Very quiet, peaceful & relaxing. Everything we could need - not just a coffee pot but coffee, filters & creamer packages. Plenty of paper towels & t.p. Extra bath towels also. Everything was very clean. It was nice to sit out on porch and enjoy the cool breeze off the river. Price was very affordable and MUCH better than any hotel! We stayed 3 nites to celebrate our ten year wedding anniversary and my birthday! It is conveniently located to downtown Hot Springs - maybe only 7 miles. Lots to do in that area!

Property was as shown. Access was difficult and not ideal for those with walking challenges. Cabin was well equipped in kitchen and seating was comfortable. Difficulty in locating. Contacted owner for assistance and got voice mail. She never responded. Local person gave clearer directions.

Really enjoyed our stay. Knotty cabin is cozy & had a nice lake view. Very clean & had all we wanted.

Hubby & I decided to get away for a few days to celebrate our Anniversary but mainly to enjoy some 1 on 1 with no interruptions. Our stay was exactly what we needed. Melanie was a wonderful host and we had all the basics right there. To our surprise, we were given the option to check early and we thought that was very thoughtful of the host. We hope to share more memories here again.

This is a nice, quiet and peaceful place away from the busyness of life but still very close to Hot Springs and things to do. (Have to say Rocky's Corner for a pizza is a must!) Although in a neighborhood it's kind of secluded as we saw no one and felt private. The kitchen is well stocked and had all that we needed. I found the bed comfortable and slept very well in the quiet night. I enjoyed the sun room on the rainy days to read and the views out the windows are nice. We grilled and enjoyed sitting out on the deck in between the rain. I found the rate and fees were a great deal. We were able to stay 4 nights. Not to mention the host is very accommodating and responds quickly if needed. Thanks Melanie for going out of your way to mail me my items I left behind very quickly. I appreciate your kindness.

My wife and I only planned a one-night stay here, but it was nice. We would have liked to have a TV in the bedroom, but it really wasn't an issue. We checked in and out with no problems. Melanie was great!

We stayed only one night as we drove up north with our dogs. The neighborhood was great for walking with beautiful lake views. The host was very accommodating and the cabin was clean, well stocked and just as advertised. The cabin has a full kitchen and great dining area to look at the sunset as you have a meal. We will be back for a longer stay. *since we were just stopping through we ordered food to go from the red oak filling station which was close by. Food was good and fast

Nice stay with Husband, Daughter and 3 dogs. The view of the lake was very nice and the Thunderstorm that came through was awesome to watch. The only bathroom is through the main bedroom so that was a little inconvenient for our daughter but we managed. The cabin was very clean, very comfortable and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. Would definitely book another stay here.
