Condo was nice. Loved the upstairs terrace and view of Playa Jobos. Property seemed to have some sewer issues with odor and drainage problems outside of the first floor unit underneath us and the beachside boardwalk is no longer present. No water bottles allowed at your seat at the pool was a disappointment and security was strict with enforcing this. Food trucks next door were convenient and delicious. Would choose this unit again if we were to stay on this side of the island.

Condo has amazing views and a great location. The host is attentive and easy to contact. Comfortable beds (even the bunks) and clean! We had 8 adults and all enjoyed our stay. A few minor issues, but can't really complain. Loved our stay here!

This penthouse unit had space galore! Clean, comfortable and extremely well-appointed from the kitchen to the linens /bedding to the rooftop patio furniture. We had a great sibling reunion there and the kitchen easily accommodated three cooks making homemade meals! Area restaurants and beaches were awesome and Luis’s suggestions were extremely helpful. I would absolutely stay again!

This property was exactly what we needed. The corner Jobos beach facing Penthouse was spectacular. We enjoyed coffee every morning on the top balcony and drinks under the stars at night. The proximity to the food trucks and El Wagon Bar were great too, especially considering our two rental cars were given away since our flights were delayed. Luis was beyond helpful with trying to help us find a solution. We walked to Jobos for the beach and dinners at night. The pool was refreshing and the beach was full of cool little pools and sea glass.

If you're looking for a large unit with an amazing view and a great host, this is it! It's hard to find an oceanfront with so many bedrooms RIGHT ON THE OCEAN. The location is great for being able to get out and explore the west and north beaches. Most were less than a 15 minute drive, some were less than 30 minutes. Isabela is a beautiful area. The food truck park was a big plus. We found lots of other amazing restaurants nearby. Luis was a very kind, gracious host - the condos were easy to find and check in was a breeze thanks to his pre-trip communication. While we spent the majority of our time on the go through the week, when we were home we spent the majority of our time on that AMAZING ROOFTOP PATIO. Since there is a mini kitchen and a bathroom on the second floor, we didn't even have to go up and down the stairs each time we needed something. The interior of the unit was nice-ish. The kitchen was amazing. Obvious other improvements are being made throughout and it was VERY clean on arrival. The rest of the interior is not super high end and why I didn't give it a perfect score overall. But it's definitely workable and enjoyable since not a lot of time needs to be spent indoors when you're in sunny PR with beaches and mountains to explore. Made some suggestions to the owner to make things more enjoyable overall. If he's not able to make those improvements, DON'T hesitate to book this unit! The view and location trumps any of the other minor things that may be lacking

My daughter's 21st birthday was taking to a new level with the location of this rental. The views, many beaches within short driving distances were great. There was one that was a 10 minute walk (Jobo beach). Check in was a breeze. Food in the area was close and great tasting. The view from our roof top deck was breath taking and I would just sit there and watch. The community pool was a break from the busy busy days we would have. I would definitely book again for another family vacation.

Amazing condo - We enjoy it a lot - we have 4 kids and a couple of friends join us - We all enjoy - Super recommended. Clean, space and location was excellent. AC and ventilation is super. We’ll come back when possible - Thanks a lot.

Wonderful place. Had 8 adults. My husband and I and our adult kids- who turned into children when we walked in admiring and running around to pick their room. The four bedrooms were perfect and all great sizes. Of course my husband and I got the best room upstairs that led onto the balcony that had amazing view overlooking beach. It was our sunset wake up and wind down time area. Airport is 6 minutes away, beaches about 20 minutes, grocery store 5-10 minutes. Yummy Food trucks and local restaurant/bar all walking distance. Everyone we met were very nice-from front gate gentlemen to locals. Jose had great communication response when I had a question. Thank you Jose! Definitely recommend!

We loved our stay! The location is perfect. Beach views are breathtaking. Kitchen stocked well and kitchen is updated from online pictures. Beds are comfortable. Luis was great. Definately one of the best beachfront property’s we have rented!

The property is spacious and clean. The kitchen had been remodeled since the pictures on VRBO and was a nice surprise. The air conditioning worked well. The location was perfect for snorkeling adventures, horseback riding, bike riding, surfing or hanging out at multiple good beaches. There is a food truck court just in front of the condo complex which is good and convenient. It even has a bar for drinks. The only negatives were that anything outside was a little rusty from the salt and weather. Also, someone reported us to security for not parking within the lines in our designated spot. The owner notified us and sent a picture that security supposably took of our vehicles tires barely over the line. We are very conscientious and this really bothered us that someone would be this petty. The owner was nice about it and said it wasn't a big deal but it kind of was to us. Just beware the condo "commando" if you stay here. It seems like this resident doesn't like short term renters.

If you’re looking for a panoramic ocean view place, look no further!! My family of 8 had a wonderful stay at this property. The gem of this place is the top floor. It is a little suite with kitchenette, bathroom and HUGE balcony over looking the ocean. There’s a ton of seating up here, a table of 4, 4 loungers, an l-shape couch and 2 bar stools, (just like the pix). We loved turning off the A/C in the morning and listening to the waves crashing while in bed! So relaxing! We also appreciated the beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler and football. Louis is so nice and super responsive. Before we booked, he answered my questions immediately and when we had a small issue while there, he replied quickly and had someone to the place in 30 minutes! The kitchen is brand new and beautiful with coffee pot, kerig, toaster, tons of cabinet space and surprising top cabinet lighting. Our issue was that when the drive was installed it wasn’t connected all the way; easy and fast fix.

This property was perfect for our extended family! We especially enjoyed the balconies with ocean views. Thanks for all of the assistance, Luis!

It was a wonderful vacation! The roof top patio was amazing, the location ideal, and Luis is very kind and helpful. Truly a 10 out of 10 experience. We will be back!

This rental property is absolutely amazing!! Checking in went smoothly and fast! We felt very safe here!! Its gated and has security on 24/7. All of the security guards we came across were very nice especially Jose!! He would say hi and ask how our day was going! The property was very clean! Every room had A/C which was nice and the beds were super comfortable!! The Loft upstairs had a kitchen, bathroom and a sitting area. But the best area up in the loft was the access to a private terrace. The views from that terrace were incredible!!! We spent most our time up there! On the main floor there is another terrace. Before we arrived Luis told us that we might see whales jumping out in the ocean! Well we saw two whales!! That was so cool!! There was beach chairs,coolers, umbrella and snorkeling stuff. Jobos beach was right down the road. You could drive or walk to it. Beautiful beach which you can see from the terraces. They have chair and umbrella rentals, surfing lesson, food and bars. Luis sent us a lot of recommendations for restaurants, grocery store and beaches to go too in the area. Right outside the property there was a parking lot with food trucks and a bar truck! This was the best vacation we have been on!! Luis was a great host!! This property rental is amazing and again the views were incredible! Really missing that view! We will definitely be renting this property again!!! ! I highly recommend this rental property!!!

The views alone at this rental property give it five stars! But the whole condo is perfectly suited for families, or a bunch of guys on a surf trip, as was in our case. The condo is in a very safe gated and securely patrolled area. We never felt like our car would get broken into or that we would have any problems with theft at all while staying on this property. The condo is nicely furnished. The beds were comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay iPersia. We stayed in the loft and it was absolutely amazing with the views from the bedroom. Luckily, we had a full moon the whole time we were there, and I got to watch the moon rise as I went to sleep each night and then the beautiful sunrise the next morning, once the security guard at the front gate got to know is the first day he easily waved us through every time we would come back, which was nice the other owners or renters that were in the building. We’re also friendly I would highly recommend this place for anyone wanting a direct oceanfront rental !

Beautiful view from the condo! Only a 15 minute walk from Jobo beach. It was awesome watching the surfers right in front of the condo.! The beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning worked well but you really didn’t need it with the cross breeze! Good communication with owner.

The view from all levels is amazing. Short walk to beach and pool. Was able to watch kiddos from patio play in the ocean. Place is big enough for our family of 6 with 2 grandparents. Jobos is like a 15min walk on the beach. Gas station within walking distance has most essentials and the food truck area next door to gas station gives variety. Don't even have to leave area to hang.

This rental is an incredible find. You have direct beach and pool access and it's close to everything in Isabela. Luis was amazing during our whole entire stay and you can't beat the views from both balconies. The house has so much beach gear- beach chairs, umbrella, snorkel gear, frisbee, coolers, soccer ball, football, etc. It's everything you could want for a beach stay.

Great los cation in Isabela. Nice complex, very quiet, quick access to the beach and if you are planning of going to other places in Isabela is in a perfect location. Fully equipped and very clean!!!

This is everything we could have wanted - safe, spacious, top floor, beautiful outdoor space, and oceanfront. Very close to our favorite beach - jobos. Warning - Don’t swim in the ocean off the condo unless you like to wrestle sea urchins.

This was the perfect place for us. My daughter and her husband had the loft space. The location is perfect. Horseback riding is a few minutes away. The town Isabella had bands almost every night we would go there.

Great location right on the beach, close to shopping, restaurants, bars and local towns. Can recommend it!

Everything was great. However, the tile stairs were wet when we arrived, making it very tedious to carry our luggage to the 3rd floor. The tile floors inside of the condo were also wet. The hallways were narrow, barely enough for one person to walk through. The stairs leading to the upstairs bedroom were also very narrow and seemed angled downwards. We couldn't figure out how to turn on the ceiling lights, unless they were meant to not turn on. The washing machine got out of balance half way in wash cycles, it scared us, the lid locks, we couldn't re-arrange our laundry. Luis texted me specifically where to park. However, the address on the contract doesn't correspond to the property, we ended up in the rough side of town. When using GPS, the name of the complex was what got us there. Luis texted during our stay, to ask how everlasting working out.

showed up to an 84 degree house. Third floor and carrying up luggage, it would be a nice touch if the air was turned on the morning of your arrival so it would be cool when you walked in. Bedroom ac works well in two rooms. Master and loft finally cooled down after two days. Living room air worked slightly and the dining room ac unit was missing, but a board was nailed over the hole. The ac had to be checked and on our 6th night was finally installed. Until then the living room, dining room, and kitchen registered over 80 degrees. Very hot and made it too uncomfortable to stay in there and enjoy. Once it was fixed it was cold. Fridge didn’t cool for the first few days. No ice until a tech came by to adjust the settings. Worst part of all is three techs that I know of came by and my cell phone ended up missing and was never recovered. It was my work phone so my company was able to ping it on the island, but I never took it off the counter or out of the house. The owner is incredible! And because of how awesome and responsive he was, I would stay again, but it would be nice to have a safe to put your passports and valuables in considering people have to come in while you’re not there. The HOA president lives right across the hall so take that as a side note. There was a claim made against us by him to the owner of the property who called and asked me if we had knocked a beer bottle off the balcony. I had my retired parents with me. My two young children and our 1 year old foster baby. There was NO beer or glass bottles of any sorts with us. Additionally, we were asked about smoking pot. Not us either. While the owner was awesome to speak to, this really bothered me so I tried to speak with the HOA President. He said that the tenants on the first floor filed a complaint that at 3 am a bottle was thrown onto their balcony. I tried to tell him that we have no beer, no pot, and no one is up at 3am. We were all asleep at 9 pm to get ready to go to the rainforest. He wouldn’t talk to me much and kept walking away. Luckily a day later as we were heading out to the beach I saw the tenants on the first floor and it turns out they were people we had met the first day. So I asked him about it and he said nothing like that happened and they hadn’t reported anything of the sort. Very interesting why this story would be made up. But it was. And it really bothered my parents and me. Dryer vent blows into the unit HOT! Made it miserable to do laundry.
