Chambre simple mais propre équipée d un frigo . Ménage bien fait.Logement bien situé pas très loin et de la mer et du centre ville.

Notre hôte fut très disponible à toute heure et nous a permis de choisir notre chambre parmi celles disponibles.
Établissement en plein centre donc un peu bruyant mais qui cesse à 23h30.
Il y a des chambres plus au calme.

There was a cockroach in the room, the place was quite dirty. The WhatsApp numbers and line id provided by the hotel were not in use (fake numbers?)

The location is near the beach, convenient store and restaurant. The room is clean and you can sleep comfortably. The staff is also kind they allow you to check in early than the check in time.

It was very clean. Location was perfect. Just a three minute walk to the main beach. Friendly staff. Fresh water bottles every day.
The bed was not really comfortable. The room was not made up daily. The reception was closed at 9 AM in the morning when we wanted to check out. Only the cleaning lady was able to help us out and call the owners.

I like the location, the cleanliness and the location. It is close to 2 7/11 and restaurants, the gate and the songtew terminal. the place is just a walking distance to the main beach with bars, shops and restaurants.
the WIFI connection is terrible. you couldn't even connect to any hotel wifi. Very poor connection. You better have your own data.

We liked a lot this hotel! Incredible friendly&welcoming Host paid a lot of attention for our comfort and wishes! We stayed for 4 nights, and he let us to change a room for two nights just for fun!) He was very attentive and helped with each request very fast! Both rooms we stayed were very clean, comfortable, good equipped and with cute design! Great location of hotel - just 200 m to the main beach and next to restaurants, coffees, 7/11 etc. We will come back in Baan Mulan with pleasure!
Possible that it is not so quiet place during "high season"... but it was calm during our holidays!))
