Well seeing this is our 7th year staying in this condo says it all. Its a great location, not in the busy Daytona area but just a short drive to the boardwalk. Great view of the ocean and the river.

This is the second year in a row our family has stayed here. It was plenty big enough and had everything we needed for our two children, their spouse and two grandchildren. It was perfect

The property, furnishings and ambiance were breathtaking. The host went above and beyond by laying out Fresh fruit, chocolates, water and ample supplies. The brightness of the linens and minute accessories adorning the walls just made the vibe feel like home and needless to say the views of the ocean: Wow

Had a great time visiting with family. The condo was very clean and had a gorgeous view. The beach was very clean and the condo was accessible to many restaurants and groceries stores. I will stay here.

Loved all the windows with the view of the ocean especially the view from the balcony! Hospitality was very much appreciated with the Flowers, Fruit basket, Easter candy & bottled water along with bathroom amenities!

It was everything and more. Beautiful view. Easy to get to and around to other areas. Surprised with flowers,fruit and chocolates.

We have a family vacation every Christmas. This by far was the best condo we have ever stayed at. From the fresh cut fowers, fresh fruit bowl and a box of chocolates. It was the best stocked. More then one roll of toilet paper so you had time to get to store to coffee, sugar, even tea bags. The dishes and skillets were in great shape. Even a huge crock pot. I can not express how much we loved this place. If we stay in Daytona again we will come back here.

Condo was GREAT. The cupcakes, chocolate, fruit and water was very thoughtful. Everything was clean. View was great. Very well kept condo, would recommend that anyone stay here. We will definitely stay here if available for future vacations.

Really nice place. Plenty of room for family to spread out and have own space. Clean well equipped. Fun!!

bikes were not usable chains were all rusty would be nice to either have them fixed or not post that they’re there for yo-yos

Our Family had a Great time I had some walking issues using two canes too many steps to pool ara so I just sat under overhang and enjoyed the view We were excited saw Dolphins two mornings from our Balcony Condo well stocked Thank you for Flowers Candy and Fruit Great touch Constantinovich Keltner and Greely Families

We had a great time staying at this condo. The weather wasn't the best but we made the best of it. The condo has everything you need for a fun vacation and the location is hard to beat. This is the 5th time we have rented from this owner and hope to again!

This apartment/condo had everything you need for a great beach vacation! It was literally just steps away from the white sand and the ocean. I was amazed at everything that was supplied. We arrived late evening and the fruit, water and chocolate was perfect after a long day of travelling. Each bathroom had more than expected...toothpaste, toothbrushes, floss...Beach towels, chairs and toys were also provided and so many other things, I was seriously impressed. The condo was absolutely beautifully decorated and clean, and the view was outstanding! If I wanted to watch the sunrise FROM MY PILLOW, I absolutely could. I would definitely recommend staying there. I only had to contact the owner one time and that was on our way out and heading to the airport. The door didn't lock when we were leaving, and I texted and he was thankful for letting him know. We had the most amazing time staying there and would love to go back at some point.

Nice overall, dishwasher in-op, few other minor things, good overall.

The condo was absolutely beautiful and clean! Kitchen was stocked with all the utensils needed for everyday living. Close to several stores and gas stations. We drove to Sea World, Universal Studios, and met some friends. Walked and ate at the Boondocks. Went to the light house and science museum. Loved walking on the beach and swimming in the ocean and the pool. The people were so friendly and welcoming. Gary was easy to get ahold of and answered questions quickly. An amazing stay, will return in the future.

This was our 6th year staying here. This year we had an engagement proposal which made it exciting. The condo is everything you see in the pictures and more.

This condo is as pictured, gorgeous view, beautiful inside. Loved sitting on the balcony, and if you’re in the master suite you don’t even have to get up to see the sunrise. The location was perfect for some great restaurants, and for things to do. Would stay here again. Also, when we arrived there were fresh flowers, cupcakes, chocolates, fresh fruit, and water in the fridge, that was great welcoming touch. Thank you!

We travel to this area every year. This was our first time staying at this condo unit and it was wonderful. The corner unit is perfect and the amenities available are perfect. The owner is very helpful and easy to reach. Would highly recommend.

We had a great time! Condo was exactly as described. We particularily liked there was seating for 6 adults in the living area. Looking forward to coming back in September!

The condo was perfect and the view was spectacular! It had everything we could possibly need and then some. You can tell it’s well taken care of and that the owner truly cares about his guest’s experience. What a pleasant surprise to arrive to fresh flowers, chocolates, a big bowl of fruit and even Easter cupcakes.

We really enjoyed the property. It was absolutely beautiful really fit the six of us having our own bedrooms and bathrooms and plenty of living space had a lot of accommodations and extras and we plan on staying there again. The owner had fresh flowers, a huge fruit basket, and water in the fridge for us which was awesome.

We have stayed at Gary’s condo on the no-drive section of Daytona Beach several times. It always is a great experience. The well-equipped condo has everything you could want for leisure, cooking, living, and beach/pool fun! I highly recommend this location!

It was the perfect Mother’s Day

We enjoyed our time at this condo very much! Everything was easy from accessing the condo through check out. The Condo had everything we could possibly need and more. It felt like home away from home. The views were spectacular. It is a great location. The owner goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome the moment you walk through the door. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend to others.
