Our entire family loved our stay!
The open family room and kitchen area was an excellent space for everyone to gather whether watching TV, playing games, preparing meals, or taking a nap on the large comfortable sectional.
The children and adults enjoyed the backyard games and entertainment area.
We loved sitting on the front deck in the beautiful cool weather. It was peaceful and relaxing. The weather we had was a mixture of sun, rain, clouds and storms. Perfect!!
The girls loved taking walks and enjoying the mountain air and beautiful scenery.
The family loved fishing at the lake!
The host was Amazing! The most efficient host we have had over the years of doing vacations up north.

This cabin was great for our family vacation. The dog had a gated yard and my sons had lots of things to keep them entertained. The owners were great at communication and just a text away if needed. Munds park is always a great getaway from the valley heat in a calm atmosphere!

The cabin was perfect and cozy. We had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Relaxing on the porch, BBQ, beautiful weather, lots of games to play and outdoor activities. Close to lakes for fishing and wild life.
We opened all the doors and windows and enjoyed the breeze.
We were all very comfortable. Contact with property owner was so easy and Rich and his wife were there to answer any questions or concerns. They were very kind and helpful.
We would definitely stay here again and again. We stayed 4 days and it was "Paradise "

The pictures don’t do the place justice! It was amazing. We got there and it was better than I pictured. So cute, clean, I felt right at home. Lots of things to do for our kids to do which was so sweet and appreciated. Everything was fenced, we kept the doors open and knew the kids and dogs were safe. Definitely staying there again!
The owners were so nice and accommodating. Also met a bunch of the neighbors on walks and everyone was so sweet!

It IS an outdoor paradise in the pines! Great house with everything we needed. Relaxing to an outdoor movie each evening was one of the highlights. We had the pleasure of meeting our host, Rich, and he was wonderful. Hope to return again.

This was the best vrbo we have stayed in. Rich was great, answered all our questions before we arrive. Cabin is well stocked with essentials and games. Our 3 year old niece even found a doll house she played with everyday, her teen sister enjoyed having the bunkroom to herself. It was wonderful sitting on the porch just relaxing. We will definitely be telling our fiends and we also will reserve this cabin again.

Our family and neighbors (4 adults and 3 kids ages 5, 6, & 9), enjoyed our time at Rich's cabin immensely! We spent our days exploring in our side-by-sides and there was plenty of parking for both trucks/trailers/side-by-sides. Rich recommended going to Agee's for lunch and the BBQ was delicious! The cabin was well stocked and we had nothing we needed, which is always so helpful. Our kids loved the bunk room with games and having their own space. All of us enjoyed the backyard, with a movie, games, playground, etc. Rich was highly communicative and checked on us throughout the weekend to ensure we didn't need anything. Thank you for a wonderful weekend and we would love to come back!

Great place to regroup every night. We had a large group of kids and it was nice to have a basement hangout and incredible backyard for them. We enjoyed all the games and activities Paradise in the Pines offered. Just emailed the owner regarding the master suite bed because, whatever it is, my husband and I want it. Loved the living space. The open concept made cooking dinner for the large crew more a time to hang with family than a chore. So much seating! Home lay out was really nice.

Everything was perfect. They even left us wood and a bottle of wine. Super responsive owner and more than enough linens and kitchen supplies. We had an amazing time and will be back.

This cabin in Munds Park was a perfect retreat for our family. Less than 15 minutes from Flagstaff and 45 minutes from Sedona, it was a great spot to stay. The cabin was awesome. Kids loved the bunk room, and it was the best to build a fire and watch movies at night after hiking during the day. Rich, the host, was excellent at communicating and made the entire stay easy. Thanks!

We had a wonderful stay! I was our first road trip with our 2 dogs and they loved being up north! House was incredible and very pet friendly. So many fun amenities to choose from during our stay. We definitely plan to return!

With 4 children ranging from 16-3 finding a house that can help entertain them all is difficult, but this house succeeded! It is a relaxing, comfortable home. Would stay here again!

This beautiful house had everything we needed even a crockpot! The front deck was amazing as we watched two ravens eating from the bird feeders. The backyard was such a treat for us to watch the first NFL game of ‘23 on the big screen! All the swings, hammocks and comfy chairs made it fun for all! We will all be back!!

Spent a few nights at the cabin and we had a great time. Spent time playing board games with the kids and exploring during the day. Recommend Bearizona if you have kids, exploring a lava cave (need headlamps and warm clothes), hiking, and taking the gondola up the mountain. Look forward to coming back. Excellent host!

Met family to relax and get out of the summer heat. Cabin was well appointed and provided plenty of games and entertainment. Host was communicative and helpful. Great place for families. We didn't do nearly as much sight seeing because we opted to hang in the cabin and chill. Highly recommend and plan to return.

This was our first time staying in a vacation home and didn't know what to expect, but Rich made it very easy. He was so nice, answered all of my questions and even kept in contact with us throughout our stay. Prior to our stay Rich sent us a great document that outlined the property, everything in it, how to use it, and information on check-in and check-out, it was so helpful. The cabin was easy to get to and was a great location in-between Flagstaff and Sedona. The cabin was clean, smelled great and had everything you could possibly need inside and out. My kids had such a great time playing all the games, they were never bored, and we had great, quality family time. We will definitely be back.

We really loved our family time at this house! It was clean, had everything we needed (literally) and we didn’t need to leave the house to have fun. There were games for all ages, my child (2 YO) was safe and still able to be active, the views were beautiful and the area was fun to bounce around in! We will be back! Thank you Rich!

The cabin was very beautiful and comfortable. My children loved it. We felt right at home. It's nestled in the beautiful pines and its close to the freeway for easy access. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful cabin. Clean and as described. Ideal for family getaway. Many options for both adult/kid activities and relaxation, while having the necessary features to ensure child safety. Access to water hose allowed for easy cleaning of outdoor furniture and play area. Close proximity to golf course/rec center, walking path, convenience store and restaurant. Easy drive to Flagstaff and Williams for other activities. Most definitely see the family returning. Also, Rich was pleasant, helpful & communicative. Thanks again for the wonderful stay.

Thank you to Rich and his family for sharing their Paradise in the Pines! The cabin is loaded with fun activities that kept our active 7 year old busy and our tween off her phone. The backyard was our haven during our stay with the outdoor games and the projector. I’d give this 10 stars if I could. We will definitely be back!

We loved every minute spent at the cabin. We felt welcomed from the very beginning and the check ins from the owner made us feel valued as their guests. The cabin was cozy and perfectly fit for our family. We played board games, the arcades and watched movies. we also spent some time outside in the backyard and got a chance to explore national parks from around the area. Overall our vacation was amazing and the stay at the cabin made it so much better.

We had an amazing weekend at the Paradise in the Pines cabin! We took our daughter for her 3rd birthday Bearizona. The cabin was very accommodating and clean. Had everything you might need/want when bringing little kids. The communication with the owner was great. Would definitely recommend!

The stay was amazing. This home was incredible and the property owners are a delight. Rich, the owner, was always communicating asking what we needed or any questions. Check in was easy, neighborhood was peaceful. Only thing I would say for anyone staying in this area is to plan meals ahead of time, as the community only has a few restaurants that close very early. My wife and I will definitely be looking to stay at this location again in the future.

This cabin was very clean and well stocked with more than needed. There were so many great games both inside and outside for all ages. The owners checked in via text just in case we had any questions or needed anything and were very nice. We definitely want to stay here again in the future.
