We thoroughly ejoyed our stay! GREAT place to stay!

Was a great property to stay at, was well worth the price and well equipped with just about anything you would need. I enjoyed my stay and felt like being at home. I would recommend this property to anyone who is planning to be in the DeLand area. Restaurant's are close by and Daytona Beach is a short drive away. Very nice and clean place to rent. Also the host is very nice.

We had a great stay at this property. Very relaxing with our own private pool. Very centrally located and close to everything. Everything that you need in the house is there. Excellent communication from manager. Great two weeks!

This was one of my favorite VRBO stays. House is great, quiet neighborhood. The covered porch and screened in pool were the absolute best! Easy location to make day trips and there is so much to see! Even though it's late in the year to normally see manatees, we got to see one at Blue Springs State Park, which is a wonderful place to spend time. Kitchen had all the gadgets we needed for our stay. We so loved it there and are already thinking about our next trip back. Thank you to the owners for opening your home to guests. It was perfect!!!

All of us loved the house, the kids definitely loved the pool they couldn’t stay out of it. They had an Alexa set up with speaker throughout the house, including in the back breezeway by the pool which was pretty nice. Walmart 10 mins away for groceries, 30 mins from Daytona beach/Daytona track. I would definitely come back/recommend it to family and friends.

Great location and property. The pool and patio were the best part! We will definitely make plans for another stay! A great home away from home for us. The only thing I could request would be a little larger bed in the 2nd bedroom and the sofa bed mattress in the 3rd might need replacing. But overall, we had a wonderful stay.

My fiance and I wanted to visit the legendary Hotel Casadaga but getting a room there is impossible anywhere 3 months out so we decided to get a house seems how hotels and almost the same price. This place was 10 minutes away from the hotel. Reggie was awesome to deal with and the house was awesome. We felt at home in there and treated it as it was. (Swimming in the saltwater pool at 3 a.m. was amazing) Big hedges surrounded the whole back yard so no way any neighbors could even look in and see us in the pool. Perfect privacy. Perfect quite neighborhood as well. Definitely plan to come for another stay soon. I'm telling you, you won't be disappointed.

We had an amazing time with the Family visit. House was very well laid out & pleasantly decorated. The Pool/Lanai/Backyard was very nice. Only 1 slight problem, we found cockroaches. Told the owner & he said he would take care of that.

The owner & I did not agree on some aspects of this rental transaction. What we did agree on: The home is accurately depicted and quite comfortable. The master bedroom is spacious and the saltwater pool is great-no chlorine, yay! The owner also looked at a dirty bathroom (feces was on the OUTSIDE of the commode!) and he agreed it was unacceptable and would refund $100 of our fee. Unfortunately, due to other stress (below) he did not follow through with that agreement. What we did not agree on: The owner entered the home multiple times without any consideration for my schedule or my desire to be there when he entered because I had dogs with me. Reggie did email me one morning but I didn’t see it for several hours and when I responded, she indicated he was coming the next day, no time, not clear if he was inside or outside without ongoing prodding for more info. While I respectfully treated the home as if I were a guest; the reality is that I was not an invited guest but was a paying customer who rented the property. As such, I expected clear and concise communication about times the owner planned to enter the home-but he said he can't know because he's so busy and only has a small window of time that cannot be predicted. Further, given that the reason was related to the pool, I'm unclear why the home needed to be entered at all. He indicated that it was his house and if he was going to trust us to be in it, trust was both ways and we needed to trust him to be in there. The situation made me uncomfortable in general but was heightened by the fact that I had dogs in the house. He entered the home without my knowing it and my dogs were there. What if one of the dogs had escaped? The owner seemed to take offense at this suggestion, as if I was accusing him of being someone who would let a dog loose intentionally--which was not the case, just the risk that could happen when I'm not there--he wouldn't even know a name to call the dog. The whole situation just made me extremely uncomfortable and it made for a tense end of our stay. If you tend to agree with the owner's position and are flexible about others being in the home, if you don't mind a few dead bugs (they had sprayed for bugs the day we arrived so we just kept finding dead bugs) and are okay with some incomplete cleaning, you are going to enjoy this home! If you worry about someone coming into the home without warning or even agreement on time, you may want to check for other options.

We would do it again plus we have family in Deland and so relaxing and private better than staying in motels

Had a great time with family finally ! Since the pandemic it was nice to get back to some normal and this was a great place for it. Not far from stores or restaurants. Very clean and relaxing. Great communication with host! Thanks Reggie !

I’ve been coming to Deland for over 40 years, and this is my favorite place to stay! The pool and patio are so beautiful and the house is so comfortable and well stocked. Reggie is very responsive for any needs. Can’t wait for another visit!

This beautiful home was a great place for our family get away. It met all of our needs. We especially enjoyed the patio and pool area and it was a great place to relax. All the extra touches were very nice. It was a very convenient location to go to the beach a few times. Lots of cute shops in Deland. Thanks!!

In town for a junior golf event, and wanting to avoid hotels, we opted for this property in Deland. The property was as advertised, meaning the beds slept and the toilets flushed and it met all of our basic needs. The check in process was flawed from the beginning due to what appears to be a mix-up with the owner setting the number lock, but regardless, there we were ready to enter the property at 8pm (in the dark) and the code we were given does not work and there was no answer when I called the owner listed on the app. I left a voice mail and the only reason we got in the property was because my son accidently fell on the right combination of numbers. The owner finally got back to me at 10am the next morning. The lack of immediate response was very disappointing considering we were, in fact, locked out. Once in, we found the thermostats set to OFF and when the owner did get in touch with me, they wanted me to know I needed to turn on the breaker for the water heater as they forgot to do so. The main areas of the property were clean, and as I said they met our needs, but the kitchen was not up to snuff; the fridge was dirty throughout. Deep down, there was an overall lack of attention to detail. There are positives; the outdoor pool area with TV is really nice and the home was very well lit when we arrived. That said, given that this area has any number of properties available for us, we would not choose to stay here again.

We had a great time. The house was a short 3 minute drive to downtown DeLand. We would have preferred a bed vs. a sofa bed in the 3rd room but we made it work. The house had everything you could possibly need. It was very clean and sanitized.

The house is beautiful. The pool set-up with privacy was wonderful. We loved the outdoor dining area!! We had to communicate with Reggie several times - always quick response and friendly. We had a relaxing stay - which is exactly what we needed.

Beautiful house to stay in in a quite Neighborhood and very clean couldn’t ask for anything more we enjoyed our stay very much so I would recommend this to friends and family

From the moment you walk in the door until you leave the atmosphere in the house is very calming. The pool, the set up to listen to music....most relaxing vacation in years for us!
