Все хорошо. Удобная локация, гостеприимные милые сотрудники, сытные завтраки, зеленая тихая территория, террасы для отдыха у каждого бунгало.

В списке того, что должно быть в номере, есть чайник, фен. В номере не было ни чайника, ни фена. Зато был сейф, которого в списке не было. Добрый совет администрации: отредактируйте списки вещей в номере. Люди это читают. В каждом втором отзыве гости пишут про чайник, которого нет. Но это мелочи. Спасибо сотрудникам отеля за хороший отдых!

Quiet even though it is situated in the town centre.

Bathroom needs a good clean.

1. We very liked the location - 7 min walk from Sai Kaew Beach, from the pier too. Lots of good stuff nearby. Buddhist temple too. 2. The house is simple, one might even say ascetic, but in general everything is ok. 3. We were in June - not particularly mosquitoes. 4. There was hot water, air conditioning worked well, refrigerator. 5. Honestly, albeit monotonous breakfast. But there is a lot of food, you do not remain hungry. 6. Nice green area. 6. On the territory pleases the owner's cute dog and cat :-)

1. The first thing that caught my eye was that the bathroom was dirty: the sink and mirror had obviously not been washed. The shower was also dirty and smelled bad. 2. The houses are very close to each other, if it was the hightseason and there would be more people it would be uncomfortable and noisy. 3. They cleaned it once a week, but the bath was still dirty. 4. Wi-Fi weak. 5. There is no closet, it is inconvenient to fold things 6. No kettle. 7. The staff hardly speaks English at all. Hostess only.

Helpful staff, not a bad location

air conditioning in our room was struggling, but we had 4 rooms between our family and the rest where fine

Love the room, the garden and the home feels of this resort. The staff were very nice and efficient with their services. Breakfast was always good. We enjoyed our stay and this place is a gem in Koh Samet which is a very short walk from the pier and great restaurants and bars all over the island.

I just wished the power was not out all over the island when we arrived but our stay was fantastic because we were taken cared of by this resort. P' Nu always went out of her way to assist us with our questions and needs and she's amazing. Nothing to dislike or disappoint about this place. 😊

nothing to like at all, not as described on booking. com,no room safe, no tea/coffee making facilities in room,two singles pushed together to form a double bed ,no international tv channels in room, housekeeping every other day only ( including towels and water) gardens very overgrown, lots of mosquitoes. breakfast was really poor with most of the food items left in the open and covered in insects. a special mention for the housekeeping staff who cleaned our room in 7 minutes and were super friendly, not. I have visited Thailand lots of times and never left a hotel review, on this occasion I feel compelled to because of the awful experience.
