Various family members came from near (Central Coast) and far (Sydney, Port Macquarie.) We are repeat visitors to Wallarah in Pearl Beach because it suits us so well - bedding, indoor and outdoor dining, well equiped kitchen, proximity to lovely walks and beach with rock pool.

This property was fabulous - comfortable, clean, and beautifully designed for a winter or summer escape. The kitchen was well- stocked with cutlery, crockery, utensils and pots/pans which made it very easy to cater for our large group. The communication to book, stay and check out was excellent.

What a stunning property! Wallara is so beautifully designed and equipped with everything you could need for a perfect stay. The gardens are gorgeous and eating dinner under the fairy lights makes it all the more special. Such a relaxing space and blissful holiday. Can't wait to come back.

Had a lovely relaxing stay for girls weekend away. Fantastic location only short walk to shop, cafes and beach. Home is very comfortable, kitchen very well equipped, lots of games for kids. Only negative no fly screens on the windows.

This is a perfect Spring weather house. The architecture is most interesting with the main house and a separate studio. There were 4 separate spaces for 4 families and a good efficient working kitchen with a large family sized fridge, long dinning table and a number of separate sitting areas for 4 children and 8 adults. We especially enjoyed the outside private garden space with the rustic table and seating for 12 and a fire pit for after dinner conversation. The grounds are beautifully manicured and the black bamboo is a great backdrop which gives a perfect privacy boundary. The beach is a minute’s walk away and Umina only a 10 minute drive for grocery shopping. A wonderful place to share with family .

Fabulous location , well appointed and well stocked . House is simply gorgeous , comfy beds and beautiful gardens . Fireplace made it so cosy for our winter stay!! Would highly recommend it!

We all absolutely loved our stay.
The outdoor dining area and fire pit made our stay that little bit more special. We all enjoyed a lovely long lunch in the garden. The host was very accomodating right from the get go.

We had a wonderful weekend away at Wallara at Pearl Beach. Property was just like the photos, lots of space, kitchen and bathroms clean and well equipped. Great seperate spaces for couples and families, super close to cafe and beach. Outdoor area superb. Thanks for being a great host Dominique.

We loved our short break at Pearl Beach. The very short walk to the beach is so easy for small children. We loved the outdoors dining area and the open plan living. The house is very well-equipped - we had everything we needed.

Very comfortable indoor and outdoor relaxing areas . Kids had plenty of indoor and outdoor play areas . Double doors with one side fixed closed posed some access issues . Very comfortable bedding and pillows and great showers and bath .

We absolutely loved our time at the Pearl Beach house. The home itself is well laid out, and every feature is thoughtful and made our stay enjoyable. We loved being able to have long lunches around the large outdoor table. We also had excellent weather, and being able to walk just across to the beach was an added bonus.

This house is stunning and is in a fabulous location. Cafe is next door and the beach is across the road. Lovely quiet neighbourhood. Lots of beaches and National park surrounds to explore. The house was clean, comfortable and very well equipped. I would love to stay here again!

The configuration of the house worked well for us. The heating was very good.
House advertised as sleeping 12. We had 11 and I was charged $180 for extra person???

Special friends weekend in beautiful location
We had to reschedule twice due to lockdowns, but finally made it this time and it was a wonderful weekend. Beautiful house, very well equipped and in a perfect location near the beach. Clean and comfy beds and great bathrooms. Love it.

Fantastic family holiday
Wallara is very stylish but also very, very comfortable. The layout of the main house and the pavilion makes it a fantastic holiday home for two families with kids. And the proximity to the beach and shops is ideal.

Best at the beach
Once again, our summer holiday was complete with a wonderful week at this magnificent oasis at Pearl Beach. Close the boundary doors and you are transported thousands of miles away to a tropical haven.
The variety of spots to sit and read, listen to the chorus of kookaburras and enjoy a late afternoon G&T makes this a relaxing location.
The easy to use kitchen and BBQ means you can cook for the whole group and eat under the stars on the wonderful deck.
It's been our go-to-place for a number of years now and we'll be back.

After a long time without seeing our family we organised a get together at Pearl Beach. The venue was absolutely perfect for our group. So clean and spacious and very close to Pearl Beach amenities. Suitable for all ages 1 - 80 in our group 😁

After the floods
A super weekend with my extended family. The ocean was too polluted to swim in, the beach was covered in debris from the floods, but we did lots of walks, played games, ate and talked all weekend.Nothing can stop you having a great time.
