This was the cutest place!! I slept thru my alarm so I know the bed was a winner! The place is adorable and the very best part?? FRESH GROUND COFFEE with coffee mate creamer in the fridge AND yummiest cookies!! Way more than I expected, will most definitely stay here when I come back! Thanks so much!

I have no complaints!

We stayed three nights at Itza-Bella Suites, and enjoyed our stay here. We were using Isabela as a central location to visit various attractions in Puerto Rico. The first night was after driving from San Juan with stops along the way in Arecibo and more. The second day was visiting many of the beaches in the area (Pozo Teodoro, Playa Las Golondrinas, Montones Beach, Playa Jobos, and Crash Boat Beach). The third day we visited the Cavernas del Rio Camuy National Park, the Tunel de Guajataca, and Sardineras Beach. The room was very spacious and clean and even had beach chairs and a cooler available to borrow! We did have a minor plumbing issue with the bathroom sink not draining, but once we told Maritza, she had a plumber there within a couple of hours to fix the sink. Maritza is a wonderful host!

Parking can be a bit of a challenge at times. There are 2-3 spaces in front of the storefront and those spaces are great. But, if they are not available, the parking in the nearby lot is on very uneven ground, and can be a bit tricky.

No podría decirle que no me gustó nada. Aunque el clima no ayudó mucho, mucha lluvia pero las actividades a realizar se acoplaron al tiempo.

We actually liked the hotel but the owner accused of somehow ruining the internet for the whole hotel, which was ridiculous. We just slept in the bed and left early the next day. We did not unplug or change anything. The bed was fine, and the cleaning personnel was lovely.

Fast checking the rooms was clean we had beach chairs and cooler the staff get us clean blankets and toilet tissue I will recommend it and give it 10
