Beautiful home and location

Wonderful trip and everything we expected. The condo was magnificently clean. The view was astounding.. You can’t go wrong with this condo. If there was a petty complaint, it would be only two rolls of toilet paper. Again, the condo was perfect. Looking forward to coming back soon.

Had trouble with the access code,but a quick phone call,we got a code and entered the condo. We picked the perfect time to vacay. The building was virtually empty,very quiet,clean and omg,what a view. Didnt cook,never do but reheated left overs and pizza. Loved rodies and J.T.'s. Pool was supposed to be heated but was rather chilly. 5 minute walk tho,and the grill was good. Condo was clean,spacious,and a great sunrise view. 5 min.walk to the beach. Dogs had a blast. Coffee filters,and swifter pads was the only purchases we had to make. Only used the master but wehad a blast. We'll be back.

Cinnamon Beach is wonderful. We stay in the area a couple of times each year. Lots to do with kids. The Hammock Beach complex is also great. Our children love the pool and splash pad. Pool side grill is excellent. The condo was clean. Coordination with check in and out fairly smooth. Rental company was responsive. Only comment would be for owners to fix blinds in bedroom with twin beds. There is an odd cut out in the blinds that leave a section of the window open to the outside hallway. We put a towel over it, but it should be repaired. Also, dishwasher is not in good condition.

We loved this condo! We only used the king bedroom and it was very comfortable for us. We had everything we needed but spent most of our time on the balcony. The view was beautiful and we enjoyed the sunrise each morning. Very pet friendly area and we enjoyed walking on the beach with our pooch. The only thing to know is there is no-where to grill your own food so bring your own small grill for the beach!

Overall, we have nothing but great things to say about this rental and vacation week. It was such a great time that we even added an extra night. Having our dog with us made it even better. (You would never know the place was pet friendly, it was clean and well taken care of. Like us, most families appreciate and respect being able to bring their dog.) The previous reviews mention small complaints with the beds in the secondary rooms, the shower heads, and the dishwasher. All are still the same as mentioned in the previous reviews (the dishwasher especially is a little ridiculous, with no prongs the cups flip and fill with dirty water.) At this price point you do expect things like this to be addressed when brought to the owners attention. They have obviously just been ignored. The kid's twin beds were fine! The balcony is absolutely awesome and brightens the entire condo with the sunrise view! Crack the door and you hear the ocean 24/7!! We will be back. Thank you so much.

Our code to the door didn’t work when we got there. One call and they had us in our room enjoying our vacation!

Location was wonderful, check in was easy, unit was very clean, but the beds really need to be updated as many of the other reviewers have commented. My husband almost fell off the master bed when he laid down because it is so sunken in!! Also the comments about the dishwasher rack - a simple fix to buy a new tray. Positives - beach toys, chairs, etc were nice to have that we found in one of the closets. Dishes, Tupperware, everything else was great! Would have been a 5 star review with better beds.

Overall the condo was nice and clean. Appreciated being able to bring our dog. The beds, especially in the two secondary bedrooms, were not the most comfortable for adults. The queen bed, in particular, left something to be desired. The kitchen could use some better tools, knives, pans, etc.

The beach views are lovely here, and the balcony is very peaceful! There is covered parking for one car which is great. There are a few items in the unit that have aged or had corners cut, which I don't expect at this price point. Roughly half of the tines in the dishwasher have rusted off, the shower head in the master bathroom is the same model used in middle school boys' locker rooms, and the entry key pad is temperamental, often requiring multiple entries to lock or unlock. The queen mattress in the guest room was so flimsy that my son couldn't sleep on it. Overall, a really nice unit, but these issues should be addressed in order to continue successfully renting at this price point.

The condo had poor appliances. The dishwasher desperately needs replacing as does the clothes dryer. No extra towels, poor selection of dishes and poor mattresses.

We loved the condo location, right on the beach, gated community. However, the dishwasher’s prongs were rusted off, making it difficult to load. The dryer took extra long to dry, even though we cleaned the filter.

Had a great time. Has everything you need. The sunrises from the deck were spectacular!

I absolutely enjoyed this property and everything it had to offer--exactly like the pictures and clean and spacious! We enjoyed the patio on the beach since the weather was less than perfect during our stay. One thing to note was that VTrips was the registration service and was super inefficient. I signed the contract immediately upon them sending but I did not care for the threatening messages of cancelling our reservation after they had not called me nor emailed me in a proper amount of time. When we downloaded the app for check in, we had only then noticed it had gone to the app ONCE before. Again, no other communication. For this reason alone, I will not be going through VRBO again. It's too bad, I really enjoyed the property.

It had everything we needed!

Location is amazing. Perfect for our needs. The communications could use some streamlining. Too much!

The appliances were dated and barely working The carpet needs replaced with tile or something other than carpet. The full-size mattress needs replaced. My husbands back hurt so bad from sleeping on it. He had to sleep on the couch cushions on the floor. In the small bathroom on the shower curtain had mildew on it. On the positive side, the condo has a beautiful view, very large, plenty of dishes and essential cookware, and other than mildew on bathroom shower curtain the place was clean. The pool areas are amazing and the beach was beautiful and not crowded at all. We would definitely come back.

Was forced to rent a second unit - told we had too many people listed in our unit. Too many emails from different email addresses making it complicated. Once we arrived and checked in it was fine. No hot water the first morning— maintenance was super nice- discovered the washing machine and dryer wouldn’t work properly the day before we were to leave. Had to finish up laundry in our other unit. Dish washer left a film of soap on everything so we hand washed. Basically they need to update the appliances in this unit. The area was wonderful. Everyone that answers the phones are super nice! Miranda was the best!! All in all we would go back there!

We loved the condo, adult and kids pools and the ocean. Only complaint is so many emails and documents are sent and well hidden in emails and docs is a code for the door, a gate pass and a second gate pass that is absolutely necessary or pay $50 fee for first time access. Once I saw first gate pass, I didn’t expect a second gate pass and it is the critical one. Also, second gate pass was sent 2 days prior to arrival and was received after we had left home for FL.

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation here! The condo was comfortable and attractively furnished. We were not able to stay in the condo that we had originally booked, so we were offered other condos at no additional charge. We ended up staying in one with a fabulous view of the ocean. The kitchen was well-equipped, and there were ample supplies so that we didn't have to run to the store the first night. Plenty of towels were supplied. The condo was just down the street from the pools which are heated. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat!

Loved the location and the views. Only downfall is there is no early check in or late check out. Under no circumstances. And traveling with 6 kids you can tend to run late!! Added stress to the vacation.

Nice condo with beautiful ocean view. Furniture/appliances were just okay and the wireless reception (we have AT&T) was very bad. We had to go out to the patio to get decent reception. While we were there, FP&L turned off all power to the building for several hours. Seemed like this was planned well in advance but VRBO did not let us know when we booked (only 2-3 weeks before arrival). We also had to stay home 1 afternoon so VRBO could change the battery on the door lock. Should have been done before we arrived.

Very good. We did have a problem with refrigerator and dishwasher was repaired within 2 days. VRPros did not know when we called for directions that 843 Cinnamon Beach was in building 900.

It was very clean and comfortable, just steps to the beach, and friendly people who love dogs. Wonderful view of the ocean. It was a great place to stay while escaping winter weather in the north.

The size of the condo,the ammenities (pool, kids station, beach set up) were wonderful! The pots and pans need replenishing with nonstick stuff. I would rent this unit again. There was sand in the guest bath and a toilet ring in the master so it wasn't as clean as expected.
