The property was nice, space was very good, but a few things that could be addressed. There never seemed to be enough hot water. With a capacity of eight guests, after a day at the beach, showers took a very long time as we had to wait for hot water to regenerate. Bathroom towels, for some reason, seemed to be at a minimum. More towels would be nice. The master bed upstairs seemed to have a nature slant to the middle, missing a middle support or something. Nothing can be done about this one, but parking two vehicles was miserable, trying to find a space close to the unit each evening. Pool area was nice. Pool towels needed to be replaced. Overall, the space was nice, just needed attention to a few additional details. Probably wouldn't stay here again if only because of the parking situation.

Our recent stay at the Sherry's property in Hawaii was an absolute delight, leaving us with nothing but positive memories. Our family of 4 enjoyed this villa thanks to the close proximity to beaches, shops, the Marriott’s luau and A-Bay and Lava Lava! Our boys were entertained for hours by the pool table. Beds were comfy. Well stocked kitchen.

We had two families including 4 kids ranging in age from 1 to 14. This place was perfect for our group. The garage was stocked with plenty of beach chairs, sand toys, and umbrellas. The Hilton pass was also a plus. The older guys really enjoyed playing pool and watching tv on the huge tv in the living room. Some of the tile could use some TLC and carpeting is always tough to keep clean with families and beach time. The location is top notch. We loved walking right across the street to the Queens Market. Thank you for the awesome stay.

Wow! This stay was more than amazing! Super clean, spacious, organized, easy to get in, secured, beautiful views even just outside the sliding door. The pool there was pretty nice and relaxing. I love how this stay came with the Hilton pool pass, we deff took advantage and i love that it was such a close drive away. We loved that every room had a tv as well. Made it fun for the kiddos. We also loved that we had access to all the beach equipment that was needed to spend the day at the beach without having to go out and purchase anything. Thank you for the fast communication as well. Accidentally lost the email with our information to get in but they called back in seconds and provided all the information. I would stay here again in a heart beat!

We absolutely loved our stay! The location can’t be beat within the Waikoloa Resort area. Close to shops, restaurants, and beach. Being right next to the property pool was especially fun for the kids. The property has everything you need from pool/beach toys to the wagon which we used a lot. Games, books, tvs in every room and pack/play high chair/booster for little ones. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies and tools. Overall, I would highly recommend staying here!

Our family enjoyed our stay at the Waikoloa Beach Villas Condo. Our condo’s location to all that is available on the Big Island was perfect. Close to the activities, shopping was within walking distance, easy access to all resort activities, resturants and the highway to be able to see all the sites on the Big Island of Hawaii. The location was key to us enjoying the area of Waikoloa. Quiet area at the front of the resort with the ability to walk to shopping and restaurants with great Wifi, TV’s and a pool table which the kids enjoyed. Location, location, location made for an enjoyable and satisfying stay.

Our kids love the pool table and everything about the place. The location is perfect, 10 min walk to the king and Queens market, and 15 min to Hapuna beach.

Very nice and quiet property - near one of the beautiful pools. Great location and comfy for the six of us!

Perfect accommodations for a family vacation

This was our first ever stay in a Vrbo, so it's hard to compare it to any other place. This was our 3rd time on the Big Island. To start, the homeowners, Lars and Sherry were very responsive throughout the process. Check in was very easy, as the cleaning service was just leaving as we arrived. The property is beautiful, inside and out and conveniently located across the street from the Queens Marketplace, where you can find just about anything you'll need on vacation, including a Starbucks. We had one minor issue with the air conditioning, as it was programmed to be a bit warmer then we prefer, but it was quickly remedied by contacting the property manager, who seems to be able to control the thermostat off-site. The townhouse comes with access to the pools and property at the Hilton Waikoloa Village, (1 mile away) which we used quite a bit. The pool at the residence is beautiful and quiet. If you're planning on using the fitness facility at the Hilton, they charge an extra fee of $20/day. I'd highly recommend Fitness Forever in Waikoloa instead, for the same fee. My wife and I stayed in the master bedroom, with a king-size bed. The mattress felt pretty worn, and should probably be replaced. There is a washer/dryer on the second floor, which made it easy to pack light. There is a pool table on the first floor, which got some use. It could use a little more room though, making some shots more difficult than they needed to be. All in all, a fantastic stay!

This property is conveniently located near shopping, restaurants, and grocery store. Perfect location for family fun and comfort. The home itself was lovely and equipped with everything needed for cooking, laundry, towels, etc. We loved every moment in this comfortable home. Mahalo!

This property was the perfect location for a weeks stay on the Big Island of Hawaii. It was convenient to beaches and other adventures on the island. The accommodations and amenities were just as described and I would highly recommend renting this town home.

Two families, with five people, stayed here. There was plenty of space. The place was clean and comfortable. The Hilton Pool pass was a nice addition. One of the teens needed to sleep on the pull out and he said it was comfortable. The bed in the master bedroom needs to be replaced; it was a bit saggy in places.

This was the perfect location for us. Being in a house where older teens could sprawl out was much better than a hotel stay, but with all the perks of being able to use the Hilton pools. I do wish the property pool would have been open later than 9pm but otherwise perfect.

We loved everything about our stay. Perfect location, plenty of space for everyone in our group.

Loved everything about this property! The Hilton pool passes, shopping, restaurants (especially the island gourmet grocery store’s prepared sushi and poke bowels and the açaí bowels and coffee at island vintage coffee- we went to both of these establishments daily during our stay. The house was very clean and in an excellent location to many local sites. My adult children and Hubby also give it a 5 star rating!

We had a perfect week with family. Several family members rented in this complex for a remembrance of a family member who died last year. We chose the perfect place to gather. We stayed within walking distance to beaches, hikes, and great restaurants.

We had a great time staying at the Waikoloa Beach Villas. Our kids really enjoyed the pool here at the complex and the convenience of being located within walking distance of the beach and King/Queens shops was fantastic. Sherry was great to deal with and very prompt with responses to any questions we had throughout the reservation.

The property was as advertised. Clean, comfortable, well stocked. Location is close to shops and higher end hotels on this part of the Big Island.

The home was perfect for a group of 7. There was everything you needed and very nice facility. Do not hesitate to rent this home!

My family and I had a great stay at Waikaloa beach villas. The host was very communicative, the unit was stocked with everything we needed, and the location was great. It was located right across the street from the Queen's Marketplace. The Hilton Waikaloa pass was also a great perk.

Wow, what a place! It felt like staying at a hotel with all the convenience and comfort of home. There was plenty of space in the condo for all of our family to sit together or take some time out for privacy. It's decorated beautifully as well and is stocked with lots of little things to make your stay on the island super easy. The location is wonderful too. The Waikoloa Beach Villas complex is beautiful and the condo is situated directly opposite to one of the shared pools and hot tub. My parents loved waking up for 8am and walking across the lanai for a morning swim. Thank you for letting us stay at your beautiful place, it's given us memories we'll treasure.

We had a wonderful stay here. The condo has a great location and the pass to go to the Hilton was really fun too. We loved being able to put the kids to bed and then play pool, games and just enjoy the condo

These accommodations was just what we were looking for! Pictures seen was exactly what we got and we were comfortable accommodated all of us. Accommodations were accessible to everything we needed, not feeling like we needed to even have to leave we could just enjoy. However groceries did seem cheaper in neighbouring village not far like a 15 min drive which I feel would be worth it cost wise. Everything you needed for the beach was there. Great location and home.

Everything went really smooth. Checking in checking out load it with extra stuff really really enjoyed our stay would definitely come back and try to use this unit. Thank you three senior couples.

The property is awesome, in a nice gated neighborhood with a pool a few steps away. The house was plenty big with enough room for our group of 7. On site there were beach chairs, snorkels, along with coolers and other water and beach toys. The Hilton pool pass is a huge bonus as well and we spent alot of our time there. The only minor downsides of this property were the AC being limited to 74*. If you run hot or come from somewhere cooler this may affect your comfort level while inside. The washer is also extremely loud, which we found out our first night after our daughter went to bed. Other than those things the property was perfect for our group. We would not hesitate coming back for another vacation.

This is a wonderful property. It is as described on the website and met or exceeded all of our expectations. The location directly across from Queen's Market makes it very convenient. Additionally, having ready access to the saddle road makes getting to Hilo and the volcanoes much easier. Having the Hilton pool pass was a huge plus. The pools and lagoon at the Hilton are a must visit. The unit is very well equipped with everything we needed for a family of 7. The pool table was used regularly and a big hit with everyone. I would gladly return for a future visit.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and well-equipped for our stay. We had 6 people total. The walk on the beach between the Marriott and Hilton was amazing! And having the Hilton pool pass made for a fun afternoon at that pool. We were happy to have the beach chairs and towels. Great stay!

Sorry it’s taken so long to write this review! Life has been busy. We had an amazing stay here! Anything and everything we needed was included. It was myself, my husband, 2 boys and both of our mothers. The grandmas essentially had their own rooms and bathrooms! The place was bigger than I imagined. While our sons are 11 and 13 there was a closet that was full of all little baby/kid things. such as baby gates, high chairs, etc.. I thought that was a nice touch for families. My boys personally loved the pool table! The garage was packed full of all fun beach toys, shoes, chairs, etc… it was nice to have a garage to park in too! The pool had just been redone so we had a brand new pool right out of our back door!! We used the Hilton passes for a few days too! The bbq was great, short walking distance to all the shops. Queens market was awesome for dinners and icecream 😊 the owner’s recommendations were right on. I think we did most of them! We had one hiccup of our code not working to get in the door and we were answered right away which was perfect. They let us do an early check in too. Overall, all positives, you’ll love this place!
