This was my first visit to Ocean City. What a perfect fit for me, my son and 2 grandsons ( ages 6 & 9). New, modern, clean and a great location. Access is above the Bookateria bookstore. The side entrance has a steep, narrow stairway. It's on a busy street corner but the traffic sounds are minimal at night. It's an easy walk to the beach and boardwalk. Beach tags are available to use during your stay, chairs, wagon and toys. There's plenty of room, a fully stocked kitchen and board games too. Beds are comfortable and appreciated having a washer and dryer available. The grocery store is about 4 blocks away, also an easy walk. Plenty to see, eat and do for all ages. I highly recommend this apartment. * Thank you for the carmel corn treat! What a nice surprise *

The place was clean, comfortable and perfect for our stay! It had everything we needed and the location was excellent! The owner was great and check in was easy! The bathroom is a little small, but adequate, and the shower was great! Easy walk to most places we wanted to go. We'd happily stay here again! Thank you so much!!

Close to the beach. Great location close to shopping and restaurants. Clean property and friendly owner. No parking on property, have to park on street, but overall very good stay.

We had a wonderful trip! Great hosts. It was our first time visiting ocean city. The apartment was perfect, I visited with my husband and 20 month old. It was safe enough for him. Short walk to the board walk and plenty to do!

The property was exactly as expected and as pictured, clean, updated and very comfortable. It was the perfect amount of space for our family of 3 to relax in the morning or after the beach. The updated kitchen was perfect for meal prep. The location is key for shopping and dining on Asbury, so many gems in the neighborhood. Sunrise for breakfast, Yianni's for amazing Mediterranean food, Chatterbox for salads, and of course Bennies for Italian. The only challenge was parking as there is no designated spot for the rental, you have to drive a round Wesley or Ocean to find a spot in front of a home without a meter, hard to do on a busy Saturday with most people are checking in and out. Once you find a space you don't want to use your car for fear of loosing your spot, luckily the area has what you need so you don't need your car.

Had a great, easy stay at this property. Perfect for a small family (2 adults, 2 young children) and another adult family member. Place actually feels larger than the photos, as it has high ceilings. Kids toys/books in the large dining/play room were a nice surprise. Easy communication with the owner. Parking wasn't an issue for us (mid-June stay) as we always found a spot within 2-3 blocks on 11th st. Note this is a second story apt for those that stairs might be an issue for. Location is great, right in the heart of shopping/food and a short walk to the beach. Would stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! Pictures were accurate and plenty of space for us and our active toddler. Deb was communicative and helpful as well.

This was my first time using Vrbo and first time staying at this property. The place was very clean, spacious, and close to the boardwalk/beach. It was a perfect week in Ocean City. Thank you for being awesome hosts. We can’t wait to come back to OC. :)

This property seemed built for our little family! Having a separate space for my kids to play off the kitchen (I guess it’s the dining room) but it was the perfect playroom. The kids (4 and 7) walking in and dropped their toy backpacks right in there to claim the space. We walked multiple times a day to the beach and boardwalk and it was a nice walk. The owners provided a beach cart that was a life changer for us! We had a wagon that was not ready for the sand so being able to use the cart was perfect. We will definitely be looking to book this property again in the future. Thanks Deb!

This apartment is so close to everything but far enough away that parking and noise aren’t an issue. The space is much bigger than I expected and was perfect for my family of four. Easy check-in and checkout process. Highly recommend!

Very nice and much needed vacation. Everything was better than expected. The lack of parking was a slight drawback but we left the car parked on a side street a block away and walked everywhere.

Deb’s property is perfect for those who want to enjoy the best of Ocean City. Located in the perfect place to walk to the beach/boardwalk or restaurants in town but a short drive to everything else OC has to offer.

Unfortunately it did rain for the majority of the weekend, but she did graciously offer us the opportunity to extend our stay a few hours when she saw the weather would be nice on our check out day. The place was much bigger than we had assumed from the posting, and we had all the tools we needed to cook in or go out. This was the perfect apartment for our visit with family at the shore. It was so easy to walk to restaurants, boardwalk and grocery store. It was incredibly clean and had everything you need. The owner was easy to communicate with and she was very helpful. Parking was on the street but we had no problems finding a spot. It’s also surprisingly quiet even though it’s right on the street. The living area was very spacious and comfortable. Perfect for relaxing after our 4 mile walk on the boardwalk. Thank you for sharing your relaxing and comfortable home with us.

We had a really nice stay. The location is great. It's walkable to downtown, the beach, and a fun section of the boardwalk. Plenty of space for us with a nice open layout and very clean.

We had a great weekend getaway at this adorable condo. It was very clean, well stocked and so convenient to everything. We enjoyed the beach, the bay, eating and shopping all within walking distance. Deb, the owner, was very responsive and helpful during our whole experience. Highly recommend!

Plenty of room to spread out and the apartment had everything that we needed. Having beach chairs and a cart available made it even nicer than lugging our own!

The apartment was centrally located near shopping and a short walk to the boardwalk. It is well supplied, clean, spacious and comfortable. The check in and checkout are seamless.

The apartment was clean and and quiet despite being on a somewhat busy street. The location was just a short walk to the beach, boardwalk, and restaurants. The owner was very easy to work with and responded quickly to questions. We had a great time.

We had a change in vacation plans at the last minute and were lucky enough to rent this place. This apartment is tastefully decorated and very clean. The owners go the extra mile to make sure your stay is a pleasant one. Including a little gift bucket with items you may need for the week. The location is perfect. As everything is in walking distance. We parked and did not have to move the car during our stay. If you get the chance to rent this place, do so!

We definitely hope we able to rebooking this property for future OCNJ visits! Super clean, well organized! Communications were smooth. Although there’s not a designated parking spot - it was plenty of open street parkings right by the rental. Walk in distance to everything definitely a fun and healthy plus!

Our second stay in this place, and just as good as the first time. Clean, spacious, and free Johnson's Popcorn! They provide 4 beach tags, and even some beach chairs, as well as kids toys in the apartment. Very reasonable rental rates too.

This property was perfect for the needs of my small family. The apartment was spacious, clean, and well stocked with board games and books. The location in proximity to the boardwalk and to all our favorite restaurants and shops (Ocean City Coffee Company!) was amazing. Located over a bookstore owned by the same owners, it was nice and quiet late at night and early in the morning - perfect for our young children. We could not have been happier and are already booked to return to this same rental next year!

The property was beautiful, clean, comfortable and spacious with plenty of necessities one needs for a week at the beach along with a few extras that made our time there great. We appreciated having access to the beach cart and chairs, as well as an outdoor shower. The only thing that would make it better would be a dedicated parking spot. Otherwise, it was perfect!

Owners were very nice and accommodating. Property was a great location and very clean.

Great place for vacation, will be back next year!
