we were constantly shifting, relocating and moving all the decorative items that had no use. There is an oversized cabinet in the kitchen that was zip tied closed. An air mattress is listed as an added sleeping bed but it’s a queen size and there is now clear space to even try and use it Anything in the kitchen was old and dated including a spatula held together with tape. There were not smoke detectors in our living quarters.

We spent some relaxing days here after a 2-week round-trip through the north east with the family. It was the perfect place for a rest prior to setting back home in Germany: Nicely kept appartment, beautiful garden, steps away from the beach, good starting point for Cape Cod day trips....and fantastic hospitality. We had a great time, Thank You!

The two bedroom apartment was very clean and had everything that we needed for a beautiful stay. I wish the one bedroom had an AC unit as it got a little bit hotter in there, but overall it was absolutely lovely. The host provided everything and anything we could’ve wanted. Towels, beach, supplies, and even a bottle of wine!

Rental property was in a great location, close to the beach, and short drive to the Cape and Plymouth Center. The hosts were friendly and great to work with. We loved the fact that they had beach toys for the kids and chairs for the adults to relax, and only a short walk to the beach.

Wife and I really felt comfortable in this extremely well appointed VBRO. Hosts were very helpful in getting us settled for our four night stay in early June. Short drive to a must visit to Plymouth Pawtucket Museum, Mayflower II, and Grist Mill as well as Sandwich Glass Museum. Lovely walk near beach and Piping Plover habitat. We highly recommend this!!!

We really loved staying at the Seaside Villas for our 3 night stay while attending a family wedding in Plymouth. We rented both the Private Seaside Villa Two Bedroom Apartment and the Serene Seaside Villa Garden Apartment. Each unit was exactly as described and pictured. It was a very comfortable stay! Shane was very informative and communicated with us throughout the process and Bonnie greeted us upon arrival. She was lovely! Each apartment had a chilled bottle of wine for us to enjoy. The private backyard is beautiful with many flowering plants and offers everything you need to relax and enjoy your stay. You can sit around the fire pit, cook on the grill and eat out on the patio table. There is an outdoor shower to use too! The private beach was just a short 3 minute walk away. They provided beach chairs and towels to take with you. The beach was very secluded while only a few people at a time there. This property is only a few minutes drive to a pharmacy, grocery store, restaurants (we enjoyed the Blueberry Muffin restaurant for breakfast), gas station, and Dunkin Donuts to name just a few. It's only a short 20 minute drive to the Plymouth waterfront and a short distance from the Sagamore Bridge to Cape Cod. We would recommend this perfect getaway location for you to enjoy!
