Very happy with our stay and with this property!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the second time in three years we have rented this location for family vacation. WE WILL NOT RENT IT AGAIN. House is in a great location, but we had roaches on the porch and then drain fly’s. A exterminator (who was very nice) was sent out and sprayed for the roaches which meant we just spent the next 3 days sweeping up dead roaches. That is better than them crawling on us as we sat on the porch at night, which happened the first two nights. He also sprayed drain fly's as he called them. Those are little black fly's that were all in the master bathroom shower. They left the shower and were all on the walls and towels and sink area. It got worse as we were leaving. Feel sorry for the next people who stay at house. There is also mold all over the master bathroom ceiling. The other problem was the bedroom downstairs with the bunk beds could not be used as was too hot and could not get it to cool down. So, the bedroom and bathroom went unused. As I said we stayed at this house two years ago and had no issues. House needs some attention. Den furniture looks like something from a thrift store as nothing matches.

House great! Wonderful dining & seating area on porch for family meals. Beautiful deck area. Blessed great weather, crystal clear water. Son said surfing good!! Everything we needed in kitchen for big meal prep! Only thing I brought was tortilla press for making fish tacos!! Trip to Joe Patti fish market always a must do😁😁

The house is nice, bedrooms are set up a little wonky. Unfortunately, the weather was unusually cold this December when we visited. The fireplace did not light, the furnace didn't get warmer than 64 degrees, the two bedroom on the side of the kitchen on the main floor had no heat at all and we could see our breath at night. There were extra blankets in the closet and one space heater for the entire house so we put it in the room where the kids were. We spent two days with coats on in the house. Because it was Christmas we didn't see it as an "emergency" to contact the property management company. We didn't want to take them away from their families. I left a note with the keys when we dropped them off. Hopefully they have the furnace serviced and supply more space heaters for the future renters. The view is beautiful and the house has all the kitchen items you can prossibly need. No other complaints.

There is an interior stairway from the parking area under the house which was nice when it was raining. Access to the beach was an easy walk. Great views from the back balcony. Would not hesitate to stay there the next time we are in town. The only downfall to the house was it had roaches, not bad but we did see at least one every day.

The staff were professional and friendly and the home had some very nice upgrades done since we originally viewed it. We held our wedding with 45 guests here and could not have asked for anything more for our special day!!!! AMAZING!

The open floor plan allowed my large family to gather together while preparing meals so nobody missed a thing. The house is beautifully furnished including two large dining tables that seated 10. It's location directly on the beach was perfect. My only suggestion is to include a rocking chair for rocking the babies.

The weekend was perfect! 65 of our closest friends and family joined us. 13 people stayed in the house for 3 nights with us. The house is very spacious. We all had privacy while being able to gather together for dinner at the huge table or on the back porch. The house was well maintained and featured countless pots, pans, utensils, bedding options, and more. It was much better stocked than any condo we've ever rented. We hosted the entire wedding underneath the house. There was plenty of room, lots of electrical and water options, and beautiful views! An absolutely perfect venue for rain or shine. We had 7 different couples staying with us and we all had a wonderful time! We would definitely recommend this home for a vacation or special event. We were even able to have our dog join us for the festivities as the home is pet friendly. You would never know though. The house was imaculate and show no signs of wear and tear.We rented through paradise beach homes and will use them for our next trip to pensacola. The hospitality we received from the time we first scouted homes to the checkout was unbelievable. Their staff truly cares and anticipates your needs. We even received a beach bags full of goodies and a special wedding gift at check in. I cannot rave enough about the PBH service. They were simply wonderful! Overall, we had an amazing experience!
