This is a beautifully appointed condo, top floor, with an amazing view of the beach and ocean.

The condo is very comfortable and attractive. Kitchen is well stocked. Owner is easy to contact if needed. Our grandchildres (3-5) came for overnight and absolutely enjoyed the beach and family pool. There is a childrens area within the family pool that is really nice. Highly recommend this unit

Ocean waves, sun, sand and a beautiful setting!! Great condo, well equipped and a great location. Being front and center for the full moon rising over the ocean was amazing!

I’ve stayed at this property numerous times. It’s always clean and comfortable and I like that pantry items are on hand. Great communication with the owner. And the best part, beautiful ocean views and sounds. Will be back again.

Condo was very clean and very well stocked for everything you could need. There was a closet full of beach equipment. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need. Each of the three bedrooms are well decorated and everything is very clean and well kept. Bathrooms come with so many extra towels. There is a publix 5 minute drive away for groceries. Would definately stay here again!

Best Condo we have ever stayed at and we have been exploring Florida one condo at a time. Beautiful view from the balcony and good size. Excellent furniture through out and the kitchen is well stocked. My wife and I enjoyed the "Quiet" pool which is really relaxing. There is a kids pool just across the street where they can play and be louder. As others have said there are rocks on the beach and they are quiet large. Awesome beach view and you can get wet and cool off on the beach but definitely can;t swim there. If you want to swim though there is a park a few miles down the road that has no rocks and was like a 5 minute drive for us.

Wonderful condo and great location.

Enjoyed our stay at this beautiful beach penthouse condo. The ocean view and sound of the waves was so peaceful. The balcony was our favorite spot to sit, but you could see the water from the living room, dining room, kitchen& master bedroom as well. We had a great view of the rocket launch from the balcony. There were lots of shells to pick up on this beach. The rocks on the beach made tide pools with fish in some of them. The kids enjoyed the pool and game room at the clubhouse which was a couple blocks walk or there were a few parking spots there if you wanted to drive. The parking under the building was very convenient and there were luggage carts that were conveniently placed near the elevator. We appreciated that there were plenty of beach towels, beach toys, beach chairs, tent, and umbrella available to use at the condo. The kitchen was well equipped and had plenty of dishes. The beds were very comfortable. The owners were easy to reach and very responsive to any questions or concerns that came up all along the booking process and stay. We would happily stay here again if our future travels bring us back to the area.

This condo is unbelievable, luxurious, spotless, grand, I can't express how awesome it is. The only issue was the beach is a protected reef so there are rocks along the shoreline that are dangerous to the children. We were able to walk a quarter mile and found an area that was sandy enough for them to play but it was packed with others in the same situation. The pools are fantastic and other than the beach issue (which is in the process of reclamation so once finished I'm not sure what the result will be) this was a superb getaway. We would rent again without hesitation.

Fantastic condo that was very clean and well appointed!

Apartment is spacious, very well equipped for cooking, and has fantastic ocean views from the large balcony. Not a crowded beach at all. Cinnamon colored shells and sand are beautiful. Very little seaweed! Entering ocean can be a bit tricky, it is best to move about 100 yards towards the golf course. Water quality and waves were wonderful. You will most definitely enjoy your stay!

I hate to give a great rating because it will raise the demand for the property. Place is immaculate but what made it extremely pleasurable was the Host, Richard, being available for questions and communication. He was above and beyond, and we were all grateful Highly, Highly recommended.

As soon as we walked in the door we were very impressed with the beautiful view of the ocean, cleanliness and all the amenities that were provided. We also used the pool which you could watch the ocean waves come in. A fantastic few days. Thank you so much!!!

I’ve stayed at this property multiple times. The condo is always clean and provides everything I need. Beautiful view and the walk to the beach is just a few minutes. It’s a nice and comfortable place to stay and feels like a home away from home.

We just love this well appointed condo. The location, the view from the balcony and it had everything we needed to create out home away from home. We enjoy the sound of the ocean and the short walk to the beach. We love this area and really value and appreciate everything this community and condo have to offer.

This was the best place to stay! The balcony alone made the trip worthwhile. From it we saw amazing sunrises, pelicans flew by that we could nearly touch, saw a crowd cheer a baby turtle to the water, ate all our meals there, and my favorite: the sound of the waves were fantastic. My kids each got their own room, with a TV, and we had plenty of space to spread out. The unit is really well maintained, and its location is ideal. Plenty of close, free parking, and the beach itself was clean and had very little volume so we could easily find space away from people while being near the boardwalk. The host was very responsive to all my questions and I would definitely recommend this property for your next beach vacation!

This condo was wonderful for the five of us. It looks great in the pictures but even better in person! The hosts really made our trip more relaxing with everything being so well stocked. The cold Bud Light was exactly what we needed when we arrived. The location is great! Community, pools, beach, all of it. Very quiet with plenty of space on the beach in early August.

Great location and property. We spent a total of 4 weeks here over the last two years, and probably will come back again if my schedule permits. Love the ocean view, we were even able to see the Space-x launch from the balcony.

This condo is fantastic. Huge, extremely clean, nice furniture. Your own private balcony is high enough to see over the dunes and views of the entire beach up and down the coast. Only problem is the rocks at high tide. There is a band of rocks about 6 feet wide on this beach. Hold on, before the rocks turn you away let me explain. When the tide is high you can slowly navigate your way through and then there are no more that you will encounter. When the tide is low the rocks make these wonderful tide pools that babies and children love. You can sit comfortably in the tide pools with your little ones and play in the sand without getting pelted by waves since at low tide the ocean ends up about 20 feet away. We went and rode dolphins at Marineland and met sea turtles at the Sea Turtle Hospital both of which are only 10 minutes away. Another crazy thing is there is a toll bridge that is $2 to use going into this resort area but costs nothing to go back towards Palm Coast. The toll bridge can be bypassed if you find your way over to A1A when you get close to Palm Coast. Back to the condo, they’re are many beach things left at the condo for anyone to use, washer and dryer, Bud Light is already stocked in the fridge (but you have to replenish it), vacuum and broom are accessible to help keep the sand under control.

This property never disappoints. Everything you could want and more. Beautiful view from balcony and all the amenities. Can't imagine vacationing anywhere else.

This was the second year for us staying in this condo. The condo is in a perfect location. The beach, condo and complex was beautiful! Hopefully, I will be able to return next year!
