When we arrived in our room it smelled like cigarette smoke and the shower looked like it had just been used. The bed also looked like someone had been lying on it.

The Hampton Inn is always our go to when we are visiting our daughter at Stetson. Great staff all the way around! Front desk, housekeeping, and breakfast staff make our trips enjoyable every time. Once again it was a great stay!

one thing I didn't like felt welcome one of the breakfast lady could speak English at all one of the Elevator work the guy that work the night at the fort desk gave wired fulling .they had some kind of dog show in town their was one dog I could hear for 4 hr before I just fell sleep

Great staff from check in to breakfast. Have stayed before but it seems like one side of the hotel is louder than the other. When the room beside us would close their door it was so loud that we thought it was our door.

Very nice facility but under staffed. Rooms are clean but may benefit of a deep cleaning on air ducts and ceiling corners. We didn’t received room services during our stay. Had to go to lobby to get fresh towels and shower gel. Breakfast was great and staff very social.

This hotel was a very pleasant experience. From check-in to check-out, everything was very nice. Bed was comfortable. I am not a fan of the duvet? (bed cover) I appreciate that you provided a clean blanket in a sealed bag so I didn't ’t have to wrestle with the duvet all night. The only real issue is the room doors. Apparently, there is no way to close them quietly. I was awakened every morning due to a door slamming. So, I tried to close mine quietly. It was a challenge. I think there is an adjustment for that. Just trying to add some constructive feedback.

The staff made the difference. So friendly and ready and willing to help out and go beyond! Comfortable and quiet facilities and everyone made us feel welcomed and tended to our every need!

Air conditioner was not working properly. Didn’t get cold in the hotel. Elevator was broken on one side. The other elevator made horrible noises. The breakfast they had was not as good as they hyped about. The biscuits was hard as a rock. Gravy was cold. Didn’t have any milk out. The apple juice was out and orange juice only came out looking like it. But tasted like orange water.
We booked two nights. Two different reservations. Checked out on 16th and in the same room checked in. I did ask for my sheets to be changed and my bed to be made. And didn’t get that. I didn’t get no fresh towels. The amount of money I paid. I should have had better service.

I would definitely stay here again. Clean & comfortable with lots of yummy breakfast options (including scrambled eggs that looked and tasted like freshly cooked at home).
On weekends, breakfast is available until 11am and check out is noon. Free Parking. No complaints.
